Fantastic experience: I am a black woman with dark skin and for a long time I kept going from one clinic to an other for lazer hair removal and I kept getting burned. Then my colleague referred me to this clinic and it has been amazing. Their machines works for all skin types and the results is in wonderful. The nurses are great and welcoming making you feel at home. This is the best clinic so far.

Negative experience: I done my facial with simran carbin laser and hydra facial they took 208 it's only 15 mints facial she did not used any cream just 1 mask I am very disappointed and no result after facial not recommended

Negative experience: I went to American Medical Center for melasma and hyperpigmentation treatment. I completed 3 mesotherapy sessions and used all the creams they gave me, spending a total of 2200 dirhams. Despite following everything exactly as advised, I didn’t see even the slightest improvement—in fact, my skin condition became worse. This was a complete waste of my time, money, and trust. I feel misled by their promises. It’s extremely disappointing that after investing so much, I’ve ended up with more damage than before. I do not recommend this clinic to anyone seeking pigmentation or skin-related treatments. Be very careful before trusting their services.

Negative experience: Very bad experience. I was given completely wrong information just to get me to come to the clinic only to be told that everything they told me earlier was wrong. Then the manager after a long period of delibration decided that they can't do anything about it. Completely unprofessional. I would advise anyone to seek treatment somewhere else. Negative experience: I have visited the clinic for a consultation to have my teeth checked. The consultation was done, but at no point was I informed about any charges. Typically, consultations are free at most clinics in Dubai, so I expected the same here. However, after everything was completed, I received a follow-up regarding unexpected charges particularly for the scanning. I was really disappointed by this, especially since the pricin was a bit high and not communicated beforehand.

Negative experience: Had an appointment with a dentist and I must say the experience wasn’t great AT ALL! Her tone of voice was extremely rude, she seemed to have a lot of attitude and instead of actually helping, her consultation felt like a sales pitch. She kept upselling treatments trying to increase the cost and overall it was a really disappointing experience. Never visiting this place again! Doctors should be helping their patients - rather than making money and profits off of them.

Fantastic experience: Had carbon laser and hydrafacial. Promotion was very good for AED 199 om both treatments! The location is very accessible area in JLT. Clinic is decent. The WhatsApp number is very responsive. Clinician is prompt (Simran) and has done a very nice job for both mine and my go's treatments.

Negative experience: Update : STILL WAITING FOR APPROVAL OF REFUND FOR ALMOST 6 MONTHS NOW !!!!! I purchased a mesotherapy and Dermapen package at American Medical Center, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The ad was completely misleading—it gave the impression of a professional, high-quality service, but what I received was far from it. During my visit, I had to wait a long time with numbing cream on my face, only for the actual Dermapen session to be rushed and over in just a few minutes. It felt like they were just trying to get me in and out as quickly as possible, not actually provide quality care. When I raised my concerns and asked for a refund, they refused and kept pushing me to continue the sessions—even though I clearly said I was unhappy with the service. This kind of treatment is unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this clinic to anyone looking for genuine care or professionalism.

Fantastic experience: The staff are super freindly, the doctor explained the treatment in details,therefore you fell more confident and more relaxed. They had great equipment, it was a delay of almost 45 min,is the only inconvenience but is hard to predect doctors' precedures timings so is understandable.

Fantastic experience: I had a pleasant experience with AMC. Mary at the reception was very accommodating, and Simran, the laser technician, was great and made sure her patients were comfortable throughout the entire procedure. Quite impressed as well on how they communicate with you if they running behind the schedule.

Negative experience: Very unprofessional manner of taking appointments. I booked for 2 person at the same timing and we were never informed that one has to wait for the other to finish before the other person can start with the treatment. Such a waste of time! They should inform that the other schedule is 1hour after the first one!! Soo disappointing. And the receptionist who took the registration did not even even properly explain and left her station and have to speak to other receptionist

