Negative experience: While previously I wrote that the service for my premium check up was good. This remains true as hospitals always want to get the most out of insurance companies. However, the follow up on remaining test and appointments has been horrific. Appointments getting cancelled without a phone call, no one calling you back to book tests or appointments. Zero care or follow through. Really disappointed and the hospitals and teams don’t speak to each other and no one ever answers a phone.

Negative experience: Even with appointment waited for almost an hour just to get to know another patient is going in before me. Had to leave as I was on break from work and had to rush back. Very disappointed.

Negative experience: Extremely disappointed with the service. I booked a specific appointment time and drove all the way to the clinic, only to be left sitting in the reception for over 20 minutes without any explanation or update. If you can’t honor scheduled appointments, don’t offer them. This is a medical facility, not a walk-in salon. Completely unprofessional and a waste of my time. I expected far better from a place with “King’s College” in the name.

Negative experience: Very bad service!..I waited for 45 min and still unable to see the doctor even though I have an appointment. My appointment was supposed with Dr Fatima AlOgaili but they just simply transferred to another Dr without my consent. I just wasted my time waiting for Dr. Reshma Naik. The Nurse told me that the Dr Reshma is still busy with another patient, so who am I to them...not a patient?

Fantastic experience: Norlito coordinated very well during our health check up and he did an efficient and superb job, all the way from arranging appointments to completing tests and consultation and arranging follow up.

Negative experience: I did a comprehensive health check-up over two weeks ago, and I still haven’t received my results. Before the check-up, the hospital team kept following up with me just to get some sales and push me to start the process. But once it was done, there was no follow-up or care. I’ve tried several times to get my results but eventually gave up. I’m very disappointed, especially since I can’t repeat the check-up elsewhere due to insurance limitations. To be fair, the staff were kind during my visit, and I was happy with the experience at the time, but in the end, no results.

Fantastic experience: We visited Dr. Sadeem Bashiti for the first time today for a general check-up for our baby girl, and we had such a great experience. She’s incredibly kind, gentle, and made us feel very comfortable right away. She also did an ear piercing for our baby, and it went perfectly!! so quick and smooth that our baby didn’t even cry! Highly recommend her to any parents looking for a caring and professional pediatrician.

Negative experience: Very poor service, they have never let the patient in unless we wait for 15-25 minutes at least sometimes 40 minutes and we complained about that, now I'm late due to the traffic for 15 minutes and they didn't accept it !!!! You only can do that if you accommodate your patient also on time !!! Really very poor and disrespectful!!!

Negative experience: Terrible customer support. They rescheduled my appointment and I called 3 times and been emailing them with no updates whatsoever. Honestly, one of the worst customer service and I don’t recommend to those who would be relying on them for certain medical cases that can’t be delayed; otherwise, better to have direct contact with their Doctors to avoid passing through their weak customer service team.

Fantastic experience: Nurse prafulla was exceptional today guiding me through the breathing test. Highly professional.

Negative experience: I did an expensive executive health check package but had to literally chase doctors and staff on my results and appointments. No follow up, no proper calls. The service part is completely missing. Staff need to be properly trained on how to work with patients. It’s a premium clinic but service is like some basic cheap institution.

Fantastic experience: Great experience with this hospital. Was my first time and actually pleasantly surprised. My dentist was Dr. Anushay and I was honestly impressed with her professionalism and efficiency. I would highly recommend her as she everything so smooth and painless while still being methodical.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Nighat Aftab is a super doctor - competent, great communicator, very understanding and a good sense of humour. I highly recommend her and her assistant, going to them for a check-up is like holiday.

Fantastic experience: I often visit Dr Jose Carlos a Cardiologist at Kings College Hospital he is an amazing doctor and the nurses there are very kind especially Kristal and Rowena.

Negative experience: Wooridul spine center reception never follows up on MRI or physiotherapy insurance authorisation. You have to call them multiple times and remind them their work. When a patient is in pain, the fact that they can not get a quick treatment due to laziness / forgetful behavior of reception staff, is unacceptable. They are also never reachable through phone, their line is always busy - potentially something they do it on purpose. I do not know how to get this sorted. Doctor advises for a mri and asks me to book a follow up session. I booked the follow up session in a week, but nobody takes care of my MRI authorizarion and booking in the meanwhile. Now since i can not get the MRI in between. I will have to change the appointment which in return I have to pay again. In the meantime i am left untreated with pain.

