Negative experience: “Amazing” service. Upon arrival to reception, after waiting for a good 10 mins i been advised that the doctor just left because you, madame, is late. Unbelievable!! So good i didnt go to this clinic if they run so fast from their work space means their qualifications if questionable. Never again!

Negative experience: Waste of time. Medication given at first visit doesn’t work well then when you go back for follow up doctor enforces to do blood test doesn’t seems to be a valid reason to get the medicines changed. Please treat us well rather making us run for getting the right medicines and right treatment. Very Disappointed with the way treatment is given. I wish I could give a negative star but there are limitations to post a comment.

Not only she has taken great care of my 3 year old's health issues from time to time, but also she is lovely to speak with at every appointment. Negative experience: I would highly suggest staying away from the orthopedics at aster if you are going through a serious injury or recovery as they do not have the correct license to administer controlled or prescribed medication, they can only give you “over the counter medicine” which you can go to the pharmacy and get yourself with a pharmacists advice. Save your money and avoid. I have just had a help line provider confirm this to me and have experienced this myself with their drs.

Negative experience: The Dentist Dr Dipti was unprofessional. I went for a visit and she suggested an emergency root canal, when I said I do not want to go for it she became defensive. When I was asking about specific medication (why this not that- just for clarification) she said are you the doctor or I am- leaving me feeling disrespected as a patient. Very bad experience and this is the first time I write a review because it was really something unacceptable- not recommended

Fantastic experience: As a family we would like to appreciate and thank "Doctor Neha Bhardwaj" who primarily works from Sports City Aster Clinic. She has been pretty skillful in her diagnose and than providing a long term stable solution for the hairfall problem which is very common in this part of the world. Last couple of quarters my two young children were facing hair fall related issues due to harsh gulf weather and other Generation Z :-) related fast pace life factors. We contacted many doctors/clinic across UAE but finally found comfort in stabilizing, curing and re-growth of healthily hair with Doctor Neha Bhardwaj's treatment. Seeing the results with my kids, I also joined to get diagnosed few weeks back for the hair related issues and to my surprise in the last 2.5 months of treatment i already started observing positive results. Incase you or anyone in your family is suffering from the similar issue than would highly highly recommend to consult Doctor Neha Bhardwaj !!!

Positive experience: For patients aster hospitals and clinics are one as a medical facility regardless of the organization structure aster has internally. You should not charge a registration charge ro the patients who has visited to any or your facility esrlier.

Negative experience: Aster Clinic has a good reputation, and while the doctors here are helpful, my recent experience left me disappointed. The support staff seemed undertrained, and it took an entire day to deliver my medication. Despite multiple follow-up calls to both Aster and the clinic, I ended up having to visit a different clinic for treatment. To top it off, the pharmacy called me at midnight, asking when they could deliver the medicine. It felt like I was waiting for an Amazon package, not something that required urgent attention.

Negative experience: I recently visited Aster clinic in Sports City and had a mixed experience. Dr. Rahman, who attended to me, was knowledgeable and provided good care. However, I was disappointed with the rest of the team at the clinic. It was extremely difficult to reach out to them and get any sort of response. I had to call customer care multiple times just to get a call back from the clinic. I was coordinating with them regarding insurance coverage and was shocked to find out that they had not provided relevant or complete information to my insurance provider. This led to my charges being declined, despite being told initially that the procedure was covered. On the contrary, I have visited another Aster clinic in Dubailand few months ago and had a fantastic experience there. I had assumed that the same level of service would be provided at all Aster clinics, but unfortunately, that was not the case at the Sports City clinic. I hope they take steps to improve their communication and customer service in the future.

Fantastic experience: I had been in Aster Clinic, Sports City for a procedure wrt hair treatment. Dr. Neha Bhardwaj was my doctor assisted by Neethu. As pleasant personality the doctor is, the way of treatment was also same. There was this question of "are you okay" throughout the procedure which itself shows the care given to the patient. Both were there for reassurance everytime there is a change in my expression while micro needling. Highly recommend for dermatology. Doc is a member of Indian Association of Dermatologist which shows.

Fantastic experience: I did a small intervention at this Clinic with Dra. Neha Bhardwaj to remove an angioma and I was treated very well, it all went super smooth and quick. Negative experience: This is not a complaint,but for you to do better next time,especially for Sports City Nurses, yes you get busy but it's not enough reason to refuse and do the basic at least 3 minutes of your time in taking the blood pressure of a patient . Negative experience: Doctors are good here but do take second opinion if it's something serious and/or prolonged. But nurses here don't know how to prick the nerve correctly. Whenever they prick the nerve either they will puncture the nerve completely or they will puncture in such a way that it will pain for 2-3 days. This has happened with me for around 5-6 times and with my wife around 3 times now. Reception staff is good.

Fantastic experience: Had horrendously bad infection and my ankles had all swollen up from mosquito bites. Pain was so sore I woke up hobbling about. The bites were 5 days old, and just hadn’t cleared up on my ankles. I had got really badly bitten going to the football vane late at night. Dr was very helpful. Got me prescription for strong antihistamine tablets, antibiotics, hydrocortisone cream and antibacterial cream.
Fantastic experience: I started to get treated by Dr. Dipti Dilip Rane, for some work on the teeth, two days ago she removed the wisdom tooth ( placed critically) in an excellent way, without having swelling and pain. excellent skills, highly recommended.

Negative experience: My sister was very un well when we arrived, we were suspecting if she is diabetic. They did some blood work and said we should wait 24 hours for the results. They just sent a link assuming I would read it myself!! I have been calling them for the past week for the doctor to call me back, yet no one cared to call. And when they finally decided to call back they said “doctor is on leave”!!! How un professional and how carless!! Never, in my 15 years living in Dubai, encountered such horrible service in such a matter.

Negative experience: Extremely disappointed by Dr Priti Mishra and her lack of professionalism - who lied while submitting claim to insurance to get my maid’s visit approved. Because of this, Insurance blocked my maid s coverage for gynecology. While speaking to Dr Priti Mishra, she confirmed multiple times that she will clarify the miscommunication to the insurance - instead we got to see her email exchanges with the Insurance stating the contrary. Yet she does not mind to lie in our faces. Medical report should never be overstated by professionals nor false diagnosis outlined to circumvent insurance. Obviously admitting this mistake could cost her her job given the severity. This lack of professionalism made us all question her ethic in practicing. If Aster does not take any actions we will make sure that DHA is aware of this malpractice.
