Fantastic experience: I recently visited Dr. Jisha Lakshmi with my mother for a consultation, and I must say we had a very positive experience. Dr. Jisha was extremely kind, patient, and attentive throughout the consultation. She took the time to listen carefully to all our concerns and explained everything clearly and professionally. Her compassionate approach made my mother feel very comfortable and reassured. We are truly grateful for her care and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dedicated and understanding doctor.

Negative experience: Went for consultation because of exteme cough . Informed the doctor I am taking medication for diabetes , thyroid and cholesterol with latest report . To loot the money they are asking for taking unnecessary blood test(dibties , lipid profile and thyroid) and refused to give tablets. Instead prescribed cough syrup and told me that take the blood test and come tommrow again. I have visited other good clinic in al rashdiya explained and they give medication. Dr jishalakshmi mam try to be professional. Dear guys please refrain like this doctors and cilincs and don't worry to reject all the tests they prescribe.

Negative experience: Very poor follow-ups for results and irresponsible in handling test results. Poor Management.

Negative experience: I’ve been suffering from a high fever for the past 4 days and have been visiting Apple Clinic daily hoping for relief. Last night around 10:30 PM, my condition worsened—I could barely stand. I pleaded with the receptionist to let me speak to the doctor, even just over the phone. Her response? Cold, rude, and completely lacking in basic human decency. Despite explaining my situation and asking for help on humanitarian grounds, she kept telling me to “go home.” No empathy, no concern—just complete indifference to someone clearly unwell. It's absolutely unacceptable for a healthcare facility to treat a suffering patient this way. Shameful experience. If you care about being treated with dignity when you're at your most vulnerable, think twice before coming here.

Negative experience: Very bad reception.. They told me to wait to get the insurance approval.. Its took more than half an hour, after that i checked with the reception, she told me still not approved.. When I contact my insurance, they told me they didn't recieve any request.. Again I asked the reception regarding this, she told me, for you no need to take approval.. Then why should they make me wait there 40 minutes and more. When ask them, i don't need your treatment anymore, then the other person came and took my papers and proceeded quickly.. They should understand people are coming there not for vacation.. They are coming with sickness and tiredness.. They should understand that.. Very bad

Negative experience: The receptionist was very unfriendly, unhelpful and spoke in a loud voice. When I asked him to speak English or Arabic, he looked sarcastic and started talking to his friend in Urdu.

Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience today. While Dr. Lakshmi was attentive, the receptionist was unorganized and seemed unsure of her role. Dr. Lakshmi had instructed me to return for a follow-up prescription and scan. I arrived at 5:03 pm, and although Dr. Lakshmi hadn’t arrived yet, I informed the receptionist of my reason for being there. She simply asked me to take a seat. The doctor arrived at 5:20 pm, though she was scheduled for 5 pm. After waiting for some time without any updates from the receptionist, I approached her to ask if I could go in, and she said yes. However, the doctor was already with another patient, and I was informed that I needed to register to be seen. By then, three other people were in line, so I had to wait even longer, despite being the first one there. This delay wasn’t my fault, but rather a result of the receptionist’s poor handling of the situation. I had left work early to make this appointment, yet due to your staff’s lack of efficiency, I ended up leaving without seeing the doctor. Please ensure your staff receives the necessary training to manage time and patient flow better.

Negative experience: I had a very bad experience with Dr. Basly. She doesn't have a proper ultrasound for scanning. Regarding her patient's data keeping and ultrasound scanning, I have an example of how she determined 36 weeks of pregnancy, even though she mentioned 34 weeks pregnancy in previous visit which was about 1 month before.

Negative experience: Since morning called 4 times at different intervals about lab report. Receptionist transfers the line but no one bothers to pick the call. Improve your service please. Patients calling for your support.

Negative experience: Worst experience ever.Dr Jisha lakshmi is very kind .Bt from the reception ,they take very long time for approval of blood test.we wait there more than 2.30 hours for approval. No use. First bad experience in 10 years in Dubai life

I was treated with utmost care and urgency by the reception and especially the nurse Chitra who made sure my daughter is attended soon as Dr Mikshef my doctor is usually very busy due to her amazing nature and treatment. Dr Mikshef was very kind as always and expedite the insurance approvals for me. I visit Apple clinic due to Dr Munmun Dutta who is my family Dentist I totally trust for dental needs. Today even in her off duty hours she made sure I'm taken care off by co ordinating with the staff when I came in emergency. Negative experience: Apple clinic france cluster is worst clinic. No manager for managing the clinic. Reception Staff are very less. After registration waiting for doctor consult more than an hours. And nurses are not cooperative. I will not recommend to anyone this clinic.

Fantastic experience: I had been suffering badly since 2021 with an affected tooth and terrible pain post a root canaling which I got done somewhere else in Gurugram, Haryana. They had put a fibre post in my tooth as my tooth had broken. Post that I had many issues and have shown to so many dentists but got no relief and no proper diagnosis. Recently again I developed an unbearable and bad pain. I reached Dr Mun Mun at Apple Clinic P3, France branch 2 days back. The first time I noticed a doctor so genuinely concerned and worried about a patient. She was so upset seeing me in pain. She is so intelligent is an understatement. She got my CBCT done to analyze what’s the actual problem in roots. Post diagnose that there is a severe infection, she planned the extraction as there was no other option. Today I got my extraction done from her and it was so fast, painless and smooth that I have no words. God bless her she is so talented seems like god has blessed her with magical skills and knowledge. Fantastic experience: I would like to thanks Dr. Mummun Dutta. We are visiting her for few months for my daughter dental issues. My daughter tooth was not in a good condition she was having cavity. I had taken opinion from few doctors and they suggested me to take the tooth out otherwise it will cause problem later on. But I was not willing to do that as my daughter is too young. When I shared my problem to Dr. Mummun she make us comfort and started the treatment making us understand every thing. Negative experience: This is the most worst clinic i have ever visited just visited for fever and ended up admitted in another hospital. They have more than 10 nurses just to sit and chit chat if we are asking for our reports they will say we will send but they never send on time and we need to fight with them then only they provide valid documents. If are visiting in emergency they never care even to ask do u want any help do u want to lay down. Not even have a humanity to prioritize the emergency patient. Please never ever go there

Fantastic experience: I have consulted doctor munmun few days back ( dentist). It was my first time with her but honestly she is very skilled and professional doctor. She has handled my tooth problem very well. One of the doctor in nagem clinic told me to do root canal but when i consulted dr munmun. She treated me in different way. She saved me from root canal. Fantastic experience: I visited the clinic with a very bad tooth ache for my wisdom tooth. Dr.Munmun took the decision for me of having a root canal done for the tooth which is very rare as most of the clinic I visited was recommending me for a surgical tooth extraction (that was scary for me) She is very good in providing the information for your condition currently and what best can be done for you I would highly recommend her as per my experience.

Fantastic experience: I was approximately 8 months pregnant when i approached doctor Munmun with my severe toothache.
