Fantastic experience: I’m absolutely thrilled with the results of my daughter’s orthodontic treatment with Dr. Haidi Omar. From the initial consultation to the final outcome, the entire experience was exceptional. Dr. Haidi is professional, kind and caring, making my daughter feel comfortable and at ease throughout the process. The treatment was completed in 6 months and the results are amazing. Fantastic experience: What a journey!!! Growing up i always had issues with my teeth and my super gummy smile. Thanks to Dr Mayssa and her team at Dr Michael's dental clinic I finally found the courage to fix this. She was with me all the way , explained the whole procedure and even when I felt like giving up she always pushed me and encouraged me . Im so greatful and im finally confident with my smile !!!! Fantastic experience: Great practice with excellent dental staff. Dr Haidi's orthodontic treatment on my daughter Mariam was wonderful. The results were good and the aftercare has been of a high standard.
Negative experience: Don't visit this clinic we did and we wasted money and time, for consulting they charge 950AED without letting you know, super expensive like they give us a quotation for 45,000 for replacing just 2 front teeth and then braces for 15,000 total 60,000AED. In other clinic we did it under 10,000AED. My advice is that before you visit the clinic please ask if consulting is free or not please visit free consulting they has the best prices in the market, thanks.

Fantastic experience: I took my son to see Dr. Haidi, who did his braces and has been carefully monitoring his progress with monthly follow-ups. Fantastic experience: I unfortunately had a small accident upon arriving in Dubai and broke two of my teeth. Since my return flight isn’t for another week, I decided to visit the Dr. Michael’s Dental Care Clinic. I was able to get an appointment very quickly, and they did an excellent job fixing my teeth. So far, it’s been my best experience with a dentist, even though I’ve had a lot of dental work done recently back home in Zurich. Dr. Mayssa is amazing—she explained every step in detail and was incredibly gentle with my sensitive teeth. The consultation was quick yet thorough. The clinic is exceptionally clean, and the staff are very friendly. I had such a positive experience and would highly recommend them.

Negative experience: Not sure how this place has a high rating. Went in for a standard cleaning. Not only did the hygienist not compete the job, but the assistant nurse was careless in her assitance and injured my gums and teeth. I cannot stress how under qualified, these people are. Plus they’re overpriced. They charge literally 3 times more than any other clinic does for a standard cleaning.

Fantastic experience: Thank you to Dr. Sheida! I came to the clinic in pain and with fear but Dr. Sheida treated me like no dentist ever before. She explained everything in detail and gave me the feeling to be in good hands. When I entered the clinic, I could not even eat something cuz the pain was so intense. 2 days after her treatment the pain is 80% gone and I am able to normally chew again! I will definitely come to Dr. Sheida again. :) Thank you!

Negative experience: Paid 500 AED for a 2 minutes consultation when I was in pain and nothing was literally done to help me. Not sure how the dentist was able to figure out what was my issue in less than a minute.. The diagnosis turned out wrong, as I went to another dentist and was given the needed treatment. I was really surprised as that was my 1st visit and deff. The last one.

Negative experience: Really disappointed and dissatisfied. This dentistry is a money-making machine, and I wasn't made aware that the need for a surface dental filling is only needed as a prevention. This procedure, which normally costs 170AED per tooth, cost 800AED per tooth here. COMPLETELY OVERCHARGED.

Negative experience: Please dont get fooled by the good rating of this clinic, I had a pain and I saw Dr. Thomas lyth which diagnosed my case wrong and I ended up removing two root canals and yet I have the same pain. When I visited another clinic and the dentist said why your root canal is removed while your teeth is in good condition!!! I told him I didnt even have cavity on them but they said the pain is caused by the root canal and should be removed. By that time I didnt know that deep cavity is the cause of root canal and after that they were so pushy for me to have an implant and a crown placed. When I had seen the other clinic now am sure that this clinic has no honesty and they are after money only. If I could give them 0 star I would.
Negative experience: Yesterday I went to Dr Shakiba with broken tooth . She address the issue but I am not satisfied with the treatment as my tooth is not aligned and bothering me a lot . She clean only my tooth she fixed . I don’t know it’s a part of procedure that only treated tooth should be address but being a courtesy she should clean properly my tooth. I’m not accepting scaling but very basic cleaning which every dentist does . They charge alot and we are willing to pay too for their best services but unfortunately in my case I didn’t get which I was looking for .

