Fantastic experience: I am so grateful for this clinic. Let’s start with Dr. Sumayya Ppra who helped me resolve my asthma that’s been going on for months plus on another health issue , after further examination she led me to the real issue, a gynecological one. Now a big shoutout to Dr. Malika Shaik who was exceptional. After 14 months of misdiagnosis, she found the cause and changed everything. My body was crashing slowly over years and she’s only one who could figure out the root cause, because she listened and gave me enough time to explain what I felt, and offered me the right treatment. I would like to also thank Dr. Elizabeth Thomas for fixing hip pain that’s been going on since last September. Truly life, changing care. Can’t thank you all enough. Can’t recommend that clinic enough.

On April 25, 2024, at 7:10 pm, I visited the clinic, only to be turned away by the registration agent, citing the doctor's finishing time. The app showed available slots, but they refused to accommodate us. As a parent, it's distressing to see healthcare professionals prioritize schedules over urgent care. The clinic's lack of empathy and professionalism is alarming. I urge others to exercise caution when seeking care here. The well-being of vulnerable patients like infants should be the top priority.

Negative experience: Im very disappointed with how they are dealing with the patient. I came for treatment and I do understand that there are some patient but I'm waiting almost three hours imagine with a high fever with just only one injection I keep waiting which is not acceptable considering my condition also. Negative experience: The worst service you can get in Remraam branch. Dont even think about going walk-in there. Even though an appointment person is coming 20 mins late.. they will still make you wait for atleat an hour. That too until you go at reception & tell them. After that long wait and 2mins consultation with doctor.. the prescription takes 5mins to come. Funny part is doctor finished the duty & left but the prescription wasnt ready. Honestly in case you go just stand on the head of reception people, then only you will get a service there.

Negative experience: Worst place and Worst receptionist, she is telling u something , and when you turn and go , she is doing another thing , she take dision with her self , I booked appointment and she told me OK, then I checked the second day , while feeling pain all the day , and discovered there is no appointment under my name !!!!!.. do not go there do not go there

Fantastic experience: Me and my wife had visited this clinic for multiple issues. All the doctors are very professional and did thr treatment for right things. All the nurses were also very helpful. Negative experience: My experience here was diabolical! After waiting for over half hour after my appointment time, the Dr was just talking at me, made me feel like she was frustrated with questions that I asked and repeatedly cut me off. I have left feeling dismissed, ignored, disrespected & wishing I did not bother going to be seen. I was excited about having Aster in the neighbourhood but after todays experience I would rather travel far to doctors who actually care and pay attention to their patients. I would not recommend coming here, when you are not well you don't need to be treaded in this manner!

Negative experience: It was an incredibly unprofessional experience, and I would not recommend Aster Clinic Rem Raam service at all. The woman before me, who was clearly unwell, waited over three hours with no apparent concern or empathy from the staff. Unfortunately, I faced a similar situation. Despite having a prior appointment, I was asked to wait over an hour just for the initial examination. The staff lacked basic courtesy and empathy, which is particularly concerning for a place where people seek urgent medical care. If you're in need of immediate assistance, this facility is far from ideal. It felt more like dealing with a bank during rush hour, without any justifiable reason for the delays.

Negative experience: I went to the clinic in Remaram for General Doctor , after submitting my ID for the insurance reception request to come after 4hour the Reason the current general Doctor it’s not covered by insurance while the other General Doctor in other shift will be Ok with insurance. Seems as plotics inside the clinic, unfortunately always we have bad experience in the Reciption management

Fantastic experience: I have been treated by Dr Neha Bharadwaj ( dermatologist) and Dr Summaya ( general physician) in recent months at the well managed clinic with a very helpful supporting admin and clinical staff. Both doctors, Dr N Bharadwaj and Dr Summaya have been very good in diagnosing my issues and suggested appropriate treatments which have greatly improved my respective health issues. I am quite happy to recommend this clinic at Reemram without any reservations
