Negative experience: Disappointing experience and a lack of professional integrity. I underwent Invisalign treatment here expecting a comprehensive, well-managed process - but was left with unresolved issues, unclear communication, and unexpected costs. Before signing up, I was told that if necessary, treatment of cavities and overall dental health would be included. But during the treatment, they refused to fix cavities, saying I had to finish Invisalign first. After that, I was charged separately for cavity treatments. I was billed for 4 teeth just because the cavities were between them - which felt like stretching the cost unnecessarily. After treatment, I was rushed to sign documents and discharged without any proper “before and after” comparison or full explanation of results. My assigned doctor was unavailable for most of the process, including the final appointment, which was handled by someone else. I was left with an open bite on the left side, and a vague explanation blaming “tongue posture,” along with a verbal promise to send me a specialist contact - still not received. No information was given about the cost or duration of this follow-up treatment. I asked if this would affect my retainers, and they simply said “No, it’s fine,” despite the fact that correcting an open bite would clearly alter my bite alignment. Even more worrying: my retainers were scanned before my cavity fillings were done. The assistant actually asked whether they should redo the scan after the fillings, but the doctor dismissed it. If retainers are expected to last years, why is accuracy being compromised to save costs? This clinic treats patients like transactions. Once you reach the end of your payment plan, they want you out - regardless of the actual result. I now have to seek second opinions and likely spend more money elsewhere to fix what was left unresolved. I do not recommend this clinic if you are looking for a transparent, accountable Invisalign treatment. You’ll be promised a full solution - but don’t expect one.

Fantastic experience: I would like to express my gratitude to Dr. Talar Zeitounlouian. I got to visit her accidentally, because my appointment was not confirmed and my doctor was not available. What can I say? Dr. Talar made me feel so important, so loved, so cared for. Whatever question I asked, she gladly answered and showed me the progress on the board. She was so attentive to my needs, she was so fabulously articulated, all this dental terminology she translated into English. I felt so welcomed that one time when I got to see her, like never before in that clinic. I wish I had appointments with her all the time. If you are looking for a knowledgeable, warm, and approachable orthodontist- Dr. Talal is definitely number 1.

Negative experience: Hats off to the cleaners, the clinic is spotless - the only positive part of my experience. The mess and immature service at front desk is special, comical and entertaining, they didn’t managed to keep an appointment (not once in almost a year now - either cancelled or rescheduled They keep changing doctors - I had 3 in the first 3 months.. They had my aligner/treatment plan messed up half way and kind of had to start all over again. Their solution was to transfer me to a dentist who “has experience” as they put it and she is very good indeed, Dr Mervat. The only one I could have a productive time with. They have Valet service to ease the pain :)

Negative experience: I'm not sure who's writing these positive reviews but here is an honest one, from the start of my journey this has been a horrible experience! I made the payment on October and finally received my aligners on march! There is always some delays between when to receive the other aligners, I can never see my Dr as he only comes twice a month and the clinic is always full! So you can't even see your Dr and it's such a hassle to book an appointment! Other than that no one explained to me how to take care of my teeth or how to brush how to use or what so ever about the aligners! This place only cares about taking your money and that's it! Zero care about its patients! The dr told me intentionally my treatment will be one year then changed to 8 months then changed again to one year and the results were as not expected as again! No proper follow ups. My advise save your money and use a better clinic where they would be able to focus on you and not just your money.

Negative experience: I would like to tell my negative experience with this center . They’re is a lot of problem with appointments . They’re are not coordinated. I go three different appointment, with 3 different person, one is calling me to change 1 day before an other one send an email to change and they change as they want the date and timing. They’re is a very huge bad coordination. I regrets to have pass by them .

Fantastic experience: Both my girls started their journey with Invisalign 1 year ago (Dec22), my now 14 year old has a perfect smile and completed her aligners in 10 months and is now on retainers. My now 12 year old is still with aligners as she had baby teeth and movement so it’ll be a little longer. I would recommend Invisalign Jumeirah as they are professional, flexible with appointments and so far haven’t had any issues. We started with Dr.Nic, then Dr.Laura and now very happy with Dr.Tonje. I definitely prefer Invisalign to traditional braces as my children can eat whatever they want and the aligners look better than braces, being girls they were very self conscious. It’s more expensive but we took advantage of the school kid’s discount and got a good package for doing both kids simultaneously. Happy Parent, Jessie

Negative experience: Honestly worst service ever. Your teeth and mouth will be checked by hundreds of different doctors every time, even though your case is supposed by one single dentist only. Every time a struggle with appointments, wrong confirmations sent and rescheduling, rescheduling, rescheduling. I asked specifically once if I could pay after the service, and once there I was asked for the payment before. My appointments have been moved endless time, every time with an excuse. Sometimes the wrong date was confirmed and was a system mistake ( I even have their message confirmation). I will just change dentist and if you want a professional service you’d better do the same.

Fantastic experience: All staff from the nurses to the Doctors were incredibly friendly and helpful. I was seen mostly by Dr Angela who was wonderful. Very comforting and explained EVERY step. Treatment took longer then estimated, only due to the fact we were very OCD and wanted everything to be perfect. Prices many seem steep, but nearly everything is included, if it take 6 months or 36 months, there are very limited extra charges. :)

Fantastic experience: I came to Dr Feda as an extremely nervous patient who needed a fair amount of work and a full set of veneers. I have also been treated by Invisalign’s implant specialist and Dr Seda for root canal. They are all experts and having them all available onsite to consult in the moment has been invaluable. They all have a lovely manor about them and use all the latest equipment and technology. Thank you all.

Fantastic experience: Dr Mervet is an amazing doctor. She did a great job with my son's teeth. Initially I though he didn't require much intervention but when the procedure ended, he had a brand new smile with the perfect set of teeth. It took more than 12 months because Dr Mervet created a copy book set of teeth. I never imagined that even the way the teeth is slightly pushed inside can be achieved with her procedure. Only negative: the admin staff are not very friendly as this place is over booked all the time and very difficult to get appointment at short notice.

Fantastic experience: I visited the center in January for the first time and received good counseling. The staff is very friendly and really take time for the clients to go through all questions to make sure the product and therapy plan is understandable. I think it's a big plus to have a multicultural and multilingual team as they do.

My favourite is Dr. Seda. I find their complementary valet services very useful. Insurance claim reimbursement is also a smooth process.
