Negative experience: Came in for tooth extraction, ended up walking out without doing anything as the dentist, Dr Abdulhameed does not know how to deal with patients. Dental doctors should have Basic courtesy and politeness; be warm and caring with patients. He certainly did not possess these qualities. If a patient is nervous, surely you take the time to explain what needs to be done? And not tell the patient to go elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Shareefa was efficient and supportive, we went for my 6 year old, earlier traumatized elsewhere for dental procedures. However, here they took care of her well and made it a comfortable experience for my child. I would definitely recommend her as a pediatric dentist. The hospital is not crowded which is an advantage though it is located in Shahama.

My son has a soft hand as he complained about his teeth as painful for him she removal his teeth without any pain. Before, I was scared to go to the dental but after met her he feel happy and more confidence with her as long time he didn't complain he come to clean his theeth and when see her directly hug her .

My son is super scared and anxious usually to even sit on a dental chair, but her friendly talking made him comfortable to follow her directions till the end of the treatment. I strongly recommend to visit her for pediatric dental issues and treatment at this centre.

Fantastic experience: The last time we came for an appointment was with Dr. Prriya and it was a great experience and so we decided to book the following appointment with her as well and have no regrets as she is a great doctor, always showing patience and knowing how to handle kids, where she is trying to make them comfortable and enjoy their dental visits. We live in Abu Dhabi but always make the trip as it is worth it.

Negative experience: One of the most expensive clinics I’ve ever visited, especially if you have an insurance, the co-payment would be enough to get you a similar service in other clinic without even consuming your insurance limit. Also, they would bring you multiple times because of their poor insurance policy as they never agree on starting any procedure without getting pre approval from the insurance despite knowing you have a pre planned appointment and the doctor would have been able to apply for approval ahead of your appointment rather than asking you to come after a week. Place is clean and nurses are very nice and friendly!

Fantastic experience: I had surgery for my three children with Dr. Prriya. The result was cosmetic dentistry and her treatment was highly efficient. Positive experience: Dr. Priya removed my daughter's milk teeth, and it was a smooth procedure. I am giving four stars due to the first experience we had with the Tajmeel facility. The doctor had no room to see my daughter, so she asked what the issue was in the hospital hall and based on that, the insurance approval was ordered, and a future date was scheduled. For that reason, I am giving four instead of five stars to the facility alone.
