Dr. Hana Aljabour is simply the best endodontist—calm, experienced, and incredibly gentle. The procedure was smooth, completely painless, and she made sure I was informed and comfortable throughout. At the same time, I brought my daughter & son for their check-up and treatment with Dr. Shaikha Alnaqbi who is an outstanding Pediatric dentist. My son is usually nervous about dental visits, but Dr.Shaikha was patient, friendly, and made the entire experience fun and fear-free. The way they explained everything to them in a kid-friendly way and kept them smiling was truly impressive. recommended for anyone looking for expert dental care for the whole family!

Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience with this doctor. Unfortunately, they were unprofessional and showed little to no attention to my concerns as a patient. I felt dismissed and unheard during the consultation, which made the visit both frustrating and unhelpful. As a patient, being listened to and taken seriously is essential for proper care, and that was completely lacking here. I would not recommend this doctor based on my experience.

Fantastic experience: I had a root canal treatment today. I had a painful experience before going to harmony but I was put at ease after I met Dr. Hana Elgabour. She was very professional and kind and after all the pain I delt with, One hour with her and I didn’t feel a pinch or pain whatsoever. The staff there are very friendly as well.

Fantastic experience: My wisdom tooth was killing me, unbearable constant pain, and as a salesman, I contacted several clinics to compare prices, because that's important to me, most clinics didn't offer free consultation, while Harmony did, i contacted them, the customer service was perfect, I called at 3:30 pm, and got an appointment at 4:30pm. I went there and met Dr. Kamal Saad, who recommended me to see a surgeon, but he saw that i was insisting on the charges, so he decided not to charge me. I went upstairs and met Dr. Mohammed Al Kowatly, who also saw my situation and did his best to extract the tooth without surgery. It costted me a good amount of money, which i anyone would understand because of the huge facility and how clean and organized it is, but if it wasn't for both doctors' kindness, dedication, standards and humanity, it would have costed me more. It was a great experience, although the tooth was hardly extracted, but I loved it, so I went home and forgot to ask for a sick-leave, I called them and it was sent to me. Well, to those who can afford any type of service, go there blindfolded, and for those who can't, aslo go there because you'll find real humans with real humanity. Thank you Harmony medical center, keep it up.