Fantastic experience: I visited dr Michael's clinic a couple of days ago and couldn't be happier with my experience. Jasmin, their dental hygienist, did an amazing job cleaning and polishing my teeth - not only am I very happy with the results but also with the procedure itself. Jasmin is very professional and highly skilled as well as very attentive, compassionate and kind. She pays attention to every detail to make you as comfortable as possible, explains the ongoing treatment and makes sure that you stay relaxed throughout the procedure. My teeth are very sensitive and I had a bad previous experience but I feel safe with Jasmin and I know that I am in good hands. I call her office a dental zen space, this is how relaxed I feel on her chair. I am so glad I found her and can't recommend her enough!

Fantastic experience: It took a dozen different dentists over 12 years accross 5 different countries, but my wife and I have FINALLY found a dentist that we truly feel comfortable with. Bad experiences from when I was a child resulted in a natural discomfort, edging on trauma for all things dentist related. Whether it is pain and anxiety management, gentleness, attention to detail, attitude or quality of care, there was always something that made me hate going to the dentist and my dental hygiene paid the price for that. It took 38 years, but I have finally found in Dr. Maryam a dentist that I am not anxious to go to. Dr. Maryam has the approach and passion of an artist. She is a perfectionist that does not rush her work in order to fit in more patients per day, but rather looks at the best possible outcome for each patient, every time, Something that is VERY hard to come by in the UAE and even in the US when that entire process feels very industrialized and dehumanized for the sake of velocity and profitability. How often would your average dentist, after 45 minutes of work on a filling ask you if the bite is comfortable and after you reply back "yes" asks you again "can it be made better? " this interaction summarizes in a nutshell why we hold Dr. Maryam in such a high regard and why neither me nor my wife can conceive of ever wanting to see a different dentist.

Negative experience: A money machine. My experience. I took my 3 < 5yo kids for regular dental check up. One of them had a cavity but was not super cooperative tk make the treatment on the day of the visit. The doctor said, let’s wait for a few months so she can grow up and become more cooperative. 3 months after I go back for the treatment and the cavity had expanded to the root and a root canal treatment was required. In the meantime, the first doctor had left the place and to my request who is in charge here ... nobody is in charge right now as the owners are not here and there is not a sort of director ...

Fantastic experience: I visited Dr. Michaels Jumeirah branch for the first time for a root canal, lets just say am usually very afraid of going to the dentist due to past bad experiences from different dentists. I had my root canal with Dr. Kavita, I didn't know what to expect as I have heard horror stories about root canal procedures, but Dr, Kavitha was the best. She was very attentive and professional and the procedure with her was totally painless. I would very much recommend her. Thank you Dr. Kavitha I went back months later for a crown and fillings with Dr. Sarel, absolutely amazing experience. Very professional, knowledgeable and kind too. The procedures were done extremely well, no pain during or after the procedure. My crown was fitted perfectly, I cant tell the difference, it feels real.I would absolutely recommend him. Fantastic experience: I had to get a tooth extraction as the filling had broken and I was in excruciating pain. Dr Murat calmed my nerves within no time and ensured that the procedure went painlessly. The entire episode was handled very well by the Doctor and his assistant. Fantastic experience: Truly Excellent professional standards and patient care. I am seeing Dr Soulaf and Prof Rima for various treatments. I qualified and worked as a hospital dental surgeon in the UK and now work as a medical doctor, so I recognise a great dental clinic when I see one! Fantastic experience: I've had a phobia of dentists as long as I can remember which continued well into adulthood. All that changed after coming to Dr. Michael's and meeting Dr. Thomas whose been exceptional. I recently had 2 extractions done plus a root canal. As much as I was initially apprehensive about getting these treatments done, Dr. Thomas put me at ease with absolutely minimal discomfort. Would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for an awesome dentist, he is your guy.
