Negative experience: I had booked an appointment with them MRI for fistula and cyst . I spoke to about three ppl from the clinic and repeated time and again that I need for fistula and cyst open MRI MACHINE .. the receptionist called me saying madam the images won't be that accurate in open pls go for close MRI ..though I am claustrophobic I agreed as they said my head would be out.. they took my insurance approval based on the fistula MRI referral form ... I went to center yesterday after 6 hours fasting as advised by them ... Today morning I got my report only for cyst related details ... I had to call them and ask y is nothing mentioned about fistula firstly they receptionist told me ard 10 that the doctor will come ard 2 so will update then ard 3 she that doctor dint come so the other doctor is working on your report and At 4.30 she calls me too my surprise she tells me that the fistula study was not done by the doctor and I need to come again ... How unprofessional and pathetic .. how can some one miss the issue to be diagnosed and they dint even remember till I called them that y nothing is mentioned about the fistula they want me to come do the whole process again? I have fallen sick since yesterday as I'm claustrophobic as committed by them my head wasn't out it was completely inside the machine... Very bad service

Negative experience: Worst clinic I’ve ever been to. The doctor rushed through my appointment and seemed uninterested. I had to follow up with them myself, as they didn’t bother to follow up with clients. The nurse who took my blood seemed unsure of what she was doing. She had to recheck her documents, called someone for help, and ended up redoing the blood test because she forgot to collect enough samples. She didn’t wear gloves or even disinfect my arm — completely unsafe and unprofessional. Dr. Salma prescribed me a medication and told me she would send it the same day. Three days later, after multiple calls and no updates, I was finally told that another doctor questioned her prescription, and that it couldn’t be processed. I now had to see another doctor entirely. If the doctors themselves don’t trust each other, how can we, as patients, trust any of them? To top it all off, I received my lab results with no explanation and no doctor follow-up. Dr Salma just left without arranging any ongoing care.

Positive experience: I recently visited for an MRI test and my experience was nothing short of delightful. The staff is all smiles and accommodating. They were very transparent from the beginning and kept me informed throughout my visit. I felt numb in my shoulder during the scan due to no mobility and I naturally became difficult but "Abdulla & Kavitha" were extremely patient and offered further guidance. The process was seamless and very quick. I got all my reports within 1 hour. Most importantly, the price is 2 to 3 times less than big hospitals and clinics. Highly recommended!

One of their marketing staff "Rose" helped me too much and even helped us get our report very early, other institutes I checked offered higher prices and even gave the report later. Negative experience: Terrible experience at this clinic! They promised results within 48 hours, but it took way longer, with no updates or concern for the patient’s time. Waiting for important medical results is already stressful, and their delay made it even worse. On top of that, the staff took 20 minutes just to find a vein to draw blood—completely unprofessional and incompetent. If you care about your time and health, I’d strongly recommend going elsewhere!

Very rude ladies in the ultra sound they are discussing about the products inside about the machine when the patient is inside n treating the patient instead explaining us Infact i kept asking her what’s that n what’s this inside scanning room don't all two people just one is enough.. me and my husband are very unsatisfied ill not recommend this diagnostic center to anyone

Negative experience: Gave this clinic a referral from my doctor which specifically said he would require CT dicom downloadable files to be used in CAD software for surgical simulation. Confirmed with the clinic 2 separate time saying they could do this. They then took my money. Only gave me the option to download the images of the scan and not the dicom files that the doctor actually required. Dishonest clinic.

Positive experience: Recently had an MRI and I was fortunate to have Sham assisting me. She made me feel at ease with her calm and friendly demeanor. She ensured that I was comfortable.

Negative experience: Perfect service before paying. Horrible service for anything after paying. Got in to take results, and doctor was not there because an emergency. They got to know 45 minutes after i was there waiting. Add 1 hour commute and it’s 2 hours wasted. It’s a pity because before paying the 2000 AED everything was quite smooth.

Negative experience: You have to change the person who is taking care of WhatsApp chat. his/her customer service is horrible even greeting she/he can do it Arguing with me without even reading properly what I am sending Doctors are amazing from GP to Orthopedic Dr ,XRay technician as well she is amazing But the WhatsApp person is really giving me feeling like I don’t like to go back there any more. You can see from my three screenshots how I am “greeting” and requesting by “please”and how she /he is answering .
