Negative experience: I visited Dr. Tereza for my daughter’s dental treatment. While insurance approval for a cleaning was received, the procedure was carried out immediately without informing me, which I found quite surprising. She later informed me, based on the X-rays, that my daughter needed a filling and a crown. I wasn’t fully convinced, so I submitted an online request to receive a copy of the X-rays. We had an appointment scheduled for the procedure itself the next day, but when we arrived, their system was down and they couldn’t confirm whether insurance had approved it.I chose not to wait and left. When I called today to check on the X-rays, they said they couldn’t find my initial request and asked me to fill it out again. Such a simple task should not be this difficult. The experience reflects poor customer service and a disorganized system. It feels like they rely too much on their long-standing presence in Dubai, but I’ve now realized there are much better clinics out there.

The entire process was smooth, quick, and pain free. She’s not only skilled but also has a warm and calming approach that makes children feel safe and comfortable. My son has had ortho treatment at a previous clinic but feels very comfortable and looked after here. Dr Mirna has a lovely friendly manner with the children. She focuses her attention on them and speaks with respect and on their level. I thoroughly recommend Dr Mirna and the clinic.

Negative experience: Be careful before visiting the clinic. Initially they communicated to me consultation 295 dhs and 50% discount for the discount card i have at the end charged me 387 and stated that actual price is 395 so, 7 dirham discount. This is called scam! So, beware And filling went of after 3 days.!!!
