Negative experience: عياده لا انصح بيها ابدا ،،الاهم عندهم فقط الفلوس و لا يهم حاله المريض ،، وكسروا لى اسنان وبعد ما دفعت عندهم مبالغ كتيره ،، كل ما كنت اعمل علاج عصب يطلع خراج لعدم اكتمال العلاج السليم و اضل رايحه جايه على العلاج مره اخر اكتر من ٦ جلسات …عذااااااب،، و بعد الاحاح من الدكتور على تركيب الفنيرز و تغيير الكرونز بكرون جديده اتكسرت اسنانى و الأجات للزراع الاسنان بعد ما اشتكيت عليهم فى الصحه من شهر ٨ بعد ما اتنزلت على الشكوى لم يتم علاجى حتى الان و الدكتور خرج من الغرفه وتركنى و قالى مش هكمل معاكى العلاج و اسوء معامله ،، اسوء مواعيد ،، اين ضمير الدكاتره،، كل همهم بس الفلوس ،، كل ما اكتب على الانستجرام كومنت يمسحوا و يعموا بلوك ،طلبت اكتر من مره اتكلم مع المدير لاحل المشكله مافيش اى استجابه ،، ،

The doctor she was so rude she didn’t even have any concerns or feels that u r important … I wanted to polish and clean my veneers but she was not interested to advise me or even have a genuine convo with me … plus she just finish her job in few mins … it was not deep cleaning and she just touched them .. I still have stains and lines in between if you got veneers you would know .. the only thing she cleaned is the back teeth .. so I should spend 20k at ur dental clinic so u can serve me better ?

Fantastic experience: I'm sharing my fantastic experience to aid those looking for a premium dental care in UAE wishing them as pleasant experience as mine. To begin with, Receptionists. Fatma and Nour, an exceptionally efficient team, scheduling and follow ups, not mentioning how friendly and welcoming they are. I didn't even have to wait, although I wouldn't mind it with the center warm and friendly environment. Secondly, Doctors, Dr. Mohamed is a genuine person to look up to, I've been in his care for my tooth implant and it's nothing but a wonderful experience so far, treatment plan, simple and clear communication, yet to complete next week. Dr. Uras, I had a very brief experience, but really demonstrated an expert level consultation and treatment within same session. Finally, I had to go through a lot before eventually choosing this center for my family dental care. My sincere admiration for this Team, wishing them more success and prosperity. Perhaps next visit I'll share some photos here.
