Negative experience: Went today to check with Dr. Suruchi Vohra. Maybe she is a good dermatologist, but felt like she is quite hostile. Checked the skin of baby less than a minute. Refused to see her throat (she got tonsillitis just yesterday). Like this doctor didn’t study with other pediatricians all same things, including tonsils. Sorry, it was just ridiculous. It’s my first time when doctor refused to check patient.

Positive experience: We have been coming to Kings Marina clinic from last 3 years, but this time I was a bit disappointed as our home drop service was booked wrong, after our health check up, we had to wait for 30 mins. The cab went to Jumeriah for pick up, we went down on road looking for cab, and after interacting with driver, he mentioned he's in jumeriah clinic for pick up, long waiting for cab, Not happy with this experience.

Negative experience: Dissatisfied with the way health check up is organised - no follow up with the doctors, no clear consultation and discussion of the results, just received some results on the email and that was it. The support for a check up also works extremely poor.

Fantastic experience: Came to Kings Clinic Marina because I’ve been having some issues with my neck (have a sort of a bump) and had a terrible posture with lots of stifness. After doing an X-ray it was recommended that I take some physiotherapy sessions with Dr. Arsenio DelaCruz. He recommended some specific exercises to strengthen my back and neck muscles and improve my posture. After one month and only the second session he saw great improvement and for me it’s been amazing to see I could actually correct what I damaged in many years of office work and neglect. I am really so happy and I recommend Dr Arsenio wholeheartedly! I will continue following his advice and taking better care of myself. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I recently underwent physiotherapy at Kings Clinic at Marina with Dr. Arsenio DelaCruz. The session included a neck massage, acupuncture, and electrophoresis. The massage was soothing and significantly eased my neck discomfort. Acupuncture was slightly intense at first but left me feeling refreshed afterward. Electrophoresis was a new experience, but it was straightforward and comfortable. The clinic is spotless, and the staff are welcoming and professional. Fantastic experience: I have seen physiotherapist Arsenio Dela Cruz a good number of times, so this review is based on personal experience. Owing to injuries from rugby and motorcycles, I have seen a great many physiotherapists over the last three decades, predominantly at private London clinics. Arsenio rates amongst the very best that I have worked with. The treatments that he has deployed have proved remarkably effective, significantly decreasing the pain levels in my spine and reducing the numbness in my arm. He clearly invests in his continued personal development to utilise the latest techniques, I have not had such swift and lasting improvement before. I would not hesitate to recommend Arsenio.

Negative experience: Very disappointing experience at the clinic, Don't give appointments if you can't manage them. At the strict minimum, you inform patients of delays and waiting times. Finally saw the doctor after waiting TWO HOURS with my sick kid. Filled the feedback survey that you automatically receive after clinic visit and asked for a call-back. It's been 2 weeks and no one called. Why send those if they are ignored.

I have been handled by Dr Ayoub Omar, ENT consultant, for check up and surgery and I am very satisfied overall. What makes it great and that dr always take time to explain everything, and answer any question.

Senior Physiotherapist Arsenio De La Cruz really helped with my shoulder using many different techniques and exercises, including fascia massage, flossing, acupuncture, ultrasound, electrotherapy, band exercises, small weights, and he uses them appropriately and differently every session. Fantastic experience: I had physiotherapy at Kings Clinic at Marina with Dr. Arsenio DelaCruz. They did neck massage, acupuncture, and electrophoresis. The massage was relaxing and helped my neck pain. Acupuncture was a bit uncomfortable but felt good after. Electrophoresis was new for me, but it was easy and painless. The clinic is clean, and the staff is friendly. Dr. DelaCruz was kind and explained everything. I feel better after the session. I recommend this clinic for physiotherapy.

Positive experience: I have been visiting the Kings Hospital Marina for pain in my neck and shoulder. Dr. Saeed is my orthopaedic specialist and after a thorough investigation via MRI and Xray, he recommended physiotherapy sessions. I have been undergoing physio with Dr. Arsenio - he’s very professional and has done a great job of helping to relieve my pain.

Positive experience: Very happy with the professional services here. Recently I’ve been going for Physio therapy with Dr Arsenio for my back and knees and it’s very effective. My entire family goes for different service and we are quite happy with the doctors. We use Dr Nitin for pediatrics. The only feedback would be that it’s quite hard to make appointments.

Negative experience: Very Bad and i experienced there is one staff İng Spirometry room staff name Angel Manga was very very rude. The way Approaching a patient her voice tone and the way she speak to me was super rude even she is also Filipino. She told me if you never gonna make it I will told to the doctor then the doctor come dr. Asif Sattar was polite explaining to me while angel was super rude telling me in high tone voice “mam you told me you already do this( sprinometry examination) in prime hospital 2-3x then why u can’t make it right now if you can’t make it we can stop this now & I’ll gonna told to the doctor that ur not cooperate” even I followed her instructions but it hard for me because of my severe coughing and hard to breathe. Then the doctor decided to stop because I can’t make it. Angel manga was super rude Her patience was so much poor or low & her behavior was super unacceptable for a hospital staff that supposed or expected to be kind, nice, & supportive towards a patient that are in pain and sick Then she said “you want I’ll will gonna translate it to you in Tagalog “I think you don’t understand in English I’ll will translate it in Tagalog if you want ?” that how she say it to me in annoying bad high tone voice while I’m in severe pain and having severe cough. thats how she treated the patient I hope she will change the way she treated a patient come in this hospital because it’s my 1st time coming here in Dubai hill king college hospital and this is the 1st time I encountered this kind of very very rude staff name angel manga.

