Negative experience: The worst ever customer service. Numerous times they would have issues with booking my appointment at the correct time and date. Once called me two hours before my appointment and just told me that they’d cancelled it, without any reason or explanation; even after asking all i got as a response was “something changed”. But the worst thing so far was them overcharging me and refusing to pay back the extra amount i was charged for. At the entrance the receptionist charges me for the Candella machine session. At the start of the session turns out the machine isn’t working so they moved me to Cynosure (which is a cheaper machine) and ended up doing my session with it. By the end of it I inform the receptionist about the situation and she lies to my face saying that they’d changed the pricing and now there is a set price for both Candella and Cynosure because i didn’t pay for a package. After i showed her a message with the pricing i received from them literally the day before she realized how silly her lie was so she told me that refund will take too long (14 days) so i should just let them deduct the amount from my next session (what made her think id want another session there). after that i’ve raised the complaint to them and their customer service so many times which was useless and their management never contacted me to resolve the issue. definitely wouldn’t recommend

I’ve been following up with them for months, and the person handling WhatsApp communication clearly has zero customer service training. 31st May and she respond on 1st July where I have messaged her -Messages are ignored, and there is no follow-up or professionalism. Extremely disappointing.

Negative experience: Kindness is very good, but unpunctuality is wrong. It hasn't happened once, but several times. I also went for the Botox procedure, and it didn't give me the results I expected. This is very bad.

Negative experience: This is by far the worst center I’ve ever dealt with. They have absolutely no respect for clients’ time. Appointments mean nothing here – they let people in during other clients’ scheduled times without any organization or explanation. The staff are unprofessional and clearly lack the necessary skills to deal with customers properly. There’s no system, no respect, and no accountability. If you care about your time and want to be treated with basic respect, avoid this place at all costs.

Negative experience: I came in today for a full-body laser session, and unfortunately, it was one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had at a clinic. To start, my sister received a call asking me to come in earlier than my scheduled appointment due to a double booking. My sister, a long-time client, had booked this appointment for me. Upon arrival, I gave the receptionist my ID to open an official profile since I’ve done over 20 sessions elsewhere and this was my first time with them. Instead, I was told to proceed under my sister’s profile—this should’ve been my first red flag. Despite arriving 15 minutes early (as requested), I was called in 5 minutes late. The technician, Radha, was on her phone texting for nearly 10 minutes before starting the session. When she finally began, she rushed through the process so quickly that I’m confident many of the laser shots didn’t even properly target my skin. I asked her to slow down and focus on a few areas I specifically wanted treated—areas I had intentionally left slightly unshaved so she could adjust the settings accordingly. She brushed off my request, saying it’s “company policy” to complete sessions within 40 minutes, and continued with the same rushed, careless technique. At one point, she was shaving my back with one hand while simultaneously firing the laser with the other, which was incredibly painful. I didn’t even have the chance to voice my concerns—everything felt rushed and mechanical. During the facial portion, she hit my actual lips multiple times instead of protecting them, and carelessly lasered over my hairline without checking her aim. The hygiene was equally unacceptable: the chair was visibly covered in hair from previous clients, clearly not cleaned between sessions. I genuinely wanted to walk out mid-session, but the pace was so fast I barely had time to react—I just wanted it to be over. I’m now certain I’ll break out from the way the treatment was handled. While my sister has always had positive experiences here, I’m honestly shocked by the level of unprofessionalism I encountered today. When I raised concerns, the only explanation I was given was: “You know how busy weekends are?” That is not an excuse for poor service and lack of hygiene.

Negative experience: I booked an appointment with Dr. Arabi for Botox, and due to renovations at their clinic, I was asked to go to a different location where he would perform the procedure. I agreed, and they even confirmed the appointment a day before. However, after driving all the way from Ajman and waiting for my turn, I was surprised to be told that the doctor wasn’t coming. No one informed me in advance, which is extremely unprofessional. A simple phone call would have saved me time and effort. This experience was very disappointing and unorganized, and it will definitely be the last time I choose this clinic.

Negative experience: I booked an appointment at 7 PM and arrived on time, but I was told there would be a long wait because someone was already doing a laser session, and another person was after her، then me. How are there two people booked at the same time as my appointment? They told me to go to another branch of the same clinic five minutes away and said they’d inform them, but after waiting again, they told me that branch was busy too. I decided to wait, but after 45 minutes, they told me the technician couldn’t be delayed because her ride was coming, and they asked me to book another appointment. So my whole wait was for nothing. I came from far away, a 45-minute drive, waited 45 minutes, and had to drive back another 45 minutes. Traffic and frustration. Honestly, very poor organization.

Negative experience: I’ve visited this clinic multiple times, the time management has consistently been disappointing. I arrived on time for my appointment, but i kept waiting for too long again. It’s really frustrating, especially when this keeps happening. I hope the clinic takes this feedback seriously and works on improving their scheduling and respect for patients’ time.

