Fantastic experience: Dr. Karam is truly one of the best dentists I’ve ever been to. He’s professional, gentle, and incredibly skilled at what he does. From start to finish, my experience was smooth and stress-free. He takes the time to explain every step, listens to concerns, and genuinely cares about his patients’ comfort. My #1 doctor I’ve been a patient at Oaiss Clinic for several years now, and I can confidently say that one of the most consistent and positive parts of my experience has been Syed, the receptionist. From the very beginning, Syed has always treated me and my family with such genuine kindness, patience, and professionalism. He remembers names, follows up when needed, and always makes sure appointments are scheduled in a way that’s convenient and efficient. It’s clear that he truly cares about the patients and takes pride in making the entire process smooth and pleasant.

Fantastic experience: I recently attended the Wire Bending Course at Oaiss Braces Center, led by Dr. Luai, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. Dr. Luai’s way of teaching was clear, hands-on, and highly effective. He explained every step with precision and made sure each participant was actively engaged and confident in practicing the techniques. The training environment at Oaiss Braces Center was also outstanding — professional, well-equipped, and comfortable, which contributed a lot to the overall learning experience.

Fantastic experience: Great organization and highly respected dental clinic and education center

Negative experience: Not good experience for multiple reasons. Don’t understand where the 5 star reviews come from. Firstly they force their services onto you. Two of their specialists strongly recommended that I remove 2 of my wisdom teeth, I refused and one year later still no problems. Secondly, it took him 6 session and two months to fix two cavities and a root canal. I was in constant pain the full two months, with residue pain if I bite too hard one year later.

Never failed to provide prompt appointments, follow up calls, super insurance follow up.. Very friendly and caring... all with a beautiful smile. The clinic is well designed, simple yet great and nice bright interiors, impeccably clean... creates an immediate calming and welcoming environment, especially for patients with dental anxiety like me!. More importantly, the clinic is equipped with modern and latest technologies, treatments, and advancements in dentistry we have not seen in 5 other "good" clinics we have been dealing with for over 8 years in Abu Dhabi! As for the Dentists, they are all incredibly skilled and professional. They take the time to explain every procedure, ensuring you feel comfortable and confident in their care. The service is prompt, and the results are fantastic. We've had various treatments for all family members, from relatively "simple" cleaning/polishing, to more complicated matters.. We've dealt with 5 doctors so far; Initially, the leading Dr. Ahmad and Dr. Ghada who not only provided proper advice, treatment plan and actual treatment, but also helped us to resolve and overcome a complicated case with my son, who unfortunately didnt receive the appropriate treatment elsewhere. We've also been attended to by Dr. Nihal, for a super cleaning and polishing treatments, handled procedures with care, minimizing discomfort... Dr. Yasmine, gentle and compassionate, supporting with initial treatment and the preparation for yet another complicated procedure with Dr. Ghada over the next few weeks. And last but not least, Dr. Nour, providing hours of exceptional treatment, care, unmatched attention to details and educated us on proper oral hygiene and long-term health. I have no doubt all other doctors are top skilled and professional to be part of this Clinic. Highly recommended for anyone seeking top-notch dental care!