Negative experience: I visited the clinic at 19:30, and unfortunately, there was no doctor available at that time. This was disappointing, as I expected to receive timely care based on the clinic's operating hours (8-20:00). Could you please ensure better coordination in staff availability to avoid such inconveniences in future

Negative experience: This is a review for the clinic and the admin team. After scheduling an appointment, a week ago , with doctor Balasz, getting an sms confirmation on the day, then 3 more SMS confirmations and an automated call I came to the appointment. However, the doctor never showed up! I overheard the nurse saying he left already, but what the admin person did was to give me some forms to fill out for no reason . After 45 min from my scheduled time, and 1 hour from coming to the clinic I left. The reception desk couldn’t give me any answers with what is happening with the appointment. In the waiting room there were several overbooked patients also visibly frustrated. Why are you wasting your clients e.g. PATIENTS time? We are not coming for a coffee date, but for a medical reason.Why is it an issue to say immediately the doctor isn’t there and what is the point of all those confirmations ? So disrespectful, will not be wasting my time anymore here. Update: After 2 years I step into this clinic to accompany my wife and guess what - 50 minutes after the scheduled appointment , me having to chase nurses and reception , they get her into appointment. If you are in Marina , it might be close to you, but driving or taking a taxi to any other clinic would take shorter than wasting time here .

Fantastic experience: Physiotherapist Arsenio deserves 5 star. Such an excellent services he is providing. I have been to so many physiotherapist from so many hospitals, but Arsenio from Kings Clinic Marina is the best. He shows concern to me as his patients and making sure i am fully relieved of my pain. He knows exactly what he is doing and he is certainly very helpful and accommodating.

Negative experience: The nurses forgot to do tests that the doctor prescribed, had to go back and make multiple phone calls for them to arrange the tests. Then waited hours just for the prescription to be transmitted to their pharmacy. Then they forgot to do x-rays we had to go back with. Then they said MRI is not covered because they realized they had the wrong name submitted. All was a mess. But Dr. Fatima Khan and Dr. Lali were great. And Jennifer Patel was fantastic and timely.

I often visit this hospital since it’s conveniently located near both my home and office, and I’ve always had a positive experience. Positive experience: Be warned, they are average at best – long waiting times past the time of your appointment, referred out to very dodgy and unfriendly place for an MRI 40 minutes from the hospital. I was told the higher price of MRI was about 'quality', and to be honest it wasn't at all. Had an MRI and no follow up from the orthopaedic doctor. The ortho seemed decent, but it felt a bit rushed. I would go elsewhere if you're looking for care that feels continuous and.. well.. caring.

Negative experience: Horrible experience. Have been waiting for six weeks for a prescription to be sent. Despite numerous emails and calls, I’ve still not received anything. They seem completely incompetent.

Fantastic experience: Outstanding Physiotherapist – Highly Recommended! This review and scoring is for my Physiotherapy experience ONLY. (there are several flaws with this facility that I will address in another review) I've been struggling with a neck disc issue that was pressing on my nerve, causing severe numbness and pain in my shoulder and arm. After trying three different physiotherapists with no success, I was starting to lose hope. Surgery was not an option I wanted to consider, so finding the right physio was critical for me. Thankfully, I found Arsenio DelaCruz, and I can confidently say he has been a game-changer in my recovery. From the very first session, I knew I was in the hands of someone truly skilled and knowledgeable. He uses a combination of techniques, including focused deep tissue massage, acupuncture, and vibration therapy, to target the root of my problem. His approach is thorough, and he takes the time to explain everything, making sure I understand the progress we're making. While my treatment is still ongoing, for the first time in a long time, I feel like there is light at the end of the tunnel. The improvement I’ve experienced so far gives me confidence that with Arsenio’s expertise, we can fully resolve this issue. Negative experience: I did septoplasty in December and my ears got blocked 2 days after suregry till today… i visited the Dr and informed him about the case that both ears are clogged he gave me salty water and antibiotic still issue not cleared… i visited another hospital they told me my left nostril has an issue and I have to repeat the operation and the insurance rejected and asked to me contact the hospital where I was operated.. i called them and asked the nurse to ask the Dr to call me urgently and my request is ignored. I live far away from the hosp and I am unable to drive 2 hours just to speak to him… my life is destroyed , I regret I did the surgery… I am unable to blow my left nostril and my ears are blocked

Fantastic experience: Hi. I was suffering from trigger finger and visited Kings College Marina branch. The treatment was done by Dr. saeed. One of the best doctors i hv ever met. He explained everything related to the problem, asked if i had any questions. After all the tests came satisfactory i was recommended fr physiotherapy sessions with Dr. Arsenio. Positive experience: The care varies from Doctor to Doctor but one thing is constant: When you have an appointment, you are received late because of double bookings and are expected to find it normal, but when you need an appointment rather urgently, double bookings are not available to you. Double standards.

