Negative experience: The worst clinic in the world. They ask people to do analysis, so they will get more money, and if the patient do not want to do it. They insist them to do! Customer service is just a fake news for them, even the doctors are so MEAN.

Positive experience: I have no doubt about the expertise and professionalism of the doctors here – they are truly excellent in their field. However, my experience with some of the reception and nursing staff left much to be desired. I entered through the back entrance and asked a nurse in Room 14 where I could register. Unfortunately, she didn’t listen to my question and simply asked me to wait for my turn, even though I hadn’t received a token yet. I waited for 15 minutes without any clear guidance. When I approached her again, she still insisted I wait, which was frustrating since I just needed basic directions. Another concern was with the billing process. According to my insurance portal, I was only supposed to pay AED 36, but I was charged AED 95. During my second visit, I was told this was an error and that I could reclaim the difference this time. I find this practice unfair, as Patients shouldn’t be responsible for covering incorrect charges due to internal errors or delays. Overall, while the doctors are fantastic, I hope the management takes steps to improve communication and billing transparency at the front desk and nursing stations to listen the patient query first rather clearing the token or que.

Fantastic experience: iCARE Clinic in Dubai gave me a very good experience. The doctors and staff were kind, patient, and easy to talk to. They explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable. The clinic is clean and well-organized. I didn’t have to wait too long, and the service was fast and smooth. I’m happy with the care I received and would recommend this clinic to others.

Positive experience: Ms Shaikh Ameena helped us to get appointment in ICARE DISCOVERY GARDENS CLINIC for sonography appointment as I cancelled my appointment which was scheduled as I was unable to go for it and there were no appointments in any of the clinics but she checked with the patients if any cancellation s are there in DG clinic and gave me appointment at Discovery Gardens clinic convenient day and time for me. Negative experience: Representatives do not kno what they are doing. The system they build is not working properly. Everything is so slow. Plus it's expensive. It's clearly not worth it. And when you enter the clinic they take your Emirates id, guess when they give it back, yes, not before you finish. It's not acceptable, actually its banditary. Please choose another place.

Fantastic experience: Am not a hospital fan but my doctors at iCARE made me feel at ease and their professionalism was fantastic I had a dental appointment Dr Deepa did an amazing job if you see my teeth now it’s unbelievable and I would 100% recommend. Then I went in later for a gynecologist consult and Dr Aysha Shameena took over my case she even checks up on me God. I have thin veins so blood tests are horrifying experience for me, most of the times either they not able to find vein or not enough blood sample comes out but Merlin was amazing and managed to get my blood sample with just one simple prick. Now m not scared of blood tests :)

I was came to the clinic with a very high fever, and following a thorough examination, Dr. Tamil clearly explained the course of treatment, administered an IV, and closely monitored my condition throughout. Negative experience: Really pathetic service came to clinic @ 8.35am and till 10.35 am entire clinic is busy they are checking they have emergency etc so paitance keep waiting giys you need to improve on your services..

Fantastic experience: I had a back pain which was in extreme pain and had no much improvement with medicines and it was badly affecting my routine, later I was advised for physiotherapy with Dr. FARAH SHAH , She took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly assess my condition before recommending a personalized treatment plan. Negative experience: It is totally meaningless coming with a prior appointment, eve though we have appointment again we have wait for long in reception, they are treating same way for walk in and appointments, especially Sunday have only 1 guy in reception and taking too long time. We are taking prior appointment to save our time, but with it is waste, again we loose the time for booking appointment. Frustrated about this attitude.

Fantastic experience: Recently visited ICare clinics for ophthalmology consultation. It was Dr. Kiranmayi Kalluri who was the consultant doctor. It was a great experience as due to the holidays, most doctors were on leave and even during holiday, doctor was working. Dr. Kiranmayi was quite thorough in the check-up and immediately after taking the prescribed drops and medicines, felt relief and the swelling subsided. Easy process to get appointment and also at the pharmacy also it didn’t take much time.

Negative experience: It is very expensive and they did too much medical tests to my baby that wasn’t necessary because the doctor suggested the medicine before the test results finish , I expected to pay 150 the consultation only , but they charged me 300 DRH for unnecessary tests

Negative experience: worst clinic, Dr.Tarun shukla is always taking min 3 test without approval of my wife. This attitude is not good. Before taking any test first they'll get conceren from us. My personal suggestion no one go Dr Tarun. Money waste

Negative experience: Mr Amir (not sure about which branch he was from as it was a call to the call Center) He was soo rude and didn’t even give me chance to explain about what issue I was facing. He hung up on me before I could talk, then I called back couple of times, he disconnected the call straight away . Really bad customer service - especially for healthcare. People will be stressed about their health issues and the first point of contact itself is disappointing.

Fantastic experience: I was getting physiotherapy done by Dr Farha Shah and was so pleasantly surprised by how caring and attentive she is. She was able to accurately diagnose my issue with my back and create a treatment plan which was effective and delivered results fast. Negative experience: Unfortunately, my husband injured his leg and we went to Icare clinic, located at Discovery Gardens. We had an appointment with Dr. Khalid Khalifa, and it was one of the worst experiences that we had. We were very surprised by his indifference and incompetent attitude towards the patient. Clinic workers and doctor did not update any documents to the insurance company until we did it by ourself, did not make any treatments, zero keep in touch calls as it was promised before, even bandage, pain relief cream and crutch we by with our own decision and at our own expense. Hope we will never face this problem again. And definitely never will visit this clinic!

I came to iCARE clinic with my foot infection last year-(2023) and I was seen by Doctor Govind Kumar. Doc Govind took care of me and I recovered from my foot surgery. After that I keep coming here for my routine check up regarding my diabetes and other health issues and I am under Dr. Seema Atul Aundhekar currently. Dr. Seema Atul is one of the very best Doctor I have even seen in my life. Whenever I come to see her I feel that she is just more than a Doctor.
