Positive experience: I highly recommend Orchid medical center, usually i visit Dr Bashar he is a good doctor, advices you what its really suitable for you. There is Rawan who is responsible for sales and accounting in the clinic.

Fantastic experience: One of the best centers I’ve visited! Everything is top quality from the services to the way they treat you. Rawan is incredibly helpful, kind, and always makes sure you leave happy with great results. She gives honest advice and really cares that you get what’s best for you. The reception staff are also amazing especially Shorok and Reem super polite, welcoming, and professional. Honestly, the whole place is wonderful. I highly recommend it!

Positive experience: I’ve renewed my laser package twice. They have good prices and machines. The technicians are great — especially Shilba. She is gentle and caring. Only issue it’s very hard to get a direct appointment.

Thanks to her and her team they're all professionals. However, the prices vary alot upon visiting the center. I will be visiting again soon for check ups and modifications if needed for the smile.

Fantastic experience: I recently visited Orchid Medical Center for hollywood smile and had an outstanding experience. The staff was friendly and attentive, clinic is clean, modern, and well-maintained, creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Negative experience: I would not recommend this clinic. I had bought a full out package for laser and was never told if I cancelled an appointment within 48 hours that would be deducted from my session. Never even signed a paper. They made me sign one a year later and tried to back date it. Which you cannot do. Had me waiting for 20 min to talk to a manager …who was also the receptionist. She kept lying to me. Until I told her I will take legal action she started to say okay I’ll forgive what has happened. Instead of stating it was their fault they didn’t make me aware of this rule until a year later and then tried to deducted. They also never told me this until I arrived to the clinic, I’m coming all the way from Dubai. Horrible staff honestly not welcoming at all. Don’t pay attention to the details. And the manager fully lied to me saying I heard the phone call you made and she told you the rule. When I asked her I would like to hear this call as well she refused. Unbelievable. Lab techs are super friendly though

Nadeen and Dana are highly skilled in taking care of every patient who comes in, and Dr. Mona deserves all the praise for her excellent recommendations. She will answer all of your questions and help you with any doubts you may have.