I really appreciated the professionalism of the staff specially the lovely nurse Ashewthy who took her time to explain the details before the CT and later the Specialist Mr. Sharif who gave all explanation what was needed. Negative experience: I’m very disappointed with my experience at King’s College Hospital Dubai Marina. Over a month ago, I visited the orthopedic doctor, who recommended physiotherapy sessions, which my insurance approved almost immediately. The hospital called to confirm the approval and assured me that someone from the physiotherapy department would reach out to schedule my appointments. However, it’s been more than a month, and I haven’t heard from anyone. After 45 days, I called to follow up, only to be met with a response that felt dismissive and lacked accountability. Instead of an apology for their lack of follow-through, the representative simply said she was ‘sorry if I felt that way.’ This isn’t about feelings; it’s about the hospital’s responsibility toward patients seeking care. Unfortunately, this is the second time I’ve faced this kind of experience at the hospital, and it’s disappointing that nothing has changed. Because of the delay, my insurance approval has now expired, meaning that the care I was hoping to receive wasn’t a priority for the hospital. It’s disheartening to feel like patients are viewed as a ‘bag of money’ rather than individuals seeking help. I hope this review encourages the hospital to prioritize patient communication and follow-through in the future.

Fantastic experience: I have been suffering from chronic lower back and neck pain for many years. My husband had a knee injury 2 years ago, he was reluctant to go for a surgery and decided to try with Dr Arsenio Dela Cruz. After a couple of sessions he felt better and continued seeing Dr Arsenio. His knee is now ok. No surgery required. He continues to be treated by Dr Arsenio for his shoulder and back pain. He recommended that I see Dr Arsenio for my lower back and neck problem. I am currently seeing Dr Arsenio and my condition has improved tremendously. Dr Arsenio is very resourceful and constantly trying different treatment methods to provide us the best patient care. We both always look forward to our physio sessions.

Fantastic experience: I’m currently undergoing physiotherapy treatment under Dr Arsenio De la Cruz as I was diagnosed with frozen shoulder. Just with five sessions I have come a long way and it’s only because of the multiple form of physiotherapy I underwent. Dr Arsenio is exceptionally knowledgeable and at the same time his demeanour is remarkable.

Positive experience: Great clinic, right next to the Marina Walk. Take my son to the paediatrician Dr. Nitin Verma. He is very good. Highly recommend. Parking available in the building, which can can validated at the clinic.

Negative experience: Waiting time is unacceptable. Not a single time I was taken by the doctor on time. Every time I need to wait up to 1 hour. I do not recommend neither this branch, nor kings hospital. It is very disrespectful towards the patient.

Fantastic experience: I was so thankful to have come across Dr. Adnan at Saudi German, as I was looking for another pediatrician for my son. It was by coincidence that I came across his profile on the hospital's website. Ever since then, he has become more of a family doctor. Always attentive towards my son and he really takes his time with the patient to understand the problem. My son was scared of doctors till he met with Dr. Adnan and now he happily meets him for his checkup at Kings College. Dr. Adnan gets along with the kids really well. I would highly recommend Dr. Adnan to any new mothers looking for a ped's doctor.

Fantastic experience: Very good, got me an appointment when a miscommunication had been made. Meaning I didn’t have to wait two weeks. Ibrahim Askar organised all and was great!

Negative experience: If you know good doctor or specialist then, you are lucky, otherwise, good interior but poor speed of service as well as quality, everything is more about paper rather than patient. You can easily wait for reply for a month and get appointment for 3 pm and get admitted at 4. So take your own decision

Negative experience: I had an appointment with doctor Reshma Naik and I can't explain how disappointed i am as another patient was prioritised over me due to poor scheduling. I felt profiled to be less important than the other patient for whatever reason known to her and I had no choice than to wait as I had already taken a day off and wouldn't be able to have another day to have a root canal. Already feeling anxious about having such an invasive procedure done having to sit there and wait knowing that my doctor doesn't prioritise me was horrible. Kings has been my go to medical center in Dubai but after this treat I don't think I will ever use their dental clinic again.

To our surprise and delight, just a week after our visit, we discovered that we were expecting. From that moment, Dr. Sema has been a pillar of support throughout my entire pregnancy. Given my history of miscarriage, I was considered high risk, and the anxiety was overwhelming. However, Dr. Sema’s expertise, coupled with her compassionate care, made all the difference. Negative experience: Their Marina branch radiologist is Pathetic. Rude with zero smile didn't send me a report for 2 weeks and when followed up she sends me my scans only without any explanations or notes scans usually come with notes. Also their website and chat options has no option to raise complaints. So basically you have no way to raise your issues
