Accurate Diagnosis and Care We are deeply thankful to Dr. Rajiv for his timely and accurate diagnosis that helped save our 1-year-old baby, Juan. After Juan developed a high fever following a vaccination, we visited two nearby doctors, but unfortunately, they couldn’t identify the exact cause of the fever. It was Dr. Rajiv who recognized the seriousness of the situation—he quickly identified that Juan’s CRP level was extremely high (191) and immediately advised us to admit him to the hospital. Thanks to his guidance, we took Juan to IMH, where he was hospitalized for two days and received the right care. Afterwards, Dr. Rajiv referred us to Dr. Rajesh at Baby Memorial Hospital in Kozhikode, Kerala, for further treatment. With their support and treatment, Juan's CRP levels returned to normal, and he is now completely fine. We will always be grateful to Dr. Rajiv for his expertise, quick action, and genuine care during a very stressful time for our family.

For my wife's tooth pain, she did a careful investigation, finding the root cause, and then patiently spent a lot of time treating the issue and totally solving it. It was a big relief for my wife. After this, I too, did my dental scaling and polishing with Dr. Rekha, and she did a thorough job. Negative experience: Last Sunday (09 March)we visited the Lifeline clinic Karama branch. Approached psychologist Dr. Jasmine Mumtaz, as suggested by the doctor we gave blood samples. We were supposed to receive a call on Tuesday for the test review, we called the branch regarding and informed the receptionist no call received on the update of the test review. They said we can inform the doctor and she can contact us. It's been 10 days. We contacted the clinic over the telephone 4 times in 3 days.... Either Complete negligence of staff to remind doctor on time or doctor ignorance on patients. Very disappointed visit

Negative experience: We had called them before we went in to make an appointment for a vaccination. And they gave us a price for 130AED which included consultation and this was done by two different people. When we go in, they ask us to pay 210AED instead. Without any justification. This makes no sense at all. Why are you not consistent?

Fantastic experience: I recently visited Dr. Nisha Sahad ( Dentist) at Lifeline Modern Family Clinic, Karama for my daughter’s root canal sessions and I would like to strongly recommend her.I have been highly impressed by her friendly and professional attitude and Ms. Nimmy was assisting very well. Seeing my daughter’s results my Son and myself got our dental cleaning and filling procedure done. All queries were answered patiently, the procedure was totally painless, we were super glad about the results and the charges were very reasonable. Negative experience: I had the worst experience from this clinic. Firstly from reception to nurse staff that is working on that day that gossiping from the time I came till I left and while drawing blood sample on me. Prepared the things for taking my blood sample without gloves!! Left the place completely blur on how much I have paid for my test and all but I dont know exactly what I have paid for. I even have to ask the reception when or how will i get the result . No explanation at all!! I called 2 days after, 3 days after they say wait for the result doctor will call you. When my result came only after 2 days I was called by the clinic and telling me you need to take another test !! The doctor never even called me and never even explained to me what happened to my previous test and then asking me to take another test again costing 500 aed !!! Only after I asked when will the doctor talk to me then she told me I will ask her now. I hang up and blocked them. As Im totally regretful why I came to this clinic spending 1000 plus aed to be treated like this. The doctor then email me saying we are trying to contact you but cant reach you ( of course !!! ) you never even bother calling me first before asking me to do another test and you still want to talk to me .. about what?? You mentioned you wanted to tell things to me personally then why never asked me to come down first and explain to me before suggesting me to do another test!!!??? Am i just over reacting ? I am totally sad with my experience as I even tell the The person whom i speak to after 2 days that I have pain after taking the pill that was prescribed to me. Did i get any callback !!? No I didnt !!!

Negative experience: "I had an 8:30 am appointment at Life Clinic and arrived at 8:00 am. Despite being on time, I was left waiting while other people who came after me were seen first. This is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of respect for patients' time. The staff clearly don't value scheduled appointments, and the organization is chaotic. I wouldn’t recommend this clinic to anyone who expects to be treated fairly."

