From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional, putting me at ease right away. The insurance approval process is very fast.Kudos to the insurance team! The reception staff is highly efficient at reminding you of your appointments and will inform you of the amount you need to share with your insurance. The dental assistants (nurses) are very efficient and attentive during procedures. They are knowledgeable and know how to handle patients with care. My periodontist,DR. ARSHIYAN AHMED is incredibly amazing. I've been a patient for three years now and continue my maintenance treatment for my gums. He takes excellent care of my gum health, and I couldn't be happier with his treatment plan. Plus, he has a gentle touch, so I never feel any pain during procedures! I recently did deep cleaning ,it was thorough yet gentle, and I felt well taken care of throughout the process. Dr.Arshiyan took the time to explain everything he was doing, which I really appreciated. The highlight was the dental implant procedure. The craftsmanship and attention to detail were truly impressive. The implant looks and feels fantastic, and you can tell that a lot of care went into the work. He was extremely professional, kind and explained everything clearly from beginning to end through out my 9-month session. I recommend anyone who want to wear braces, visit him. As I am new in Abu Dhabi is always difficult to find trustworthy specialists that treat you first of all as a human and than as client. Dr. Bobana had exactly this approach. Fantastic experience: Dr. Arshiyan is definitely one of the best dentists in the World! I am extremely scared of going to the dentist, but I had no choice as my wisdom tooth was pushing against my other teeth causing pain. I truly couldn't believe it when the doctor took out my tooth without me feeling any pain at all, and also much quicker than expected (had an hour scheduled, but in ~15 minutes everything was done and patched up). More incredible was that even in the days after, except for some discomfort when sneezing or coughing, I had no pain whatsoever. If anyone has the misfortune to need any tooth extraction, Dr. Arshiyan is very, very, VERY highly recommended! Additionally, I need to mention Dr. Bobana as well (after seeing how well this clinic performed, I had the courage to proceed in fixing everything with my teeth), she is also very careful, had 3 fillings to prevent further decay, and I am highly pleased with the results (plus again only a bit of temporary discomfort, no pain).

Fantastic experience: I just had my wisdom tooth removed by Dr. Arshiyan and I had no problems during the procedure itself or when healing after! He was very professional and informative so I had no worries at all throughout the experience. Boston Dental also allowed me get new retainers post-tooth extraction to accomodate the new arrangement, with approval from my insurance, so that was also a big plus for me :) Staff members are also very nice and I feel that I am well taken care of at BDC.

Negative experience: I had an appointment to do simple tooth implant as the existing implant was fallen down due to aging and I was not having any nerve pain. I am disappointed as I am now in pain since yesterday because of the implant I did in this clinic and why I have it one star because of the followings: 1) I was offered to do x-ray since I stepped the clinic because I know these clinics want these extra things to get money from health insurance. I didn’t feel this will add any value. 2) When I saw the Dr and checked my tooth, he advised me to do the x-ray because he has to know how far the root canal is near the hole in my tooth so that he avoid it when he does the implant. Accordingly, I did the x-ray respecting Dr advice. 3) After seeing x-ray Dr. gave me a choice whether to get rid of the root canal or keep it. I insisted to Dr. to give recommendation (how can I decide and I am the patient?). He advised to get rid of it but he said I have to be transferred to another Dr and then come back to him to do the implant. I found it very complex to suggest me this and I was not having the time for this, so I told him can you just put the normal implant as I don’t feel any pain and this should be a simple process. He agreed. 4) Before doing the implant, I was under morfin injection and I felt that Dr. was scratching the teeth and have touched the root canal. I felt it strongly but at the same I was trusting the Dr at that time and I was still painless due to morfin. After this, he did the implant quickly. 5) after like 4-5 hours, I started to get severe pain because of the root canal. I am suffering from huge pain until now. This clinic was commercial from day one and Dr kept asking me to do other teeth repair (very cheap) I will never go to this commercial clinic again

Positive experience: Dr ARSHIYAN is a well-trained, professional periodontist who cares about his patients and explains the procedures in detail, including its risks. His staff is also dedicated, his services are highly recommended. Only comment I have is be ready for possible unforeseen expenses as I was not aware of the additional charges beforehand, like bone growth. I wish the Boston Dental Center management offers all dental services at fairly discounted prices (e.g., Fazaa/Mazaya discounts) for it to be more affordable as mine was not honored, and inform all prices to the patients days before the service is performed.

