Fantastic experience: I randomly came across the wellbeing centre and this has been a blessing. I suffered from extreme stiffness, continuous headaches/migraines, senses of vertigo, brain fogs and being fatigued. Dr Adlene & team have been able to substantially reduce the symptoms ive been living with for a couple of years now, in literally 2-3 sessions (over the span of a week only). The sessions include a variety of treatments and the team is very professional and passionate in what they do.

Fantastic experience: I went to get lip fillers with Dr. Aleksandra. Everyone at the the clinic is friendly and welcoming. Dr Aleksandra is vert talented and gave me exactly what I wanted.

The staff, doctors, and therapists are highly skilled and professional like Doc Cristina, Doc Fadi, Doc Ahmed, Patricia and Dania. I have had multiple treatments here, including physiotherapy, hijama, and dental care and I must say, they deliver excellent service across the board. Highly recommended!

I had amazing experience with the Chiropractor for my back pain as well as with physiotherapy sessions for my knee issue. I did also many lymphatic drainage massages with their therapist. Very professional all of them. In terms or skin care, i am afraid of pain and needles, so i only did so far hydra facials and oxygeneo treatments, Radio Frequency for skin tightening, and i also did HIFU Ultraformer lower face, and i am very happy with my results. I think i saw most of their aesthetic specialists on different occasions and they are all professional, good at what they do and caring. They will recommend you only skin treatments they believe your skin needs. Thank you

Negative experience: I was extremely disappointed with the service. I have done facial cleansing multiple times and know how the procedure should be performed. However, this time, I was unpleasantly surprised: the cosmetologist called the receptionist, and she was the one performing the procedure! From the very beginning, it was clear that she lacked professionalism—the entire process was chaotic and unstructured. Normally, professionals follow a step-by-step approach: they start with the T-zone and then move to other areas. Here, everything was done randomly—first the neck (right after steaming!), then the forehead, cheeks, and only at the very end, the T-zone, which is very unusual. When I looked in the mirror, I was disappointed to see that the blackheads were still there. For a procedure that costs 600 dirhams, I expected a professional service and visible results, but unfortunately, I did not get what I paid for.

Negative experience: I had a disappointing experience at this clinic. The receptionist was quite rude and had an unprofessional attitude, which made the visit unpleasant. Additionally, the pricing was not transparent. There were no clear price listings, and I wasn’t informed of the cost at the time of booking as it was my first time there. Moreover, they expected me to pay for two sessions upfront, claiming it is the “normal” procedure. But if you choose to pay for just one session, the price is oddly higher than half of the two-session fee, which feels misleading. Overall, the customer service at the reception is poor and the pricing policy is unclear. The doctor and the assistant were good.

Positive experience: It’s a good clinic with good doctors and treatments but one of the doctors there is sarcastic and makes you feel like you can’t ask her questions. When you so much as question something about the treatment she gets easily offended although it has nothing to do with her, you’re just asking questions because it’s about your face, so it’s important for you. Although I was very nice to her and let her record me a couple of times for her videos on instagram, I assumed this was just her personality until she replied to me the following on WhatsApp when I asked a question: "If you don’t like the results just ask chat GPT which treatment will be good for you and do it". So unprofessional.

Negative experience: I had an absolutely dreadful experience at this so-called "wellbeing clinic" in Dubai. From the moment I arrived, it was clear this place was a disaster. Despite calling ahead to book my appointment, the incompetent reception staff had no record of it when I showed up. They looked at me blankly as if I was speaking a foreign language when I explained I had an appointment. After arguing with them for what felt like an eternity, they grudgingly told me to wait and they'd try to squeeze me in. I ended up sitting in their waiting room for over an hour. When I was finally seen by the doctor, I was shocked by her utter lack of professionalism and basic hygiene practices. To my horror, I watched as she picked up a used needle from a tray - it seemed that it had clearly just been used on the patient before me - and proceeded to use it on my face! She informed me that the needle was brand new, however after the treatment the nurse informed the doctor and myself that it was used on the previous patient who had the same treatment as me!! Unsurprisingly, within days my face erupted in a nasty infection. The area where she'd used the contaminated needle became red, swollen, and painful. I had to seek treatment elsewhere to deal with the infection caused by this clinic's negligence. This place is an absolute menace to public health. Their administrative incompetence is only matched by their dangerous medical practices. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this clinic. Stay far, far away if you value your health and wellbeing!

I've had several tatoo brow laser removal sessions aswell as Spectra & microneedling with exosomes with Corina. I feel completely safe in her hands and she's extremely ethical and approaches skin therapy with long term benefits always in mind, fully taking into considerations my concerns and analysis of my skin type. I had only one session of combined treatments for my neck and back and I have to say that only after 1 session , I felt fantastic. Fantastic experience: I did warts removal/laser with Dr. Aleksandra. After some few sessions, it is completely gone and I am really satisfied with the result. I will highly recommend this clinic, as the doctors/specialists are really knowledgeable and really nice. The procedure is painless yet effective. They always ask for an update after each session regarding the healing process. I consulted Miss Corina Rosca for the pigmentation and dullness of my skin, she knows very well that I am not into invasive treatments so she treated me with a mild laser facial and recommended very effective skincare to be followed at home and voila!
