Negative experience: I made an appointment with a GP Dentist(Dr. Fatima), but it was the Dental Hygienist (Dr.Ghada) who touched my teeth. She applied a coating to my cavity before the dentist examined my teeth.

Fantastic experience: All the way from the US , Dr Firas dental clinic was recommended so I called and was told I can come for consultation to fix a broken tooth and it took Dr Ahmad Zebarri & in-house lab 3 hours to get it down. It took long but worth not coming back again plus I did not feel any pain afterwards when I went home ! Fantastic experience: My best dental experience ever was with Dr. Feryal Awad. She thoroughly examined my teeth and provided a comprehensive assessment and explanation which helped me a lot in preparation for the treatment and she also gave me clear instructions for post treatment care. Fantastic experience: I had a unique crown issue that most clinics couldn’t handle, but Dr. Firas himself at this clinic in Abu Dhabi went above and beyond. He understood the complexity of the case, spent over two hours prepping the tooth using advanced tools, and had the crown remade and fitted all in one visit. I came from Muscat just for this, and it was absolutely worth it. What impressed me most is his genuine care, he said, “solving the issue matters more than what we charge.” Highly recommended for anyone needing expert dental care beyond the basics.

Negative experience: I’m not recommending this clinic. Three weeks have passed how removed the nerve and put a filling but I still feel hurting, still bleeding, can’t chewing well. Bad experience for me.

Positive experience: I removed my wisdom tooth, it was a great experience.. however, when I came back to remove my stitches, I took an appointment and made sure the doctor does not have any patients.. I waited more than 40 minutes and in the end of the day another doctor removed my stitches.. Respecting the patient’s time would be appreciated..

Negative experience: Extremely inconsistent- depending on who you’re seeing. Asked for one doctor today, got scheduled with another one, and was surprised to see a completely different one when I arrived. (As long as they collect Thiqa billing, they’ll do whatever it takes!). What’s even more disturbing: 2 docs from the same centre recommending two different plans.

Fantastic experience: Excellent! I see Dr Aghiad Alothman at Reem Hospital, in the Dr Firaz Dental Practice. Firstly, it is super clean and sterile. If I need treatment where I need to be numb he is brilliant. I have not once had any pain. This is the most important part for me. He explains what he is doing and why, shows you the X-rays and photos and explains everything. I would highly recommend this dentist.
