Negative experience: I had a disappointing experience at Aljarf Medical Center. Despite Dr. Arshia G.Dr confirming that my wife was unwell and needed rest, she refused to issue a sick leave unless she first paid AED 100 for medication to the center . It felt less like a medical judgment and more like a commercial condition — pay to get the sick leave. This approach is unprofessional and concerning, especially when a patient's health is at stake.

When I first came to her, I was in unbearable pain—my left-side sciatic nerve was affected, I have three disc bulges, and my body was bent at a 60-degree angle. Sitting, standing, and walking were nearly impossible, and I had to rely on a walking stick and others for support. Now, after just eight sessions under her expert care, I can confidently walk, stand, and sit without any assistance. Her dedication, knowledge, and skill in physiotherapy are truly remarkable. Positive experience: Staff is very helpful, polite and friendly. Place is spacious and comfy. Doctor is good but just a small note, he prescribed me a medication that's now banned by the MOH according to a number of pharmacies that I visited (nizoral oral tablet blister pack 10's ketoconazole 200g). Sadly doctors don't speak Arabic, I'd very much appreciate if more Arab doctors were available.

Negative experience: Bad experience. I call before coming to ur medical center in al jurf to confirm if pediatrician is available and the guy confirmed doctor is available. After 20mins i reach the center. And they said no available doctor. So i decided to just go with the GP atleast to check my 2yo daughter with high fever. Ive waited for 45mins. then they are having discussions ive over heard "like why the guy told there is available pediatrician and the gp dont want or dont need to check my daughter because ive already speak with the pediatrician over the phone". Is it enough? I am very disappointed. I went out and told them if the gp dont want to check my daughter i will go. And they are telling me to come back in the evening?? Do i look like willing to wait evening time with a kid with high fever?? After few minutes they are calling me the GP will check up my daughter?? Why not check up when im there and waiting. They will check up my daughter because im upset?? This the worst expirience.

Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience with this medical centre. The doctor was extremely rude and dismissive when I requested a medical leave for the following day due to needing to drive to Dubai for work and still feeling unwell tonight. The response I received was, "I don’t care wherever it is you are working, but I will not put it in my neck." This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. To make matters worse, I was prescribed medication that I am allergic to, despite it being clearly noted in my previous records. This is not only careless but also potentially dangerous. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone seeking compassionate and competent medical care.
