Negative experience: I took my mother who was visiting Dubai for back pain . The ortho doctor treated very well but unfortunately my mother has issues with the tablets and I went the next day for follow up . The ortho doctor more was off and I requested the reception to call the doctors to check for alternative medicine. First they said they cannot call the doctors and I had to register for general physician by paying AEd 120 (when I already spent AED 1000) because my mother did not have insurance and was on visit .then. They asked me not to pay and they agreed to consult with a GP who have two injections for which ai paid AED 210 . My mother had a reaction to the medicine and they ended up suggesting a paracetamol for her severe back pain. This is all after spending 2 hours when being 7 months pregnant with an elderly mother. The staffs cannot do a lousy job then this . Everyone is clueless . Never will I ever go here even when life is at stake

Fantastic experience: Whenever i do my checkup, I always prefer to visit the Multicare Medical Clinic in Al Khail Gate, Al Quoz Ind'l 1 because I always received a positive outcome and wonderful care and a thorough advice. The clinic is well maintained, aside from that the receptionist (Abi), and other medical assistants provided excellent guidance. I highly recommend this clinic for anyone looking for checkups and other medical treatments or care. Overall, fantastic service, quick response, efficient and reassuring.

Negative experience: Very unhappy, yesterday I visited this place because my husband had fever at 10.50pm the ward boy there didn't allow us to meet the Dr I requested soooo much I kept requesting and he kept saying that Dr Girish is saying he cannot meet I was telling him will request the Dr he said u cannot meet the Dr Girish.... imagine a patient who is having fever and requesting and they kept denying.

Fantastic experience: In recent time i visited Multi Care Medical Center for a root canal treatment and my doctor was Dr.Aysha, she took good care and the way doctor treat me was great.

I contacted Multicare Medical Centre before visiting to ask if certain tests (HCV, HBsAg, and Hepatitis A – IgM & IgG) were covered by my insurance. The receptionist clearly said yes, so I went to the clinic based on that information. But once I arrived, I was told the exact opposite — these tests are not covered under insurance. I didn't go ahead with the payment, but the fact that I was given false information wasted my time, energy, and trust in their service. Completely unprofessional and misleading experience. Negative experience: I visited the Al Kahil Beach Multicare clinic today, and Dr. Nayana was very helpful and prescribed nebulization for me. However, there was only one nebulization machine available and many patients were waiting for the same treatment. As someone who was feeling unwell, the long wait was difficult. I hope the clinic can add at least one more nebulization machine to better support patients during their time of need.

Negative experience: They dont have enough doctors for consultation. I waited 2.5hrs to consult the doctor and again 1.5hrs to get my blood test report for fever. If it will take hectic time to consult the doctor, they won’t inform also. Very poor management and service.

I’d like to share my experience with Multi Care Medical Center and express my gratitude to Dr. Aysha and Nurse Pooja for their excellent care. My wife and I were looking for a good dental clinic in our area for routine cleaning. After researching on Google Maps, we came across Multi Care Medical Center, which had decent reviews. We were happy to find that it was nearby and covered by our insurance. We also noticed that Dr. Aysha was highly recommended, so we decided to give it a try. During my consultation for dental cleaning, Dr. Aysha informed me that I had an impacted wisdom tooth that needed to be removed. She advised me to get an updated X-ray from a diagnostic center in Bur Dubai (cost: AED 150) so she could assess the condition of my tooth. After receiving the X-ray results, I simply forwarded them via WhatsApp and was then asked to visit the clinic to sign the consent form. Dr. Aysha promptly submitted the request to my insurance for approval. This was actually my second wisdom tooth extraction, with my first being at a different, more expensive clinic. Dr. Aysha advised me to eat light before the procedure since the anesthesia would be strong and it’s best not to have an empty stomach. On the day of the extraction, I was extremely anxious and even experienced low blood pressure due to nerves. However, Dr. Aysha and Nurse Pooja were incredibly patient with me, allowing me time to breathe and calm down. Dr. Aysha even offered to play some music to help ease my anxiety, reassuring me that I was in good hands. Their kindness and professionalism made a huge difference in my experience. Although the X-ray initially suggested a straightforward extraction, my impacted tooth turned out to be more complicated than expected. Despite this, Dr. Aysha handled it with great skill and professionalism. I was pleasantly surprised to find such a dedicated and empathetic doctor in a small clinic within the Al Khail Gate community. It is not easy to find a doctor you can fully trust and feel confident with. With such a positive experience, my wife and I feel even more reassured about her upcoming root canal treatment with Dr. Aysha. We’re looking forward to it, knowing she’ll be in great hands. For those reading this, I highly encourage you to get your wisdom teeth checked. Dentists often advise that if they are too deep, they can be difficult to clean properly with a toothbrush, increasing the risk of infection. Negative experience: Bad experience....making me wait and ..I was updated only when I asked the status.....my insurance was applied at 3:05 pm but they informed it was applied around 1 pm and waited for more than 2 hrs when insurance was not applied...denied and reapplied was informed which was not correct as confirmed with my insurance...lacks basic service at reception.....when i called the insurance they told approval was received in 2 minutes only....

