Fantastic experience: I’ve had a consistently great experience at this clinic! Dr. Reji and Dr. Shashank are both incredibly professional and kind—especially when it comes to orthodontics. I’ve been seeing Dr. Reji for the past two years for my Invisalign treatment, and the results have been fantastic. She’s always thorough, supportive, and genuinely cares about her patients. More recently, Dr. Ketki saw my kids for their dental checkups, and she was absolutely wonderful with them. She made the entire visit so joyful and engaging that my kids are now excited about brushing their teeth! It’s rare to find a dentist who connects so well with children and makes them feel comfortable. Most importantly the staff is really nice, they are always smiling and supportive.

Negative experience: disgusting administrators I signed up for braces removal 1.5 weeks in advance Mr. 10 am they write to me. come at 6:30 pm. They call 24/7 and they are not interested in anything, but they will write down anyhow and cancel the appointment

When you reached out again for an appointment, we were happy to accommodate. However, we did request confirmation from your side, as our schedule fills up quickly and we want to ensure that every patient receives the attention they deserve. Your last message asked if there was availability at 10:00 AM on the 31st, and we waited for a confirmation which did not come through. We received your final message at 11:03 PM the night before, letting us know you would come—by then, the slot had already been reassigned. We did offer an alternative time that same day, but unfortunately, it did not work for you. We are happy you posted the screenshot so that any visitor to this review can see the timelines clearly in the conversation. We’re sorry this caused inconvenience. At Mint Dental Care, we strive to treat every patient and our staff with care and fairness, and we’re continuously working to improve our processes. Both parties are important to the owner . Fantastic experience: Best dental clinic. Careful, high quality, faster, flexible for appointments. My mother recently had her lower teeth extracted and new dentures fitted at Mint Dental Clinic and we have to say it was a surprising good experience! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel at ease. The waiting area was comfortable and welcoming, which helped to distract the mother from her nerves. Dr. Zeeshanali was fantastic. He took the time to explain the entire process to us, so we felt informed and prepared. The extraction itself was quick and she barely felt anything. The team made sure that the mother was comfortable the whole time and checked on her regularly. After the procedure, she got her new artificial teeth. They were fitted in such a short time since we didn’t have enough time to be in Dubai and the doctor gave her instructions on how to care for her mouth and new dentures, which we really appreciated. And her artificial teeth came out perfect with one try. Overall, I would highly recommend Mint Dental Clinic for dental treatments. They were professional both the nurses, reception and the doctors and made the whole experience more wonderful than we expected.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been using this dentist for years and truly love their professionalism. I have never been upsold and am often told I do not need services others likely would peddle. The team is kind and knowledgable. I started seeing them as a tourist in for long weekends and now travel cross town as a resident and it is totally worth the trip every time. Fantastic experience: Had a good first experience at Mint Dental Care. Would recommend. Dr. Neha explained the procedures, took xrays and 3D scans of my teeth and she ensured the procedures went well. Felt comfortable in her care. Friendly approach and atmosphere, informative and professional. Direct billing through my insurance also made things easy. Even recieved an aftercare WhatsApp the following day to make sure everything was fine and if any adjustments required. (Which there weren't, everything perfect). Happy to recommend and will be using going forward.

Fantastic experience: I flew from the United States to Dubai for Dr. Neha perform a root canal on my tooth. The office of Mint Dental Care is super clean, the equipment is the latest technology and professionalism of Dr. Neha puts you in calm and confident state of mind. They quickly found a time slot for me, performed the quality root canal and saved the crown on that tooth. The cost was three times cheaper than doing it in the US. Fantastic experience: I had a sudden and terrible toothache and found that this clinic was not too far away, so I booked my appointment as soon as possible. I didn't choose a specific dentist but ended up with Dr. Zeeshanali for consultation and further treatments. This turned out to be a great experience, so I even chose to return for some other treatments with him. In my opinion, Dr. Zeeshanali doesn't believe in unnecessary over-treatments like extracting "wisdom" teeth if they're not bothering the patient at all. He didn't try to push extra services during my visits. Also, as he was working on my teeth, he and the nurse assistants were very cautious and precise, always checking to make sure I felt alright. The clinic receptionists are brilliant—they arranged, reminded, and followed up with me after each visit. I felt like they genuinely cared about me as their client. Based on my personal experience, I would definitely recommend this clinic and Dr. Zeeshanali's services.

Negative experience: You guys need to train your receptionist well at booking proper appointments. Your services have deteriorated this year. This is the second time, waited an hour for the first for a tooth extraction due to double booking of appointment and the second time wrong appointment after clearly mentioning the doctor, wasted half an hour there. Please value your customers time.

Fantastic experience: I had a terrible pain in my tooth so I found mint clinic but google and reviews they have and honestly didn’t regret it! Dr. Neha and her nurse was great. I have not feel pain after first visit!! I had reroot treatment and after put the crown on my tooth. She didn’t try to make it faster or cheaper she just did it in a right way the best for the patient so its not happen again with me in future. Doctor was very professional and careful! Fantastic experience: I would like to say thank you for taking extra care of me before, during and after my impacted wisdom tooth extraction. I was really worried and nervous on the whole process and the after effect of it but the MINT Dental Care Tecom team made me feel comfortable as they always check up on me even after the minor surgery.
