Negative experience: Horrible experience I came in for a full face laser treatment, something I’ve done before without any issues. But this time, I left with part of my face AND hairline visibly burnt. I noticed it immediately and brought it to the nurse’s attention. Instead of acknowledging the damage, she completely dismissed my concern — laughed in my face — and acted like I was imagining it. No apology, no accountability. When I went to the reception for help, the staff literally stared at me blankly, like no one had any clue what to do or who was in charge. They offered zero assistance or reassurance, as if this kind of incident was just a normal part of their day. This clinic is unprofessional, careless, and clearly lacks basic customer care or safety standards..

Negative experience: Very disappointing experience and I absolutely do not recommend this. The laser session was extremely weak with no visible results — it felt like a complete waste of time and money. On top of that, the services are overpriced for the poor quality provided. I will never return to this clinic.

Highly recommended especially Maricel who took care of my skin making sure I’m comfortable the whole extraction of my breakouts. She’s very knowledgeable and explain every step she does and whatever she put on my face. Because of her, I just booked my 3rd appointment next month and will definitely come back every month. Negative experience: We have bought products from boots pharmacy worth 2500 AED and we got a voucher at this useless place. We booked an appointment to try this clinic as it was recommended by the pharmacy itself. We came 10 mins prior and we have waited for another 35 mins and still nobody called us to start the session and i left. All this because it was a free gift. I wanted to say to this useless clinic , you can simply reject the vouchers and reject this kind of offer or deal with the pharmacies. As for me you are only a materialistic clinic and since you don’t care about your reputation i am sure this comment will mean nothing to you. Anyhow, i am writing this to show the people who are thinking of coming to you to think twice.
