Positive experience: I’ve been to this clinic a few times for a full body laser. The clinic itself is clean and well maintained and the front office staff are friendly as well. However my concern is with the laser technician which is currently the only one present. She shaves before the laser to remove any residual hair and after every appointment, I come with a burn or several bleeding cuts. When I point to her that there’s clear bleeding, she says oh maybe it’s from before and never admits to it. On top of that, she lasers on top of the visible cuts to further damage my skin. She’s a nice lady but be careful with her shaving and her attentiveness as it’s aggressive and non chalant.

Negative experience: Very bad experience, my face is swollen after getting the sculptra injection with Dr. Safwan who told me his way is different in injecting it cause I did it before twice but in other clinic and it was perfect there without any side effects or harm!!! I am suffering from pain all the night and my cheeks are puffed especially the left side with bruises!!!

Following more than a year of thoughtful care and guidance I'm now in a much healthier state. Thanks entirely to Dr. Shifa's deep professional knowledge and attention to detail. My six-year old son and wife now also come to see Dr. Shifa as well. Equally for her care as her great bedside manner. A great Dentist for you and your family.
