Negative experience: I use to go to this clinic from past two years .everything was good .but later on they change the technician miss hiba.at first she didn't touch my skin and without touching my skin she did my laser and it was not properly done .after 18 days I came back to the clinic .she did the maintenance without touching me I told her like last time why are you not touching me. She said sorry sorry ,its my fault . then in next session she burned my face and lips .my tongue was tingled ,my lips and upper lips were burned. I called the clinic they apologized and recommended some cream . I used that cream but it took more than 20 days for me to recover .they offered me full body free session on phone call but in their system they add free face session . when later on i asked to avail the session they said no its free face session not body .it doesn't matter if they don't keep their words but the way manger behaved very rude and was not good . she should know how to deal the customer .

Negative experience: I got jaw filler on May 18, 2025, and I’m extremely disappointed with the entire experience with Youssef Sbera. One side of my jaw is round while the other is square, making my face look noticeably uneven and asymmetrical — the exact opposite of what I asked for. I clearly requested facial symmetry, but the practitioner didn’t take any time to assess or analyze my face before starting. He didn’t inform me when he was about to begin — he just started injecting quickly and carelessly, without any explanation or preparation. When I expressed how rushed and impersonal the process felt, his only response was, “This is my routine.” But every face is different, and aesthetic work should never be approached with a one-size-fits-all mindset. Even more concerning, I never asked for chin filler — yet he went ahead and injected it without my consent or even discussing it with me. Now my chin also looks uneven, with noticeably more filler on the left side. After the procedure, he didn’t even inform me it was over. He just sat back at his desk without analyzing the results or checking my face from the front. All of his injections were done from behind my head, with no proper evaluation afterward. I now have visible marks and scarring at each injection site — something I’ve never experienced before. I asked people for honest feedback, and not a single person said my face looked even or aesthetically pleasing. Everyone immediately noticed that something was off. After I kept mentioning to him that my face is uneven he just kept saying its even while sitting at his desk not even coming to look at me, after the back and forth he came and measured my face and noticed it is uneven, put more on one side but still absolutely no difference. Again, terrible communication, analysis and work. He also didn’t take the time to properly massage the filler in, and I can feel lumps along my jawline. The experience was absolutely terrible, and now I’m searching for a qualified professional to dissolve the damage he caused. This was a poor consultation followed by an even worse procedure. If you want to leave your appointment in tears, go to him. I’ve never written a review before, but I feel compelled to warn others. Please don’t make the same mistake I did.

I called three times on different days to book an appointment, but they offered no support. They asked for my WhatsApp number to discuss scheduling, then never reached out, wasting my time and energy. Their lack of responsibility and care was evident throughout.

Fantastic experience: I have been having acne and scarring treatment with Dr. Sarab Salloum since last year, and the results are showing major improvement. I’ve had this issue since so many years and have been to countless dermatologists, tried all types of medications and treatments but this is the first time that any treatment is working on my skin. And the entire credit goes to Dr. Sarab, how she understood my skin issues, and focused on it with a very targeted approach. Besides acne and scarring, my skin also lacked luster and hydration. She designed a wholesome treatment plan for me including acne control, scarring reduction, hydration supplements and diet/lifestyle changes advice. She took keen interest in listening and understanding my issues and tailored a treatment plan according to my needs, instead of going with generic one size fits all approach that I’ve experienced with other doctors in past. She explains each step, answers all my questions in details and also stays connected and follows up after every session to gather feedback on how my skin is reacting after every session. This gave me a lot of confidence knowing that she was truly invested in my treatment and cares about her patients. Based on my experience, I also recommended my sister to seek consultation from her for her own specific skin needs and my sister also responded very well to her treatment. My biggest concern from past experience was that some doctors just tried to sell as many treatments as possible, but I truly appreciate Dr. Sarab for really treating what I needed instead of selling multiple things at once. She’s also such a pleasant and lovely person to meet, who develops great rapport with her patients due to her authentic personality. I can say with confidence that I will be her very long term client for other facial treatments too.

Negative experience: I hade more than 10 sessions hair removal for underarms and 5 for bikini and no result hair still growing and this even while doing the treatments knowing that I am not too hairy. I’m putting a review today cause I talked with my friend and she is going to another clinic in Dubai she said she took only 3 sessions and she do not need more she do not have any hair growing. She told me that you must be careful cause all depend also on the machine the clinic is using.. very disappointed.

Negative experience: I went for a botox procedure and I expected an open communication with the dr, but he was busy with his phone and all his answers were yes or no, without explaining anything. Despite telling him that my eyebrows are having the tendency to drop, i left with the eyebrows more dropped which could not be corrected even after touch up. Filler in the chin was just injected, without thinking of the symmetry of the face, to be told after that that if i want symmetry I need filler in my lips. No communication whatsoever and the prices at the reception are decided by guessing only.

Negative experience: Treatment wrongly done by doctor johnny, under eye filler, doctor youssef came to dissolved the filler as it was completely done in the wrong way and manner. ISRAA the manager rudly refused a refund and offer me another treatment as this is a solution to a client. NEVER book. They are unable to keep your appointments, always cancel your doctor last minute and other doctors will do the treatments for you, and I’m a client that came few times, they don’t care. DONT FALL in the trap, PRICES are good results are horrible. DONT BOOK

Negative experience: I did botox on 26th of November with touch up on 10th of December and I already have forehead lines and lines between my eyebrows. I do same type of botox every 6 months and I never lost effect so fast, shortest was after 3 months. As DR. That did my botox never showed me what she is using and she did treatment in 2 minutes, after waiting her for 45 minutes, I am now not sure in the quality of the product that they are using. I would not recommended this place for botox.

