Negative experience: worst medical center you would ever go to, dentists that work there dont know what they are doing. They will ruin your teeth instead of actually treating them. An advice dont even think of going there !!!. i would give them a zero star but thats not possible.

Positive experience: الخدمة جيدة والليزر فعّال، لكن نتمنى إضافة جهاز كانديلا لتحسين جودة النتائج وتوفير خيارات أكثر للعملاء. كما نأمل زيادة عدد الموظفات لتقليل فترات الانتظار. كذلك، نود التنويه إلى أن إحدى العاملات تُصر في كل زيارة على إجراء فحص مجاني رغم عدم رغبتنا أحيانًا، ونتمنى احترام رغبة العميل في مثل هذه الحالات.

Negative experience: Really disappointed with how I was treated at this clinic. The orthodontist, Dr. refused to see me without giving any reason, and his behavior towards me was completely unprofessional. When I spoke to the manager, I expected some support or at least a fair response, but instead, she seemed clearly biased and didn’t take my concerns seriously. Neither Dr. nor the manager offered an apology. I left feeling disrespected and very let down by how poorly the situation was handled. Would NOT recommend.

Negative experience: تجربة جدا سيئه ما انصح في عياده الاسنان خصوصا في وقت الليل متأخر.. جهاز الاشعه للتسوس والاعصاب لا يعمل.. دخلت عند الطبيب الساعه ١ والخروج الساعه ٥ صباحا تمت المحاوله لإجراء حشوه دائمه اخذ وقت طويل لعدم ثباتها وفي النهايه ماثبتت لم يكن الدكتور متاكد من ان السوس وصل للعصب بعدها تم ازاله الحشوه وإجراء عمليه لازاله العصب وعند زياره اخرى تبين ان لم يتم ازاله العصب بالكامل بالشكل الصحيح.. تم تخديري ٤ مرات والادوات لم تكن جاهزه.. اتمنى العمل على ملاحظتي وتحسين العياده وشكرا
