Negative experience: We met Dr.Rami Hamed , to our surprise maybe he was having a bad day or whatever , the way he spoke to me and my wife after listening to a chronic condition which my wife has been going through for last 8-9 months and it took less than 5 mins for him to say , you have 2 options “ live with the pain or get a surgical procedure done and there is nothing more “

Fantastic experience: I visited the Center for extensive medical evaluations and received excellent care and treatment with: Ophthalmology, Urology, Orthopedics, Neurology, Psychology, and Polysomnography. This included multiple x-rays and MRI's. Each department treated me professionally and compassionately. The staff is very well trained and experienced. The doctors and technicians work well with each other, and the reception, pharmacy, and administrative staff are some of the best I have encountered. Special kudos to Bindu, the Operations Supervisor, who balanced a busy schedule over four days to make sure all the tests, examinations and evaluations were done in the short time I had available. I would not hesitate to return again.

Fantastic experience: I had an excellent experience at Dr. Rami Hamed Center. Dr. Hamed performed my knee endoscopy surgery with great skill, and the physiotherapy team provided exceptional care during my recovery. The staff were professional and supportive throughout. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: 1- Poor Payment System There is no clear system for handling payments. During my surgery the price kept changing and I was charged multiple times unexpectedly. Even after paying the full amount, staff repeatedly came to my room demanding more payments, which is highly unprofessional. Any additional costs should be communicated at the end of the process, not during or after surgery. One staff member, Bindu, was particularly disrespectful, sending me repeated WhatsApp messages about bills. This unprofessional behavior made me feel disrespected and uncomfortable. Due to this disorganized payment process, I will not be returning to the center. 2- Unprofessional Reception Staff The receptionist, BINDU was highly unprofessional. After my surgery when I was in pain and unable to focus a staff member entered my room to collect payment without considering my condition. They seemed more concerned about money than my health. It is completely inappropriate for staff to enter a patient’s room to discuss payments, especially when the patient is recovering from surgery. I was charged AED 12,000 without clear explanation and I had no focus at the time to understand what I was paying for. This behavior was unreasonable and disrespectful. 3- Inexperienced Nursing Staff While the nurses were polite, they lacked the necessary experience. They struggled to insert a proper cannula, causing me unnecessary pain by trying multiple times. They also spoke loudly, without considering the patient’s need for peace and rest. 4- Lack of Post Surgery Care Guidance I received antibiotics for 6-7 days at the center, but the staff did not suggest arranging home care to avoid frequent visits to the center. This caused unnecessary inconvenience, especially when traffic was involved. I later arranged for home care with a different company, which improved my recovery process significantly. The center should prioritize patient health by offering home care services when necessary. 5- Dr. Rami’s Work First of all thanks to Dr. Rami and all the doctors. While Dr. Rami’s work seems fine so far, I will wait to see the final results before making a full judgment.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Kirti Sharma, my psychiatrist, is very professional in her work. She is interested in her patients' lives, listens carefully, and is very empathetic. She takes her time with each patient. Unfortunately, I wanted to save money and went to another psychiatrist at an Iranian hospital, and I regretted it. She didn't even ask how I was doing and was extremely unprofessional. I will return to my psychiatrist, Dr. Kirti Sharma next month. She is truly professional and an expert in her field. The staff at Dr. Rami Hamed Center are friendly, everything is clean, and you feel welcome. I love this clinic and the people who work there. The WhatsApp and phone communication are excellent.

Negative experience: I went to accompany my husband for check up. Dr. Khaled seems a gentleman and friendly but he dont inform patient on the test fees before proceding, and we felt like he lack on genuine advices since after paying 4000 aed for test, he just prescribed a 10 aed medicine. Which i felt like we could have not spent 4000 if he thinks 10 aed medicine could do something. And today, we came back for a follow up check up which we took an appointment, we're so disappointed after coming on time that we had to wait for 1 hr and had to leave without meeting the doctor since they didnt manage the their time properly.

Fantastic experience: I am extremely grateful to Dr Rami Hamed he came as blessing in our life.My son had been toe walking from last 10 years instead of going through numerous of occupational and physical therapies,nothing helped him at all.Our concern was going up with his growing age.I started doing my research and found Dr Rami as a specialised and experienced orthopaedic surgeon in Dubai.When I met him instantly in 10 mins session he gave us a solution of Achilles Tendon lengthening Surgery option which none of the doctors ever in last 10 years advised.We did agree and did the procedure at his center.His confidence and expertise proved to be a big motivation and hope for our family.The whole process of surgery and after physio sessions went very smooth and finally i saw my son back on his feet after 10 years.My son's confidence came back which he lost before because of not being able to walk like other kids and always lagging behind in any form of physical activities. Fantastic experience: I can’t emphasize how life changing my experience with DRHC has been . I have a very rare ENT case that was sent to different doctor in different countries, no one was able to put a name to what I have or help me. I visited DRHC as a last option and Dr Hatem Eliwi knew quickly what it was and since then my case has been only improving. Since then I have been following up with him, and i can confirm that he is the best ENT in the UAE ! I had the chance to visit also other doctors and I 100% recommend this clinic.