Negative experience: Front front desk to nurses station to a customer care representative “caps locking” their messages to me for a question I asked about my lab results, has been the most painful customer journey I have experienced in the UAE While the front desk cs team is polite to you, they were observed talking very loudly to each other discussing personal matters/gossip. The same etiquette was observed displayed around the nursers station. A group of professionals sitting around, talking loudly( i can hear them at reception) gossip and life while patients/clients are around I was asked to proceed to get vitals done. Didnt even ask my name, I was shown to a doctor’s room, whom i wasnt even scheduled to meet with ( leaving a very stunned me and the doctor)! I had to then go back to the nurses station and explain I need my vitals done and the Doctor I am meeting( no coordination between departments or nurses taking the time to review patient details) Then we have the lab whatsapp message. I failed to notice the attachment of a second report and made the mistake of asking, if they were yet to be released? I was responded back to, in caps “IT IS ALL THERE, CHECK MAM”. Texting etiquette as we know, caps is aggressive- aggressive excitement or aggressive annoyance(I doubt if this is excitement) Asked whom I was speaking to and obviously has not responded back to me :) If it wasnt to see a specific Doctor, I wouldn't be returning to Lifeline

Negative experience: Came here because the reviews were great, maybe they cater to a specific crowd. The first time I came in, the doctor is least interested in explaining anything, much less the issues going on. They call and remind us to come on time but the doctors are not here themselves. There is lack of communication between the staff too. We were told we have an appointment and then when we come in they say "oh there's no appointment, it's first come first serve basis". It's a mess and deeply disappointed in the services provided by a private clicnic. Oh also the lift is horrible, takes eons to come

Fantastic experience: Thanks to Mr Nived Lifeline For referring me to Lifeline clinic karama, I do visited several clinics in dubai, this is the first time i feel complete and am very satisfied and a great experiences I personally have. Negative experience: Dr Nisha, dentist here is just making money and not treating properly. I was here around 10 days back for having sensitivity. She said a premolar and molar has to be filled. charged me 550 AED for 2 fillings and xray. After a week, I was still unable to chew on that side, it's highly sensitive. I went to her and she said on the same tooth on upper part there's another cavity. I can fill it for 100, normally it's 150. but she charged me already 200 each for 2 teeth including the one she mentioned now. was it not showing on the xray? She applied some sensitivity gel and it gave a temporary relief. My husband has advised me not to call her or go to her again even if she is fixing it for free. She also gave me an aligner for 350 AED. It is loose and doesn't stay in one place. It moves to a horrible position whenever I swallow saliva and another dentist said it will spoil my alignment even more. She also gave a wrong suggestion to bring my son to her for braces and charged me for consultation when she know that she has to refer him to orthodontist. She simply checked and said many cavities which needs to be filled before going for braces. I spent around 1200 AED with her and feel cheated. After my honest review suddenly the doctor has positive reviews. Before that nothing. PLEASE DONT TRUST. No shortcuts for genuinity. After 3 weeks I am still.unable to chew on that side

Mr Johnson and front desk team was so friendly and accommodating. The doctor was so kind and understanding, addressing all of my worries and helping to come up with a plan of action. Negative experience: Pediatrician Dr Sabitha highly unprofessional with regards to time discipline always appointments rescheduled as Dr needs to leave early having some ot the other reasons Had a very bad experience twice at this clinic within the past 1 month itself .. Have booked an appointment to meet Pediatrician Dr Sabitha last month at 8pm I got a call from clinic at 6pm asking me to come by 6:45 bcoz Dr wants to go home . My kid had gone fr class . I got so many calls from the clinic pressurising me to come by 6:45pm else Dr Sabitha will leave . I had so much pressure and asked my husband to reach home asap but they were unable to do so. If we have booked an appointment for 8pm how can you expect the patient to come 1.5 hours in advance when we have prior commitments Same incident happened today I had booked an appointment to meet Dr Sabitha at 1:15 pm I got a call from lifeline clinic telling me pls come by 12:45 Dr would be leaving at 1pm. How do I reach with my kid at 12:45 when she will come from school at 1pm only . Here the receptionist tells me either I come by 12:45 today or we shall book appointment for tommorow. My question is if Dr is so busy always having to leave before her duty hours are over then why do you open the appointment slot mentioning she is available. One of the worst places to consider especially the pediatrician appointment is pathetic. I don't know how is the Dr as a person but she is highly unprofessional with regards to time punctuality. She always has some reason to change appointment and then clinic ladies will pressurize you to come early or else Dr will leave