Negative experience: The assistant nurse ASMITHA is the most rude unprofessional nurse I have ever met, I use to cone to the multicare clinic for almost 7 years and I will stop using this clinic due to that Rude, impolite assistant nurse. My friend experienced the same with her, and I will advise all my friends and family living in Al khail gate do not use the clinic because of the treatment given by that unprofessional lady. She talks to the customers rudely, and she ask them to sign paper without evej explaining what the nature of it. And if someone asks she simply ignore him. She should to the clients and treat them like she is very impolite way, cant believes how such person with that imporfessional and ruse behavior is working is a community clinic.

Negative experience: More than bad, I went more than three times because of my broken hand after everything was approved by the insurance and I went to the orthopedic doctor and found him telling me that I must pay 300 dirhams and I told the reception department about that. Then I contacted the insurance company again because of that and they said we had approved it. Everything, and if there is something the hospital needs and they do not know how to request it, they must contact the approvals department. I do not know how long it has been since the doctor has been the one who sets the prices.(very bad)

Negative experience: Very Disappointing Experience The doctor H.Jawad wasn't nice. She chewed gum, used her phone, and didn't answer my questions well. I had to ask many times, to get half answer The doctor didn't tell me important things about tests, medicines (for diabetes, cholesterol, and high blood pressure), or how to stay healthy. She was more interested in her phone than helping me. I also asked what's next for my treatment, but she just told me to check at the reception instead of helping me I felt ignored and didn't know much about my health condition after the visit. The hospital needs to get better at talking to patients and caring about them.

Positive experience: This is the only clinic my self and family always wanted to go , reason behind it Dr. Girish gopal. Dr.Girish is well trained and knowledgeable humble doctor. He always took care of me and my family whenever we visited, Big thank to him. Also staff and receptionist staff were nice but unfortunate is they don’t have token systems or proper first come first serve systems. If you go with babies still have to wait in line hours . Please arrange express service for babies if possible. Also token system highly recommended please consider. Average waiting time over all 2 to 3 hours . Thanks!

Negative experience: Very unorganized and non process clinic. They don’t have token system and patient registration takes more than 1.30 hrs. Forbidden doctor asks to come again following day for follow up, you need to go through this mental harassment again. When you talk to reception, they say ‘what we can do’. Owner - if you are reading this- please invest in your clinic and setup token system to speed up the process.

Negative experience: Very bad management. I go there for general consultation and i have to wait 2 hours to meet doctor and then for getting injection i waited for 1 hour because they have only one bed these operations. This is my first and last time for visit. I recommend that don't come here for time waste. And nobody attend you politely. Just waste of time.

Negative experience: My name is Deundara Malaka.. I was there earlier to channel a doctor.. The nurses allowed 3 patients who came after me.. I was really sick with a high fever.. I asked them why did you let them go before me then they said I am supposed to go to this doctor.. but when I first went to the counter the lady asked me is there a specified doctor who You want to channel ? but I said any doctor who can look at my condition as soon as possible.. but nurse who was there she had taken 3 patience before me.. I said it's really unfair as I am really sick. She was telling me everyone is sick but I told her they came after me but she doesn't want to agree that what she has done is wrong.. when they were calling other three of them before me I went to the counter and ask when is my turn that time my papers was ready but she didn't call me.. I don't want this to happen to any other patient please ask your staff not to favour the patience with their own nationality Kerala. I am frustrated

My sister she had bad experience with this Dr. She has high fever 38 degree doctor advised iv for her without completing iv Dr informed to the nurse staff to remove. This is way she is treating to the patients not at all professional A special request to the management if a doctor don't know how to treat a patient in a empathetic way don't hire, Any way are registered a complaint in DHA. If management is not taking action we are proceeding

Fantastic experience: I went to this clinic with a problem of toothache. In a few sessions, I had a nerve removed and a new filling was put in. Doctor AYSHA and her assistant proved to be professionals in their field, I was satisfied with this work.

Fantastic experience: I had a nerve filling in my second jaw lower molar covered with a crown crown.  That tooth got injured from time to time with bleeding and swelling and food stucking .  Then I met Doctor Aysha and told her my problem and got to know that the crown the previous Doctor had placed was placed in the wrong manner and that's the reason to why foods getting stuck in between the tooth. Doctor Aysha was so kind and she removed the previous crown very carefully without damaging my tooth and replaced it with a new crown.  It's been more than 2 months now. I use that tooth as a normal tooth and the burden of flossing that tooth every day twice has fully vanished. I'm glad I met Dr Aysha and highly recommend her service and advice for anyone who is looking for a dental expert.  Thank you Doctor Aysha.

Negative experience: Had called to check for IV service at home as it was an emergency case and the clinic declined the request. Despite mentioning the medication and prescription would be provided by the hospital we are currently admitted in. Pathetic way of dealing with someone who is sick and in need of immediate medical attention. Also mentioned to the person that we stay right across the building next to the clinic and it was only a matter of concern to connect the IV to the person.