Fantastic experience: Short review (tldr): Thank you to ENT Dr. Hatem, Anesthesiologist Dr. Abid, and the rest of the medical team for their utmost care for my physical and medical well-being. God bless all of them and I am happy I chose them as my care-givers. Detailed Review: I usually don’t leave reviews under any entity or association but I feel like I owe this to ENT Dr. Hatem, Anesthesiologist Dr. Abid and the team including anesthetic technician Saeed (I hope I am remembering it correctly). I have been suffering from breathing problems for a while now and spent some time looking for ENTs in Dubai. As soon as I found Dr. Hatem, I just intuitively knew that he was my doctor, and I was absolutely right. I am usually very hesitant to seek medical help because a lot of doctors tend to downgrade symptoms and do not do their due diligence to check for problems when the patient is truly suffering. However, from the beginning, Dr. Hatem was very understanding and empathetic to my breathing problems/ sufferings. Few appointments and tests later, I underwent surgery and am very happy with the results. Not only did he fix my problems, but he also preserved how my nose looks. Anesthesiologist Dr. Abid’s care, gentleness and attention pre and post operation were of highest quality as well. He, along with Dr. Hatem, were also very careful of not only my physical but my emotional/ mental well-being as well which is often neglected by caregivers. So far, 2 weeks post-op, I am happy with my decision of choosing and proceeding with Dr. Hatem. God bless everyone involved- I am truly grateful.

Positive experience: I came to the clinic complaining about a blocked nose, headache and an irritated throat which started 3 days prior the visit. I myself suspected a cold/flu. Also i mentioned that long time ago i had sinusitis. Dr. Hatem Eliwi send me to make an X-ray of nasal passages and prescribed antibiotic even after the X-ray showed the absence of pus. I don’t understand why dr. didn’t ask if i had a fever. He didn’t prescribe anything for the irritated throat and didn’t explain which medicines he prescribed and how to use them. Overall dr. seemed to be in a hurry for a next patient which is probably not his fault but appointments schedule. To summarise: I didn’t feel like i received needed care (maybe I’m wrong) but previously no other doctor prescribed antibiotics on the 3rd day of cold symptoms and when x-ray showed no pus. Overall staff is nice, clinic is clean.

Fantastic experience: I recommend DRHC especially Dr. Hatem - ENT, for ear and throat problems, who did a surgery to my kids. He performed Adenoidectomy and partial Tonsillectomy that solves my daughter's sleep apnea and Otitis. For my son's hearing problem, he performed epitympanic exploration and removal of Cholesteatoma. As a mother, I am so scared to put my kids under any surgical procedure but Dr. Hatem is very reassuring in his methods. What more is my kids love him for the way he treats them. Staff and nurses are very welcoming especially Kretchin. From day one, she has been very accommodating and is willing to help at all times.

Positive experience: Our consulting pediatrician was very courteous, patient and very wellbehaved. He spent lot of time to understand our concerns and prescribed the medical investigations thoroughly. The nursing staff need to improve the blood collection skill while handling kids.

Fantastic experience: This is going to be a long one: I had a shoulder arthroscopy surgery in the Dr. Rami Hamed Clinic. This was my first time ever coming here and I was impressed from the get go! The staff were so kind and friendly. Dr. Rami was so kind right from the beginning and immediately prescribed an MRI and a CT scan for me after seeing my symptoms and recommended a surgery after that. Despite my apprehension, as I had never had a surgery before, he was so confident and light hearted about it that it put all my fears at rest, since I am a person who cannot even stand the thought of needles, let alone surgery. I was very grateful that he took the time out to describe the surgery to me and told me exactly what was wrong with my shoulder and what he would do which also convinced me to agree to the surgery. A huge shout out to Nurse Lincy who was with me every time I was with Dr. Rami and to keep reassuring me through all my worries, and all my silly fears. She even took me to see the anaesthesiologist Dr. Abid Rajah the day before my surgery so that he could tell me what exactly would happen when I went under, as I had never experienced having anaesthesia before. He was very kind and gentle and answered all my queries for which I was so so grateful! On the day of the surgery, I was very nervous, but Dr. Rami and Dr. Abid were again so calm and reassuring that I felt very safe with them. I also want to mention Nurse Chinchu (sorry if I spelt that wrong!) who was the kindest nurse ever and helped me change pre surgery and took care of all my needs on the day post surgery. I could go home the same day my surgery took place and they took enough care to ensure that I was in minimal discomfort in the days following surgery. I did physiotherapy with PT Vinesh Kumar and I have only seen amazing improvements in the sessions I have had with him! He showed me exactly how to do each exercise and was very patient with my questions! I also want to thank the rest of the staff, including admin Bindu and the doctor who helped me with my MRI (I do not know her name). Overall, I want to thank everyone for making this experience for me so comfortable and quick! I am very, very grateful and am definitely going to recommend this place to anyone who needs medical services. THANK YOU!

Positive experience: While I cannot judge the medical examination , 2 MRI scans. their overall service and staff professionalism record keeping and reporting is not good. They spell the name wrong and i got a shoulder shrug from the reception lady . I immediately asked them to fix it but then still had to ask them twice more to rectify it and it confused my records on the app . overall their app is not good either . The time to do the preparation and the scans was without long waiting times which I appreciate.

Fantastic experience: The staff was very polite and were very very understanding. Dr. Hatem ENT is the best doctor you can visit for your nose problems and he did a wonderful job. Dr. Abid, Anesthetist is so good and he made sure that I didn’t felt pain during my surgery. The surgery was not simple but they made sure that I didn’t feel uncomfortable at any point and they made the process to be felt very simple by me. Even the reception staff Bindu is so nice and kind and she made sure that there is not much waiting for me whenever I visit their hospital. Negative experience: The staff is not professional - (Nurses) they don’t know how to give the instructions for taking samples for blood and stool test which made me come back 3 times to the clinic to give them correct samples
