Negative experience: Today i came all the way from sharjah to my appointment as i booked at 8 but the receptionists at the clinic they dont share the same information as one of them told me that the doctor comes only on Friday evening time which is from 6 till 9 and in ramadan everything is open till midnight become of our routine but still i postponed my appointment twice! Then they told me you should be at the clinic from 7? But my appointment from 8 i should come at 8 and do what ever treatment needed and if it takes 2 hours they should calculate and be sure about their appointment not telling me to come from 7 and my appointment at 8 then they told me they close at 9 but still they have client at 9?? No one knows the exact info in the clinic because they don’t know when they doctor is coming or when to inform the client they just have very very poor management and scheduling! No one opens from 3 till 9 in ramadan! They wasted my time and my patrol wont come again

When a customer asks you should give them t he exact price. Such a bad experience won’t be coming back.

It is a pity that one of my teeth was damaged due to the correction, but they still provided me with some feasible solutions to restore my teeth. The service is very good. When you feel tooth pain so much that you need to take medicine to relieve it, you must pay attention to whether the tooth root is displaced. After the tooth is displaced, the lack of nutrition of the tooth will lead to tooth decay.

Negative experience: I had an incredibly disappointing experience with one of the dentists. During my visit, I expressed my concerns about excessive x-rays and refuse to take five of them. However, the dentist went against my wishes and insisted on proceeding with all five x-rays, making me feel uncomfortable and disregarded as a patient. This level of disregard for my preferences was unacceptable and left me feeling frustrated.
