Also her Team from Receptionist Ms.PRENA and most specialy Ms.ALLYSA that they always reminding me about my appointments and welcoming us so politely. also thier all NURSES with special mention too Nurse RAJI. They are all having excellent customer service from the start we visit until i finish the 7months checkup to them. All The staff was very Helpful, friendly and accommodating. Fantastic experience: My ob was Dr Lina she's really good and assisted me really well throughout my First trimester to third trimester and Ms. Alyssa who's really friendly and approachable and accomodating from the first day and Nurse Raji. Overall they're all nice highly recommended for first time mom like me and they have flexible packages as well until 9 months you guys can check it out. Its cheaper as well compared to other clinics that I went to.

Negative experience: I am sharing this review after taking their hydrafacial for me and my husband under their buy 1 get 1 offer. This was my second time at this clinic. “One major issue I noticed during my visit is that the clinic does not properly assess each individual’s skin condition before starting the treatment. Every person’s skin is different and should be treated accordingly, especially during sensitive procedures like a hydrafacial. Instead, the technicians seemed to follow a standard method without any personalized evaluation or direction from a qualified aesthetic doctor. This lack of proper assessment and guidance can lead to damage rather than improvement. It’s essential that the clinic trains its staff to evaluate skin types and sensitivity beforehand, and instruct them clearly on how much pressure or technique should be used for each case. This is basic skincare protocol and I was very disappointed to see it overlooked. After all this, they are posting it here and apologising, but in reality that don’t even bother to reply to our problem.. we sent pictures also but they simply overlooked. So unprofessional
