Fantastic experience: Dr. Touchard and his team at Live Hospital were truly exceptional. After an severe injury on my feet upon returning from vacation, they took care of me with such kindness, patience, and professionalism. Their attentiveness throughout the month-long follow-up was remarkable, making the whole recovery process much easier. The entire staff was helpful, meticulous, and genuinely caring. I couldn’t have asked for better medical support—thank you for everything!

Negative experience: I had the worst experience both from the doctors, late at prescribing me the right medication, delayed the treatment till when I was not well at all, prescribing medications that I could not take (luckily I always double check what I am prescribed) and the laboratory / admin side. Received late blood test, some they arrived more that 2 weeks late and only got them when I didn’t need them anymore and only after several email, it’s been now weeks that I request my X-ray and I have been completely ignored. I will not set foot in this clinic ever again, they are prompt at taking the payment but the service they provide is inattentive, slow and not trustworthy. Maybe after they read this they will send my X-rays record and refund me the money for blood test that arrived so late that I didn’t need them anymore.

Negative experience: The aftercare services and management are extremely lacking. I have been chasing for months to get an update on some results with no luck. I have asked for someone from management / complaints to call me within a specific time. They called almost two hours later when I was not available and never followed up again. I keep ringing with no response. It is a shame. It is a nice facility with some good doctors but service and management is constantly lacking despite the change in management. This is has been going on for a while now.

Negative experience: I had a terrible experience with the administrative side of things at Liv Hospital Citywalk. The lack of responsibility and organization was incredibly frustrating. Every time I tried to get clarification or assistance, no one seemed to know what to do. It felt like there was no one in charge, and issues just went unresolved. The healthcare itself might be fine, but the administrative side needs serious improvement. I hope they can sort this out to provide a more seamless experience for patients.

Fantastic experience: This was the most phenomenal hospital experience. I came in to the emergency care with severe stomach pain and was eventually admitted for surgery to have my appendix removed. The emergency care nurses and doctor were so helpful and calming. Dr. Tugan who performed my surgery did a great job and explained everything so thoroughly. The staff in the operating theatre were fantastic even though I was a wreck and very nervous. The nurses and post-op care in the in-patient wards went above and beyond. A special thanks to Nurse Meenu, Nurse Ajitya, and Nurse Reza for taking such good care of me. I'd highly recommend this hospital over and over again. The treatment and care for patients is amazing. The room was so comfortable and well-equipped with everything you'd need. Thank you thank you thank you!
