Fantastic experience: I visited Al Dana Medical Center for a re-root canal treatment with Dr. Jyothi, and I am very satisfied with my experience. Dr. Jyothi is a highly skilled and professional endodontist. She explained everything clearly, made me feel at ease, and handled the procedure with great care. I was nervous at first because it was a retreatment, but she worked patiently and gently. The pain and discomfort I had before are now completely gone. Fantastic experience: I needed to see a dentist but I am nervous for the pain. Dr Jyoti was recommended by several other dentists. I had one filling, one root canal, one new bridge to replace my existing one, and 10 veneers. I was surprised how well Dr Jyoti can manage the pain compared to any other dentist. Her work, and the work of her assistant and the entire staff was simply outstanding. This started at the receptionist, the dental assistant, and Dr Jyoti and the technician who made the veneers. They are perfectionists. They were meticulous in their detail and even rejected one that I am sure any other orthodontist would accept. Negative experience: They have affordable prices, but they lack professionalism. They always delay after booking an appointment. Make you wait as they don't know how to manage their patient slots. Dr.Arushi is also another reason I switched to another clinic. She seems kind while talking at first, but she is rude and egoistic. There are better clinics and doctors other than this. Highly recommend not to go here !

I received a response instantly and was able to get an appointment the same day unlike many of the other dentists I spoke to. The prices of the treatment were very good. I was also very scared and nervous of the dentist but Dr Jyoti was extremely reassuring and very careful to make sure I was ok during the treatment. She was very thorough and good at her job. I would definitely recommend her if you are nervous as she is also very kind and takes care of you. Thank you Al Dana Medical and Dental Centre the service was amazing!
