Negative experience: Worst dental clinic bad behaviour from the doctor over confidence. The price is the the patient. The procedure normally takes around an hour or more for a kid but she finished in around half an hour.when I asked about the treatment, injection and why my sons is in pain she's threatening me to stop the procedure in the middle of the treatment. My son is still suffering from pain, not eating well and swelling.

Fantastic experience: Very competent doctor Razan. She explained the whole process and during th treatment she kept checking and informing me about the progress. Excellent staff who took care of my dental treatment very well!

Negative experience: We went today for a dentist's cleaning and I will try to be fair with my review The process usually takes around 15-30 minutes since the doctor does it carefully but today it it was done in around 7 minutes. For me, it means the doctor just wants to finish as soon as possible. I never had any Tooth decay in my life my teeth were always healthy (other than one broken tooth which I had treated 25 years ago) but now If I didn't ask the doctor about them she wouldn't tell me I had some new small decays that I was not aware of, nevertheless, she mistook me with another patient who happened to have been treated before me thinking I had had bad filling so we had to double check again which shocked me thinking she made a wrong diagnosis. With such a treatment I was so disappointed with the way she took the job and give the patients advice or recommendations. But to be fair, she was skilled and not much pain from the cleaning. Side note, I had a gift of tooth cleaning coupon gift so I wanted to test the clinic, they are clean, organized, and professional in general but to be honest I can not trust my health with a doctor that would keep me in the dark if we didn't ask about my condition.

Negative experience: I had a very bad experience. A couple of years ago, I had three of my wisdom teeth extracted at SEHA. The doctor expertly removed them without surgery. I still remember her outstanding confidence while handling the procedure. However, last Friday, a dental surgeon extracted my last wisdom tooth. I noticed his hands were shaking. Although the tooth was quite visible and easy to access, his grip did not inspire confidence. Currently, I have an ulcer in my mouth and I'm experiencing pain from my head to my jaw. I hadn't intended to leave a review, but I did so because Google asked me to review how many stars... I'm still in pain, and while I love to work, I'm unable to do so. What would a person do if they were in a similar situation? Admin team, please don't take this to heart, maybe my case is different, but this is what I have been going through.
