Fantastic experience: Gihane was an amazing therapist, well educated in her profession. I had Cupping and it was amazing. Dr Mohammed also did my PRP injection and was very caring and supportive in learning of my knee injury. Nurse Jincy was wonderful as well from the start. Most importantly, the receptionist Marina and her colleague was welcoming with a beautiful smile from the moment you enter the clinic. Because of the amazing job they did, I decided to schedule my IV therapy for the next day. Today was my first time coming to 7 Dimensions and I love every bit of it. Olajide ( patient)

Negative experience: I took my son for the pediatric dental offer for 250. For those considering it jsut know that the cray included is the old school cray that only frays 1-2 teeth and it’s not a full mouth xray. The cleaning lasted like 2 mins. I was surprised it was over so quickly. The dentist didn’t have much to say or do, I did ask her lots of questions, but I wish she had good advices to give me because my son has lots of issues and I needed some genuine help.

I felt she was always attuned to me throughout the treatment, pacing it as I could tolerate and making sure I was fully informed of each step along the way which really helped calm my nerves. Fantastic experience: After suffering with neck and lower back pain for years and visiting several other clinics I came across chiropractor Dr Janice Pillay in 7 Dimension Medical Centre. What truly sets Dr. Pillay apart is her dedication to the patient’s long-term health and wellbeing. She listened to my concerns and problems and prepared tailored chiropractic treatment plan which consisted of adjustments, stretching, dry needling and cupping. It took only couple of sessions for results to be noticeable. She’s also excellent in explaining why certain adjustment are done and showed stretches that I need to do at home. I cannot be thankful enough by support and dedication Dr Janice has shown and highly recommend her to anyone who is having similar neck and back issues.

Negative experience: After two years leaving my new review related to their service. I’m extremely disappointed and not sure what’s happening with the customer service now comparing with 2 years ago.. I raised my complain regarding Lazer service as I was paying full body hair removal but after two years got to know that the lady was not remove Ont hair from my hands however it was part of the package.. till new staff let me know about it hence I informed the lady on reception about this concern and she told me she will raise it to the managment and they will get back to me, one month later no one approached me till I reach them out once I got back to the country.. they told me Medical Director will get in touch with me it’s being second day no one contacted me yet and even did not respond to my message of follow up.. I’m texting here since no one respond me back in what’s app and hopefully to get a phone call as soonest to resolve e my concern! Below review was left 2 years ago when the service was great: I love the clinic. Very clean, organized and amazing staff. Negative experience: Booked occupational therapy for my son, came on time (well in advance, in fact) just to discover 15 mins past my appointment time that the therapist hasn't even showed up yet. How disrespectful to client's time and efforts. Especially considering that the client is a child who was put through traffic to come, and as it turned out for nothing.

The appointment went smooth until the dentist informed me that removing ‘coffee stains’ required an additional 'flow cleaning' for another AED 250. Had the total cost been upfront, I wouldn’t have minded paying AED 500—but the bait-and-switch approach felt deceptive and unethical. It is deeply disappointing to see healthcare providers prioritize profits over transparency, using misleading pricing tactics to upsell services. Patients deserve honesty, not sales gimmicks disguised as medical care. I strongly advise you to think twice before visiting this clinic—this was both my first and last experience with them.

Negative experience: Worst service and clueless staff. I took an appointment for laser hair removal and the reception staff did not know which body part is it for and for how long is the session is. The nurse which performs the laser is very rude and unprofessional, telling me she doesn’t have time to do the part I’ve booked for the appointment and can do something else instead.. after asking for a supervisor or manager there wasn’t anyone there .. ended up leaving without getting any treatment done and wasted more than an hour of my time and driving so far to get there! Horrible and would not come back again neither for me or my family which are previous clients already!

She knew exactly the points I wanted to target before even telling her, plus she also could tell I was nervous for the under eye filler (which I had wanted to try forever, but never had) so she explained things well and was super calming and confident in her skills! Ivy, the therapist was so professional and skillful, thus the session ended smoothly and in no time. 7 dimensions medical center is not the regular clinic you used to see in Dubai, it is clean, massive and full of professionals. Use their services and you won’t regret it !

Negative experience: I did laser for full body within half a year, I did 6 sessions and I don’t see any results at all. When I called them to complain and ask for extra sessions they refused, and receptionist was talking to me rude, blaming me that I didn’t get result!! The price for laser is really expensive compared to other clinics , where there are always promotions , and I regret that I spend there more than 3000 for useless procedure !