Negative experience: TLDR- once they take your money and the transaction is completed there is minimal follow up or effort to support with insurance claims. We were guaranteed 1 year warranty for a retainer we purchased here, and this was UNTRUE, as we had to end up paying for 2 retainers since the first kept crapping out and getting cracks in it. Second issue with this place is that the follow through and support in terms of insurance reimbursements are abysmal. It made it worse since we did end up paying over 6000 Aed for the 2 retainers, instead of the first one working as promised. After following up on them sending us a medical report and forms for reimbursement for LITERALLY WEEKS, we received a message saying that the clinic has been "blacklisted" by Nas insurance and they can't help us with the reimbursement if this is our insurance company. We were very confused, shouldn't they, A) tell us this before we begin the treatment, not afterwards and also we have been going to this clinic for at least half a year, so it's not like they are not aware of our insurance company and this has literally never come up as an issue before, and B) Why would you pretend to follow up with us and pretend you are able to send us the insurance forms FOR WEEKS, when our insurance company has apparently blacklisted your clinic?! Upon calling, the clinic admin staff are not even aware this message was sent and could not verify the content. How can a clinic not have any internal communication and have this level of confusion? We followed up here because our initial experience with the dentist was positive. However this clinic is very disorganized with paperwork and processes, no one takes any accountability or makes effort after they collect payment from you, and I would highly recommend seeking treatment somewhere that deals with clients more professionally.

My latest visit I had to change my appointment three times and the receptionist patiently helped me without any issues. Nurse Chippy is very kind and professional and always greets you with a big smile. And Dr. Malokhat… truly a doctor sent by God. She’s not only highly competent and professional gynecologist, but also an amazing human being. From the moment she starts talks, you feel her calming energy. She explains everything clearly, gives thoughtful advice, and always makes sure you feel supported and understood. I believe that is what every woman needs when visiting a gynecologist. Negative experience: I’m so dissatisfied and will never recommend this clinic for visiting. I wanted to do scaling and they offered me 2 options: basic scaling (AED 149) and Depp scaling (AED 250). It’s important to say that I do scaling every 3-4 months: it’s even more often than it’s needed. And every time I hear from doctors that I don’t have any deep problems with calculus - it’s just good for preventing. Of course, doctor in this center told me that I need to do Deep Scaling. I was surprised but if it’s needed, of course I’ll do this. And.. can you imagine that the procedure took 3 minutes?) not more, really, because it had 2 steps only :) I do it really often and I know the whole procedure: there can’t be less than 4 steps. When I’ve asked the doctor why it’s like this, she told me that their methods are innovative. I’m really shocked because they’ve just brushed my teeth. If this one was deep, what’s included to the basic option?) I’ve asked doctor’s assistant after appointment and she told: deep one removes all the calculus. Sooo, what is included to the basic option?) Oh, and when I gave AED 1000 to pay, they didn’t want to accept because there was no change. Is it my problem? Really awful experience and wasted money.

Negative experience: Just time waste and money waste!! When I went there first time Dr. Saleha told me you have to take 3 sessions of PRP after that just use Minoxin spray daily at night time 100% hair fall will be stop. Unfortunately I pay 700dhs and took 3 sessions of PRP when I was taking 3rd session that time she saying you have to take 3 more sessions and pay 700dhs more for next session then hair fall will be stop… They are just playing and earning money. May be after next three PRP sessions she will tell take more three because they need to just earn money that’s it. There is no benefit still my hair falling even daily I am using that spray.

Negative experience: Had an appointment booked for 8pm and wasn’t seen until 8.50pm. There were two options, Basic Scaling and Deep Scaling - I went with Deep scaling… was in and out in 15 minutes… was not thorough at all. Extremely disappointed to say the least.

Negative experience: Had 6 sessions of prp for hair and the service was awful! I didnt get any result after all 6 sessions because the doctor was doing it for 5 minutes each time and running away right after! No proper communication no advice nothing! She was like a robot! The receptionists dont even know how to answer to your questions! They misguided me so many times with wrong timing wrong dates! I never recommend this clinic to anybody! Waste of money and time!

Negative experience: Extremely Unprofessional and Poorly Managed – Avoid This Place! I had an appointment for a HydraFacial at American Medical Center on Sunday at 9:30 AM. I arrived on time, only to be told that the nurse did not show up due to “personal reasons.” What’s worse, they didn’t even bother to inform me beforehand! This is completely unacceptable and a clear sign of poor management and a lack of respect for customers’ time. A professional medical center should prioritize communication and customer service. If an appointment cannot be honored, the least they can do is notify the client in advance. Instead, they wasted my time with a careless attitude and silly excuses. I will never be returning to this place, and I strongly advise others to look elsewhere for reliable and professional service. If this is how they handle simple facial appointments, I can’t imagine trusting them with anything more serious.

