Fantastic experience: Its my first time in this clinic, and I want to commend the whole staff as they were all very nice and friendly. I’ve been to a lot of big hospitals, and not have much confidence in small clinics. However, their process and waiting time I must say was much more convenient than the hospitals I’ve been to. We tried this clinic as they have an orthopedic doctor, and I must say that Dr. Anand is one of the best doctor I have met in my 11 years in UAE. The consultation with him was very insightful. This would definitely be our preferred clinic specially for ortho. Kudos to the whole staff! Keep it up please. ☺️

Fantastic experience: Apollo clinic Karama is always a relief. I have been visiting Apollo clinic since 2008 for my thyroid and any small seasonal flu and I get the best relief. The doctors understand very well the best solution for the patients. Recently had a small facial cyst and Dr naved ansari the general surgeon was so mindful understanding that it’s on face and very careful not to cause any permanent scar on face. I am still continuing the treatment and I am hopeful Dr will find a best treatment to have a scar free face.

Fantastic experience: Apollo has really good Clinic in AL Karama, even nursing staff's are very good. I Know Genral Practioner Dr Lal David since many years as i go there for any general sickness. 2. I prefer Dentist Dr Rahat Shaikh very much good experience and friendly. 3. Orthopedics I prefer Dr Mukthar Ali very kind and friendly also has good knowledge of the study and also explains us in detail about our medical problems. These are the Doctors i have been met in Apollo but there must be also others good in their specility .. thank you

Negative experience: I visited last week for a blood test, but I was never informed about my results. I called twice to follow up, but there was no response from your side. Additionally, when I tried to collect my prescription, the nurses told me to get it from the reception. However, the receptionist said the nurses hadn’t sent it and asked me to go back and check with them again. This lack of coordination and communication is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I hope you can improve your service and streamline your processes for better patient care.

Fantastic experience: Dr Lal David , ( Medical Director , General Physician and Diabitician ) of this clinic , has been our family physician since many many years . He is a very competent and one of the best physicians , I have come across . Dr Lal David is really very good, starting from General Practice to any level of Diabetes complexities . Recently I consulted Dr Lal for monitoring the my Glucose levels with CGM . He really helped very well fixing the CGM & analyzed the data . After that , he adjusted my medicine & helped me with suggestions on the diet plan . With this , my sugar levels are very much in control . I would definitely recommend Dr Lal for any diabetes related consulting .

Positive experience: I have been going to New Apollo polyclinic in Karama Centre for the last 12 years and it was always a nice experience and that is the reason i prefer to go there other than other clinics around the area, and it has improvised alot. Yesterday I walked in without appointment, yet it was smooth and I dint have to wait much. I had done some tests and today i received a call and was informed that my report was sent to my email. My Dr. Uma Maheswari is very good and treats me well and always wears a smile. The other staff were good too.

Negative experience: I went there for fever and flue. Have issue high blood pressure also. Meet dctr lal He give me medicine , not asking me properly what is my health problems. I saw he searching google and writing that medicine for me. That medicin i use three days i was not feel well , after that i check in google and i ask another about this medicin then i know doctor written medicine not allowed to use for high blood pressure patient. I think He dont know anything. I think he is not original certified doctor Then i go aster clinic they giving me proper medicine. Now i am ok. Those who fear for their lives should not see Dr. Lal

Positive experience: I recently visited your clinic twice and had the pleasure of being attended to by Dr. Uma Maheswari and Dr. Lal David. They were both very friendly and professional, and I appreciate the care they provided. However, I would like to bring to your attention a concern regarding the current system in place. There is no token system, which makes it difficult for patients to know when their turn will come. When I inquired with the nurses, the response was always, "We will call you," but no specific information was given. This lack of clarity can lead to unnecessary waiting and frustration. I kindly suggest implementing a token system to help manage patient flow more efficiently. This would not only save time but also reduce unnecessary interactions and improve the overall patient experience.

Fantastic experience: It took me some time , but now since I can finally write about it , usually we don’t appreciate our doctors , the time and effort and energy they bring in to the clinic / hospital each day and every patient they meet with. Dr. Rosen Kattukaran was my 2nd gynaecologist . I met in Dubai, because the first doctor of mine ended up not meeting our expectations. When I had met Dr. Rosen I had concerns with my health and doctor was very attentive about my condition and made sure I did regular follow ups and I ended up being diagnosed at a very early stage that avoided severe complication's to me. I will forever be grateful and indebted to my Dr. for being there and supporting us at one of my lowest point. Dr. even went all the way out to wait for us ,call us up ,checked on us when we were referred to the hospital and Diagnostic centre ,checking in with the Radiologist, please don’t give it a 2nd thought you can choose Dr. Rosen anytime as your gynaecologist if your insurance covers this clinic you will be in safe hands.

Fantastic experience: Myself and my family members are happy about well experienced Doctors and we have long time relationship and nurses also cooperative. But your busy give some preference for the permanent visiting patients.

Negative experience: Not a very good experience this time with Apollo Polyclinic. Wanted to meet the eye doctor without any nurse in her station. After 30 minutes of waiting, was asked to do BP check by the Doctor which again took another 15 minutes. Then wanted to meet the Ortho, the Doctor was too slow and so his assistant and it was utter chaos. Waited for the insurance for more than 30 minutes as the clinic used my old insurance instead of the new one. Then when went to the Pharmacy below, they did the same thing and was unable to get the drugs after a wait of 30 minutes, the pharmacist advised me to go to Aster or Life, which I did and thank fully Aster showed their professionalism in getting my issue sorted out. Landed at 11.15 at the clinic and when i left the clinic, it was 2.30 pm. One can imagine, what it could be.

Fantastic experience: I have consulted Dr. Mukhthar Mohamed Ali, and he is a fabulous doctor. He is so energetic and positive. I had a pain on my left hip, and was not able to walk. He advice me to take rest. When I went for the follow up, he have asked me to do movement. I feel far better than the first day. Thank you so much.