Negative experience: The worst clinic ever, I booked an appointment at 1:30 when I arrived I surprised that they are taking an appointment for the customers every half an hour which is not possible, and they don’t know any thing about the appointment, they are talking so many appointments and keep people waiting for an hour only for money, they don’t care about the service and customer satisfaction, all there needs is money. And this is my last time to visit this bad clinic. Which is not respecting the appointments!!!

Negative experience: Worst clinic I have ever been to. I did my laser with Rasheeda and she burnt my skin. While having the laser with her I mentioned to her a couple of times that the laser was very painful and unbearable and told her to stop but she ignored me and kept going saying that I’m a cry baby. I went home with very painful burnt spots on my skin that has gotten darker by the day. Worst decision of my life!

Negative experience: I’ve had the absolute worst experience with this clinic. I initially booked my appointment with Dr. Mohammad orabi during the last week of Ramadan 29 march. After confirming it, they rescheduled it to Tuesday 1st April , then to Thursday 3rd, then to Saturday 5th!!! And just when I thought that was the end of it, I received yet another message saying it’s now moved to Monday7th . I understand that emergencies happen, if the doctor is sick or something unexpected happens, that’s completely understandable. But when I’m told after confirming my appointment that the doctor is traveling, that’s just irresponsible. The doctor knows he has appointments, so why confirm them and then cancel last minute? If this keeps happening, it’s not the patient’s fault—it’s pure mismanagement. Schedule your appointments properly, and don’t confirm with patients unless you’ve confirmed with the doctor first. To make things worse, I was told today that they called me and I didn’t answer, which is simply not true. I did answer at 4 PM and was told I missed my appointment yesterday. When I explained that it was their own staff who rescheduled my appointment, they acted as if it was my fault. And now they claim they called me again, which they absolutely didn’t I checked my phone. This level of mismanagement, last-minute cancellations, and dishonesty is beyond unprofessional. If this is how they treat patients before even seeing the doctor, I can only imagine what the actual experience with the doctor would be like. I would never recommend this clinic to anyone

Negative experience: I am very disappointed from their unprofessionalism, i had a booking today and it was confirmed but they didn’t inform me later that they will close because of eid, I went there and found out that they’re not open.

Negative experience: Worst clinic ever, waiting time it takes forever. And the worst part is yet to come….an arrogant Doctor Heba, dermatologist, who doesn’t give you the right for a proper diagnosis. Not even acknowledging the patient, literally shocked me. I don’t recommend, it’s a waste of time only and money.

Negative experience: I did not expect to have my lip filler melted by itself after 2 months of injecting. It requested juviderm, I always have my filler remain more than a year. I believe they injected some other type of filler. So disappointed. And does not recommend any one to go to this clinic.

Negative experience: I’ve been coming to the clinic for a while now (a little more than 2 years) am I am very disappointed with how the service level has preceded. Appointments scheduling is not proper, I came twice in less than a week (last Sunday and today) without being able to have my service. The first time my appointment was not even in the system even though it was confirmed on WhatsApp, the second time I was running late (15 min) so I called to check if it will be ok and they “yeah no worries”, I ended up driving 40 minutes to the clinic and 1 hour back to my home for nothing. The technicians are in a hurry when they do the services so you do not get good results due to missed spots + because they are in such a rush they can cause some issues (I got burnt 3 times and when I told the clinic they didn’t have a reaction like “ok then what?”). Very disappointed that this place is going downhill like this.

Unfortunately, I have encountered multiple issues that reflect a lack of professionalism and respect for clients. 1. Lack of Communication: The clinic changed its address without informing clients, which caused me over an hour of unnecessary confusion trying to find the new location. 2. Unreliable Service: Upon arrival, I was told that the machine was not working, something that could have been communicated beforehand to avoid wasting my time. 3. Poor Appointment Management: Every time I visit, I experience overlapping bookings, leading to at least an hour of waiting, even with a scheduled appointment. 4. Lack of Privacy: Shockingly, I noticed that the receptionist was allowed to enter the treatment room while my session was in progress. This is highly unprofessional and violates client privacy. This level of service is completely unacceptable, and I strongly urge you to improve communication, appointment scheduling, and client privacy measures. I expect a response addressing these concerns, as no customer should have to experience such inconvenience and discomfort.

