Fantastic experience: Hello , Just wanted to share my experience. I did PRK eye surgery with Dr. Tamer — Alhamdulillah the surgery went well and my vision is getting better every day. Before that, I did many checkups inside and outside the country, and everyone told me it’s not possible because of my thin cornea. Negative experience: 4yrs post lasik. I have double vision, dry eyes and discomfort driving at night. Acuity is 6/6 but people with big pupils or high prescription will get the same issues as I did. Lots of people weren’t lucky and went back to bad vision plus the complications. The only potential thing that may help me is having custom made lenses for my eyes that cost 5000AED. Every time I go there they make me sound like I’m the only one that has these symptoms. Stay safe everyone

Negative experience: The worst appointments service ever!!!! I had a facial appointment today at 11:00 which I confirmed twice, they called me when i was 3 minutes away to come after 1 hour because they let a patient in on my appointment time!!! And they were so careless about it!! I drove for 30 minutes for nothing! So unprofessional and very bad service and the call centre lady is rude !!!

Negative experience: The only good thing about this clinic is Dr Tamer. He’s a very experienced doctor, he will help you calm down and not feel nervous during the procedure. I had my lasik done on 12/9/2024, they informed me that they’ll schedule a one month post lasik follow up appointment but no one called me till now, it’s the 15th of October! They need to work on their appointment system because there’s no way you’ll see the doctor on time. I spent a minimum of 1.5-2 hours every time I visited.

Negative experience: My son and my sister had appointment at 3pm and 3:30pm we were waiting to call us until 3:30pm and they called my sister first although my sons appointment was before her. The timmings are very very very bad

Fantastic experience: I did my lasik procedure with Dr. Tamer last Thursday and the way he deals with his patients is extraordinary, even if you are initially scared about the procedure he’s gonna make sure you’re way less scared. One of the best doctors I have ever dealt with.

Negative experience: It’s fine to be late for an appointment everytime at the clinic what was worse is the way the doctor reacted with me! He was inpatient and asked me what’s the problem if I’m late. I told him it’s fine but I need to know to reschedule as I have other appointment! Nothing personal! But his voice was loud and even during examination really not professional. Even my young son told me that’s not how a doctor should treat their patients and he’s right. I don’t think I’ll ever go back to this clinic again. Attitude of doctor is also important regardless how good they might be.

Positive experience: I will be doing my lasik here, but second guessing now only because of the rudeness of the receptionist!

Positive experience: Update: Thanks to Mrs Chaymae, she was really helpful, and humble, she followed up with me until the moment I got my lenses, Previous: I ordered my scleral contact lenses after my previous ones broke, knowing that my vision is very bad without them and I can't drive or do anything properly. They said it would take a maximum of 3 to 4 weeks. It has now been 7 weeks, and I am still waiting.

I'm so thankful for the treatment and the incredible doctors who looked after me! Dr. Tamer was exceptional, completing everything in just 10 minutes and handling everything with such care, treating me like one of his own daughters! Fantastic experience: Amazing 5 star experience, very clean clinic, careful nurses and doctors who do their best to make sure all the tests are done accurately. Personally, Everything related to eye procedures are extremely terrifying but the friendliness of the staff especially Mrs.Omnia and the doctor performing the operation Dr.Tamer made it much calmer and smoother. The whole operation took 20 minutes The whole idea would have been so terrifying and traumatizing for me,but the doctor made it seem like a small chit chat to calm my nerves, also the operation room was highly clean and what was even more surprisingly great is the fact that there was relaxing music in the playground. The doctors following up after were very supportive in listening to all the requests and questions Overall the experience was very comfortable and Luxurious, I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to have a wholesome, safe and comfortable procedure !

Fantastic experience: Posting this 12 years after my lasik eye surgery with Dr. Tamer in Abu Dhabi because my sight is still 20/20 and it’s one of the best things I’ve ever done for myself. I was a terrified 26 year old with terrible eye sight and he put me at ease, took his time explaining the procedure and booked me in. The day went smoothly and the surgery only took 15 mins. His staff was so pleasant and accommodating. My sight was wobbly for the first 3 days and I was driving on day 4. Highly recommend and I tell everyone about him!! Thank you Dr. Tamer!!

Negative experience: We are looking long time for lasik while we are driving and we see this place we take u-turn because we want to know details for lasik but sadly when we come inside the reception same like she didn't see us she don't care and we try to wait because she's busy talking to the phone but there is another people coming from up she automatically drop the call and talk to them maybe because we just wearing and looking like nothing. I hope you will treat same equal whatever what they look. We dint ask anything we just leave and very disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Dr Tamer is without doubt the most talented eye doctor with incredible manner who calms and explains everything you need. Cannot recommend enough. (And I researched and visited almost every eye clinic in dubai before finding him).

Negative experience: They advertised an offer with misleading information. When I inquired about the offer they said it’s valid but when I asked for more information it did not include all the things advertised. When I inquired they responded after one day saying the offer didn’t include the things specified in the advert and the offer is no longer valid. Another misleading advertisement and poor customer service which should not be acceptable from any medical facility.

Negative experience: I did the lasik surgery last Thursday and was given eye drops to take for a week onwards, its Tuesday now and I'm running out of the drops and I live in Abu Dhabi. I have been contacting them the past two days for a prescription for the eye drops but they keep delaying it and my eyes keep getting dryer and dryer. When I call them they say the the nurses will send me a prescription immediately but it has been two days and no one is sending it. If I knew the clinic would be this difficult to deal with I would have never done lasik here. Update: they told me they cang give me the prescription at all because the drops might be different. They have wasted so much of my time I don't reckoned anyone to come here please don't. They will complicate minimal tasks and not treat you well after you pay for the procedure.

Fantastic experience: I wanted to correct my vision for a long time, and chose the Spanish Center after seeing all the raving reviews. I was hesitant at first, but after consulting with two of their doctors and Dr Tamer twice decided to do the Femto Smile. The procedure went great and one day later I already have perfect vision with zero problems. I wanted to also highlight that Dr Tamer was very calming and reassuring during the whole procedure and helped a lot with my anxiety of doing it. Thank you very much!

I used to do fillers in other places , but I can tell that Dr Hala is extremely professional and talented, her hands should be wrapped in silk . She is very talented. She is a bit expensive but worth every dirham. Highly recommended

Negative experience: Complete disregard of customers time. You book an appointment for 10:30 and you end up waiting more than an hour to see a doctor. And that wasn’t an one-time thing, for the past 6 months I’ve been coming here at least once a month and there were times I had to wait two hours past my appointment time. How about not overbooking the clinics schedule? Some of your customers have to either skip lunch or get out of the office during working hours and it is really not okay to operate like this.

Negative experience: Very terrible receptionists. I wanted to do lazik eye surgery and after doing the initial eye test they tell us all the doctors for lazik are all off on holidays until the coming week. Very disrespectful that they didn’t tell me when I FIRST came to them

Negative experience: Attention people: I don’t know if we’re the unlucky ones but my wife did LASIK with them 2 years ago and sometimes wakes up in the middle of the night with burning/painful sensation in one eye. Her eye sight isn’t fully corrected either!

Fantastic experience: I had my laser PRK surgery done here two weeks ago. Both Dr Ellie and Dr Tamer are good people and good doctors. They listen and are humble. My eyes are still recovering and my vision is already better. Five of my family members are now considering the surgery here. UPDATE: It is now almost 4 weeks after my PRK surgery, and my vision is perfect. They did a good job. My left eye took a little longer to heal, but is now as perfect as my right eye.