Fantastic experience: Dr Malokhat Sadikova is one of the best doctors I have ever met not only for her deep knowledge, great analytical skills and high level of professionalism in her speciality (Obstetrics and Gynecology) and also in general medicine , but also for Dr Malokhat's positive approach and very kind attitude to patients, which is so important when you visit a doctor. Negative experience: My suggestion is not to go there. Worst clinic ever. They don't care about you and your treatment. I went there for PRP treatment for my hair, and they charged me 1000 aed for 3 sessions of PRP. i had my first session. Then i find out about exosome treatment. Which is better than PRP. So i asked the receptionist if it is possible to change my PRP treatment to exosome. he said it's not possible. So i told him to cancel my PRP treatment and refund. They said the refund is not possible because its not their policy. They are just money hungry people.

Negative experience: Worst customer service and mis managed staff: its not just one incident which made me write such review while its three back to back incidents without any action taken by the concerned. I booked for treatment and they changed it to whatsoever they wished for. Even though i showed them chat that what i asked for specifically but they kept on doing it. Even i came on time they asked me to wait for additional one hour as they entertained some other person on my schedule. Multiple times i asked to get a call back from Doctor Maria but that didnt happen. Instead Manager called me and promised me to call back in 5 minutes while its hours and seems like she got lost in her time lapse. This shows the attitude and apathy towards there customer service and its a nightmare getting treatment over there. NEVER EVER AGAIN

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend AMC and Dr Saleha i visited to avail the mesotherapy offer but she gave me her honest opinion and I end up availing different package which really turned up so well I have noticed my melasma fading just in one treatment, It is a huge relief because I tried so many things for years and it did not work. At first, I felt shy, especially treatment for private areas, but Nurse Maria, a Filipina, has handled all my sessions and has made me feel comfortable and secure. The equipment they are using is safe and painless. Results are noticeable even after the first session, but it's best to complete the first three sessions. Negative experience: Worst experience with the Hydrafacial. Staffs are uncooperative, skipping many steps and completing the facial in 20-25 minutes. I got skin infection and acne after getting the Hydrafacial there last week. My wife is also experiencing the same issues. Never recommend this center for any treatment.

Negative experience: Dentist::::I regret to share a deeply disappointing experience with this medical/dental center. Despite being marketed as an "American center," not a single American staff member is employed there, and none of the dentists appear to have received any training in the United States. The lack of competence in handling even basic procedures has led to significant health issues, highlighting a concerning gap in professionalism and expertise. When mistakes were made, the staff displayed an alarming lack of accountability or empathy. The facility falls far below the standards one would expect from even a low-rated clinic in the United States. Potential patients are strongly advised to exercise caution and thoroughly research before proceeding with any procedures at this clinic. I sincerely hope that this feedback prompts the clinic to address these critical issues and improve their standards to ensure the safety and well-being of their patients.

Fantastic experience: I'm in awe of this centre, great service by Liza each time I've visited. I started with Lazer hair removal for legs and have tried so many more services since. The carbon laser results are also great. My skin is very sensitive but I have never had an issue in the past year. Liza takes time to understand individual needs and tailors the treatment according, she is the best. And ofcourse their prices are so reasonable! Definitely recommend this center especially for laser hair removal.

Negative experience: . I've come for botox on upper face; something I've done for years all over the world with various brands. I've done it a month ago and still have no solid results. Still a few prominent lines. I went back twice after the initial appointment, so 3 visits in total and it hasn't been a pleasant experience nor has it been pleasant results. I won't be going back.

Negative experience: Ordinarily I would have given a better star because i was very satisfied with Ms Maria and my laser treatments, unfortunately the low score is due to the fact that I have never met a more incompetent receptionist/ customer service staff. i will advise the owner to look into this because one customer lost is a lot

Negative experience: the center itself is ok but I have been there several times and each time I got a Filipina nurse. It was a terrible experience. It is very painful when you take blood, there are bruises that take a week to go away. But besides that, she constantly pesters you with questions. It is very annoying, I am not her friend and constantly asking questions, including about her personal life, is simply indecent! I am a client and she is an employee of the center. It would be better if she calmed down her unhealthy interest in asking questions of the client and took up advanced training