Positive experience: I visited Cosmo secrets as they had a good deal for underarm and bikini laser. However i wasn't so happy with the cleanliness of the technician. Since i came from work i offered to wash bikini area and she said no need. But jst out of respect i washed anyways. The lady was doing my inner bikini and meanwhile something went wrong with the machine. She did not change gloves jst kept going back and forth with the machine screen and my private area. Even after finishing gloves were disposed, the bed tissue was replaced but the machine screen was not cleaned. I felt like this would be a way that diseases could be transferred easily. I would kindly suggest that the staff is educated on simple yet mandatory steps to keep the place germ free.. and even after my laser session i had to ask for Mebo or any cream to put on the treated area. Aftercare education would also be great..

It is unacceptable for a clinic to compromise on safety and quality, especially when dealing with skin treatments. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable, professional care. Please be cautious before choosing their services.

Negative experience: I had an experience that I wanna share. I have recently started taking specific medicine and can’t stop it every month one week. And any junior doctor would know this. So the nurse asked me do you take any medicine, I said yes. And told her the name. Then she told me I have to tell the doctor I said ok. And then this doctor said I can’t continue doing laser. Then I asked to meet him. His name is Youssef, he was very rude he knew that I can’t stop this medicine by myself for one week each month. But with coldness he was telling me you need to stop for one week. Such a rude attitude not showing any empathy with the client. And very mean attitude.

It’s all with bumps and lumps and by trying to fix it he didn’t even apply numbing cream properly. The owner refuses to do refund! Do not go there you will regret 1000000k times!

Negative experience: During my visit, the laser machine used on my skin was excessively intense, resulting in significant discomfort and a burn. Additionally, the razor used by the technician was of poor quality, and her shaving technique was overly aggressive. As a result, I left the clinic with noticeable rashes and redness from the laser burn. Upon reaching out to the clinic to address my concerns, I was met with unprofessional behavior. The technician blamed my skin sensitivity for the issues I experienced and failed to take any responsibility. Furthermore, when I questioned why my earlier complaint had not been escalated to management, I was told that the staff members, being from the same nationality, felt obligated to cover for each other, which I found deeply troubling. I am extremely disappointed by the lack of accountability and professionalism in this situation.

I’ve also paid for 10 laser sessions and so no improvement whatsoever until I insisted there must be an issue with the machine. Grechell had always been my therapist for hydra facial and face carbon laser services. Fantastic experience: Done my first ever laser procedure today (bikini and half leg) and i was fortunate to be assisted by Nurse Arriane, I admired her professionalism and confidence, which assured me that I was in a good hands. She took the time to explain the procedure in detail, including how it works and what to expect. She also provided me with clear instructions on things to avoid both before and after the procedure. On the top of that, she made me feel comfortable throughout the procedure and made the entire experience much less stress. Negative experience: I had an unfortunate experience at Cozmo Secrets Medical Center. Initially, I was a client of a fantastic doctor who provided exceptional service. Due to my positive experience with her, I prepaid for services. However, the doctor unexpectedly left the center, and I opted not to continue with the replacement doctor. I requested a refund as I never received the planned procedure or creams. It has been over five months since I have been diligently following up with Cozmo Secrets Medical Center regarding my refund. Unfortunately, since March, their representative has ceased responding to my messages entirely. This lack of communication and failure to address my concerns have left me feeling greatly disappointed and frustrated with their customer service. Overall, my experience with Cozmo Secrets Medical Center has been unsatisfactory, as the lack of resolution and poor communication have eroded my trust in their professionalism and commitment to their clients

Negative experience: I signed up for a 6-month laser session package at Cosmo Secret and paid for everything but scheduling sessions has been a nightmare! Unless you book your session a month in advance they hardly ever have slots that fit a 9-to-6 work schedule. Timings are also very rigid and dependent on the availability of the aesthetician or during working hours. If you need to change or cancel a session, your only options are to cut your one-hour session in half and come back multiple times or wait another month for an appointment. Staff is nice, but this setup is a nightmare for anyone with a busy work life. Also, good luck finding parking!

Negative experience: I see positive reviews, but all related to other doctors. Maybe I had a bad luck. I did a hyaluronic acid application, and the results could not be worse. Totally assymetric, changed the contours of my face in a bad way. I see myself several times pressing that thing in my face to remodel it, just like a play doh. Ask for the right doctor before you go for it.

The clinic is spotless and equipped with the latest technology, which gave me confidence in the quality of care I would receive. Dr. Mustafa himself is an absolute professional. He took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly explain the treatment options available to me. During my procedure, he made sure I was comfortable and at ease, which alleviated any anxiety I had. I've been to several dentists in the past, but none have compared to the level of care and attention to detail provided by Dr. Mustafa. Thanks to him my smile has never looked better! If you're searching for a dentist you can trust, look no further than him.

Negative experience: If you are looking for Dr’s with the worst bedside manner I recommend going to this place. The male Dr is so rude and could barely look up to say hello.I went for a Botox follow up and he did not take any time or care explaining what he recommends or in fact what he is going to do or use. I had to ask and he literally gave me one word answers and ignored me. There is absolutely no respect for clients, they just want feet through the door. Do yourself a favour and look for a clinic who respect and value their clients.

Fantastic experience: I had the best experience here and the staff was absolutely wonderful. I'm so grateful that I got an appointment very quickly after I called. They set me with Dr Yusuf who is extremely professional and listened to exactly what I wanted. He gave me the results that I wanted exactly without doing anything extra. His nurse assistant was soooo wonderful and helpful. I am in love with this place and I will for sure be coming again. Also I got an amazing discount with the Groupon and the prices are amazing. I highly recommend everyone come here for their treatments and Botox.
