Negative experience: Highly unsatisfied. Selected the best package costing 1050 with VAT that promised pain free teeth whitening + cleaning. It was highly painful my teeth still feel sensitive AF and waves of sharp pain are killing me. the promise of 5-7 shades lighter, it’s not even half a shade lighter. On top of that I was given a bunch of reasons as to why I didn’t see results by Ms Famshia or smth which should’ve been addressed way before starting the procedure. However the assistant nurse Abdul was very nice and gentle and tried his best to help n comfort me during the process since I kinda was squirming cus of the sensitivity and discomfort throughout the procedure. So kudos to him. Anyway 1050 down the drain. Choose ur clinic wisely. Cheers The one with wet hair is before picture. And white top after

Negative experience: Unfortunately, our experience with Dr. Mona Foroutan was very disappointing. Her attitude was unprofessional and disrespectful from the beginning. She came across as rude and dismissive, making us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome — as if we were there to beg for a favor rather than inquire about a service. Due to her poor attitude and lack of basic courtesy, we decided not to proceed with the offer. It's a shame, as we were genuinely interested, but her behavior completely changed our mind. Basic respect and professionalism should never be optional, especially in this field.

Negative experience: We had our session today with Dr Noor, she was trying her best to be fast and furious, she doesn’t want the patient to get full benefit, I kept telling her not to rub strong and to do it slowly. In this clinic they just want them to finish their package sessions quick, if you are looking for 30 secs prp where dr just inject ur scalp and it goes leaking and she doesn’t even massage it after to make sure you get the benefit. Even the Philippino receptionist was so rude when I told her to tell the Dr what went wrong she ignored and gave me a blank face, I told her her that the Dr was injecting painfully and too fast rushing. I don’t recommend it’s a scam for them to make people pay for packages and leave. Once you pay they do it very randomly and fast.

Fantastic experience: I have had multiple PRP treatments for my hair, with Dr. Mona. She is an extremely qualified, professional and personable doctor. She answers all my questions and explains procedures thoroughly. I trust her 100% with my treatments and have had great success and result from it.

Negative experience: Disappointing Experience – Not Worth It My sister went for a Pico laser offer but left totally disappointed. The doctor gave no proper explanation, didn’t say which areas she’d treat, and when she asked about under-eye, she said no. Then she claimed Pico only works with Dermapen, clearly trying to upsell. she said she only want Pico, and the receptionist took full payment upfront. She didn’t apply any gel or prep—just started immediately. The session was over in 5 minutes. She felt only one tiny pinch, no real sensation, no redness, and no visible results. The laser might’ve been on, but it clearly wasn’t done right. Unprofessional and a waste of money. Not recommended.

I would like to commend your team for their professionalism, and I especially appreciated the clear communication and the quality of the carbon peel laser treatment, which I found to be satisfactory. However, I was somewhat disappointed with the HydraFacial portion of the service. It appeared to be a shortened or “mini” version, which was not communicated beforehand. As a result, it did not meet the expectations typically associated with a full HydraFacial treatment. I believe greater clarity around the specific components included in promotional packages would help ensure a more transparent and satisfactory experience for clients.
