Negative experience: They are all fored before they will say we are all responsible after took money all advance after change language.. tottally fored Bater not wear money and also don't west time.. they are cheater... And also not good sarvies I have some example...see photo how many places missing for my hair Whole HARAMI. They making money only

Negative experience: I have an existing sessions here and it is all fully paid! No response from all their social media accounts, they are not even reachable! I just came to know that the clinic is already closed! I need my money back

If the clinic is already shut down, they should communicate with us to return the money. They took money they did not deserve. How can we get our money back?

Negative experience: Clinic has been unresponsive for almost a week now. I’ve been messaging them on IG and they just left me on seen. Whatsapp and phone call is also not going through. I still have an on going package which is also fully paid. I went to the clinic to see what’s happening and apparently they’ve been closed due to court order. Horrible experience!

Negative experience: There is this one old doctor in this clinic that conducts warts removal and doesn't use topical anaesthesia at all even without the patients consent. Such a torture.

Receptionists are very friendly, the clinic is clean and it has an amazing view of Burj Khalifa. The therapists and receptionists at the clinic were informative and friendly. Hanee, was thorough and efficient in managing my booking and registration. VJ, my therapist, made me feel comfortable and was clear about information regarding the procedure. She was quick, thorough and precise. Thank you Fattan Polyclinic! 10/10 would recommend!

Negative experience: Rude dentist, made a rude comment about my appearance as soon as I sat in the chair, completely unprofessional, unhygienic, looked in my mouth for 30 seconds and told me I need 10 fillings and lots of work on my teeth, when I asked her to put this in writing to get a second opinion she lied to my face and said she cannot write anything down as it’s “against Dubai regulations” and she “may lose her licence”. 0/10 I can’t believe all the positive reviews about this place. Nonsense.

Fantastic experience: It was my first time but for sure when I need a dentist I will not think in somewhere else. My process with Dr. jumi 3 fillers and cleaning, the process was painless and no hassle at all. All is done in one visit with a full explanation from the doctor, dr. Jumi is really a professional doctor.

Fantastic experience: Second time going to this clinic for bikini and underarm hair laser removal after not getting satisfied anymore to the clinic that I was going to for almost a year. I must say everyone is just so nice, professional, and approachable; from the reception to the laser technician. I like how the laser technician is really paying attention making sure she’s not missing any spot. The clinic is also very clean and has a good atmosphere. My decision to change clinic is so far going great :)

The clinic is very modern and clean, the staff is very welcoming. I am very happy with the results, teeth are clean, white and shiny. And no bleeding or swollen gums that you often get after cleaning procedure. Also they have best prices in Dubai for packages for botox+filler, PRP, láser for him and for her.

I had laser hair removal treatment and the machine they were using was better than the ones I tried before in Dubai. Because it was less painful. No gel. Cold air laser is the one they use because its more effective than gel ones. Highly recommended! They have other treatments like derma, dental as well. Definitely will go back again !