Negative experience: I had an appointment at this laser clinic and was told to wait only 10 minutes. However, I ended up waiting for around 30 minutes, this isn't the first issue I've had here, a month ago, I had my rings stolen during a visit, and it was by one of the staff members. Additionally, they ask clients to leave positive reviews on Google in exchange for discounts, which I find very unprofessional. The service is extremely disappointing I would not recommend this clinic to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy service ZERO STAR

They never answer to make an appointment even though I was already a recurrent client, and I called today asking for the exact location (I was already raining outside and couldn’t find the place) and the receptionist just kept saying “I’ll send you the location” and she never sent me anything even though I called three times

Negative experience: I went to my appointment when I arrived the therapist was not available. They told me she’s not coming to the clinic and she’s in another clinic called 7D that I need to go to her there. When I arrived there, the place was a mess and they put me waiting for the wrong person for 1 hour. I told them few times to check if it’s gonna take a long time I can leave but they say wait five minutes which became 1 hr. They said there are no room available that’s why it’s taking time. They have 4 receptionists roaming around but useless. And finally after 1h 30 min waiting I met the therapist and the price was way expensive than what they told me on WhatsApp It was round 6 k more. The room where we did the consultation was horrible. Not cleaned or arranged from the person before, the door was half open then I asked her to close, and receptionists kept coming in checking something which I do not understand and asking her if she will drive or they will go by carlift- No respect No privacy after waiting all this time, just show that you care. what is really disappointing about this place is that they do not respect appointments and they do not update regarding any changes they just keep you waiting and send you to another location like they do not care - this is not professional. How can I trust to do any procedure here ? They just wasted 3 hours of my time where I had to be there at 6:30, I had to deal with traffic and then had to wait 1h30 for nothing. And also the price 10X more then what they told me. I understand there might be different in price depending on the case but not 10X more . Giving false info will only result in wasting my time and their time. I cannot do anything in this place, I had to look for a new place and booked with them because I visited them before for laser treatment and they were good so I just went to them again as there is respect and trust.

Negative experience: **CHECK BOTTLES BEFORE GETTING ANYTHING DONE** i booked and confirmed my appointment with a specific doctor and was not told that the doctor was on annual leave unitl i called asking if i can come one hour earlier to my appointment, i met with the another doctor instead and asked (repeatedly) specifically for Dysport botox and no numbing cream only to have numbing cream applied, i let that go and waited. Fourty minutes later, from the procedure room i called reception to ask if they have forgotten about me and reminded them that i have requested to not have numbing cream put on and that i am ready to either leave, or have the doctor come in and do my procedure. a month later i went back to my usual doctor only to find out that i was injected with Nabota (korean botox - cheaper) instead of Dysport. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed with their service and how they chose to deal with the situation when i brought it up, they were clueless on how to act and what to do moving forward. learn from me and make sure to check the bottles before you get injected there.

Negative experience: I had an extremely disappointing experience at this clinic. Despite arriving early, I was left waiting 30 minutes past my appointment time and shuffled between rooms with no explanation. When the doctor finally came, he barely acknowledged me before leaving the room. The receptionist then quoted me a price double what I was told when booking and claimed the doctor had decided to change the prices that morning. She repeatedly pressured me to choose the more expensive option. Frustrated by the lack of professionalism, transparency, and respect for my time, I decided not to proceed with anything and left. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone.

Negative experience: I have been a patient at this clinic for 2 years now and still receive calls announcing discounts, even though I told them I was not interested and remove my number from the list. Today I received a call from the call center employee and when I told her I was not interested she hung up on me without any apology or rules for ending the call. No respect.

Negative experience: Pooor management of clients. The laser therapist caused me a terrible burn by using the laser on a tattoo and didnt offer any first aid. My skin is badly burn and the tatoo is ruined. Really surpising that she didnt see a fairly large tatoo, isnt this their only job? and the management has not even bothered to address this concern. Despite calling them several times. What sort of medical centre is this?

Negative experience: I am extremely disappointed with the call center service. I have called five times, specifically asking to speak with Dr. Orabi’s assistant regarding an issue with my recent lip filler treatment, as one side of my lips is visibly larger than the other. Each time, I was assured that someone would reach out, but I have yet to receive any assistance or follow-up. It’s frustrating to feel ignored when trying to resolve a medical and aesthetic issue that I need help with. I hope the clinic will take this seriously and help me find a solution.

Negative experience: I wouldnt recommend it. 1- hygiene issue: in the laser room the cover towel offered to customers is USED! I had to ask for a new one and the lady said she CAN bring as if its not a MUST or a requirement! Btw we were 4 customers and it was the same for all of us, when the customer finish they fold the towel and keep it on the bed! 2- worst time and customer management ever!! It took me 1:30 hours (3 customers) to get in.

Fantastic experience: It was my first time at Ageless clinic and was hosted by Marmal, sweetest lady at the reception, to guide me on the process, prices and all required details. I did a full body laser and so happy with Rada, the nurse who did the session for me, so professional and friendly. I have been pushing laser treatment for long time and now I am happy I started with Ageless. I bought the 6 months package, it has to be done at least for 6 times consecutive where hair will be less by 80% by that time.

Negative experience: I had a frustrating experience. I arrived on time for my appointment but ended up waiting over 45 minutes without any communication about the delay. It would have been helpful to be informed instead of sitting there with no updates.

Fantastic experience: My friend recommended the center for laser and I wanted something with results & good price. It’s my 4th session and already 60% of my hair is gone. Highly recommended, very very competitive price. Ask for cynosure machine & book with Rada. She is very professional, helpful, and tells you exactly what to do and how to take care so you avoid excess hair growth.