Fantastic experience: The doctor Anas is good but he doesn't talk at all. You have to extract information from him like a wisdom tooth. I came to bleach my teeth, he didn't explain to me that the treatment consists of 4 sessions and how long it’d take. He didn't warn me that I might feel sensitivity and pain and what I should do if i feel pain. Nothing! He left me alone with his assistant, I felt so much pain that I thought I'd lose my teeth. He should explain and comment on each manipulation because it's my teeth and health.

Fantastic experience: My experience so far was outstanding! We went for Veneers but Dr. Bobana suggested that I will just waste my money for nothing. I want to thank her for being honest that Veneers are not the best option for my son’s dental problem. Fantastic experience: My experience with tooth extraction under Dr. Anas's care was remarkably smooth, to the point where I found myself comfortably dozing off during the procedure—a feat, considering my usual anxiety surrounding extractions. Dr. Anas's serene demeanor, combined with his exceptional expertise, assured me beyond doubt that I was in the hands of a true professional. His approach not only alleviates anxiety but also exemplifies a mastery of dental care.

Negative experience: I have been a loyal patient of Dr. Anas at Boston Dental Center for over a decade, but after my recent experience, I will never set foot in that place again. When I chipped my front tooth and needed immediate attention, Dr. Anas was unavailable, so the staff assigned me to see another dr at the clinic - Dr. Bobana. However, her incompetence was shocking. Throughout the entire treatment, she was more focused on singing than fixing my tooth properly. As a result, the job she did was lousy and unacceptable. Today, when I returned to Dr. Anas to rectify the mess Dr. Bobana made, his response was appalling. He agreed to fix her mistake but had the audacity to complain saying he shoud send me back to her, because he will not get paid, as this is a follow up. Excuse me? Who will compensate me for the time wasted and the botched job done by Dr. Bobana? Despite having insurance coverage through Thiqa, Dr. Anas insisted I pay 400 dirhams for the polishing and adding a bit more filling to one tooth corner, which he did in a maximum of 5 minutes. This blatant attempt to squeeze more money out of me is utterly disgraceful. Especially he is the manager of the clinic. Save yourself the headache and avoid Boston Dental Center like the plague. Their lack of professionalism, disregard for patient care, and greediness are beyond comprehension. There are plenty of other dental practices in Abu Dhabi that actually prioritize their patients' well-being over profit.

Negative experience: Overall, it is a modern clinic with good facilities. However, I had a few concerns. First, upon my first visit, I informed them to check and let me know what treatment needed to be done in advance. Then, the doctor did an x-ray and informed me that they would call and let me know the list of treatments to be done, which they never did. They only did 2 fillings and asked me to come back again after 2 weeks. When I visited the second time and asked about the treatments to be done, the doctor said she would inform me later. Again, they did 2 more fillings and told me I needed a root canal. I went for a root canal and when I inquired about a root canal that I had done a few years back, the doctor said there was no previous root canal. This is not possible, as I know very well that I had a root canal. Anyhow, I proceeded with the new root canal filling. Since I felt they wanted to keep charging me without informing me of the plan in advance, I went to a different clinic. They confirmed that I had an old root canal filling which had been re-fixed this time. However, according to the doctor, "they have not done a good job." So, I don't recommend this clinic.

Negative experience: My experience was not good. A year ago, I visited the clinic because I was suffering from something in my teeth, and Dr. Anas refused to help me for the reason that the insurance would not accept and would refuse the procedures. I believed his words and he made me continue to suffer, but I could not be patient so I visited another clinic and they told me that it was not true because there was a problem and that would be accepted, thank God. The day before yesterday my suffering ended and I was helped.

Fantastic experience: I had an excellent & outstanding treatment experience where I was diagnosed probably, referred to the right specialty, my treatment plan was explained to me and finally was successfully implemented. Many thanks also go to the professional nurses & support staff who made sure my appointments were made in time. For more than 2 years of hygiene & teeth treatment, I can only salute this medical center for the professional and high quality service. I highly recommend them for all.

The location is close to the city centre, a lot of municipal parking lots around, don't forget to pay by sms or DARB application.

I felt like Dr. Nuha and Dr. Kkalid really cared about doing their job well when I had my procedures with each of them. The staff both in clinic and at reception are all very friendly and competent. They are so efficient esp with getting all the needed approvals frkm the Insurance Co., and they are ao quick to update us on the approvals or the co-pay, etc. Recommended!

Fantastic experience: I just finished the procedure for wisdom tooth extraction via surgery done by Dr. Arshiyan Ahmed and his nurse Iris. I thought it would be more painful and dramatic but it wasn’t! The Dr. was extremely gentle and understood my fear and anxiety towards dental procedures that I have been delaying it for many years.