Negative experience: If you can choose another place, do it. These are the worst services I had in my life. You buy the package but don't receive service, which is unacceptable! Waiting time is annoying, too long, and the funiest thing is that it wasn't super busy. I came at 10.00 and did three simple tests (blood, x-ray, etc.). It took 2.30 hours, and I didn't receive two more tests without properly explaining the reasons. They proposed to book for another day services I didn't receive today((( but I book everything in advance and wanted to finish all in one day! What waste of time and money((( of course the “services” is not cheap and cannot be deducted from package even hospital can’t provide them on time.

My GP had left Dubai after years of me being with him and I couldn’t find anyone who I clicked with until Dr. Zarah. Negative experience: My family and I did full body check ups at Kings Hospital Jumeirah. A lady called Ankita at the reception assisted us. She didn’t display any professionalism during our visit. Kept saying “have a seat” at every step and made us wait longer than expected. After every test was done we had to ask for any assistance rather she came to us. It’s been over a week I have not received call from Dr. Sumaiyya about mammogram and other tests which was recommended. We emailed to customer service no reply so far. Extremely frustrating & very unpleasant experience. I expect a call from a senior manager on this matter.

Negative experience: I have been called by the hospital multiple times to confirm my appointment and kept confirming until they cancelled it only 2 hours before I go there. Not a professional approach, definitely not what you will experience with Kings College in London.

Negative experience: Really poor customer service- they made a mistake with a prescription with Dr Nittin, allergy specialist, I have tried to amend it for 20 days, calling more than 10 days, for each of them had to explain again and again, they would tell me sth different each time. I’m just giving up and going for a different hospital able to at least take track of customers queries

Fantastic experience: Always had the best experience in this clinic, always everyone is very polite and nice, but last time it was difficult to reschedule my appointment, the information was not forwarded to the relative department in a right time and on the day of appointment I was surprised to get the reminder message for the appointment which I could not attend because I was out of the country and informed in advance by calling relative number… Also staff with who I was speaking over the phone recently seamed annoyed, not like before( I hope it is just a temporary thing and I wish for opportunity to reschedule appointment online by link. Negative experience: My review is just about Dr. Reshma (dentist). Today both me and my partner had teeth cleaning done by her. WORST experience we both ever had. The procedure was badly done causing both of us a lot of pain! 6h after we still have occasional bleeding, our gums are sore and we are still in pain. After a teeth cleaning!!! That we had done approx 25 times each before today’s visit! I have never experienced this much bleeding, soreness and pain after a simple cleaning! Once again - Worst. Experience. Ever.

Negative experience: I'm really frustrated with the nursing team at the clinic! This is my second visit, and it takes forever for them to call my kids in for a check-up, which delays my entry to see the doctor. It's not even like the hospital is busy or overcrowded! When you come to Kings, you expect top-notch service, but it just seems to get worse every time!

Fantastic experience: Kings has always been our go-to hospital despite it being a long drive from where we live. Recently, my husband underwent surgery with Dr. Murtaza and it went well as expected. We always have pleasant encounters with Dr. Murtaza. He has always been patient in answering our questions. His nurse, Precious, is also very helpful and efficient. Communicating with her is easy and it’s evident she’s good at what she does. During my husband’s surgery, we also had the pleasure of meeting Nurse Shiela who has been very caring and effective in looking after her patients. She knows what she’s doing and her bedside manner is exemplary. We’re lucky to have her because not all nurses are as gentle as her. You can see that she’s really all for the patient’s well being. Nothing is rushed, she’s always willing to help. Nurse John was also yet another helpful Nurse. All three nurses are from the Philippines. They are the best.

Positive experience: Good facility and staff . The overall experience should be improved, for example insurance approval not managed well , follow up appointment after a procedure is considered a new appointment and the website chatbot has limited options and no real agent . For this hospital name it’s not good enough

Negative experience: The lack of care and professionalism has actually been nothing but absolute disappointment and sadness. I’m a very patient person and it takes a lot to get to me. It’s been 2 weeks of struggle with these guys. Being able to communicate updates & coordinate internally is a hygiene expectation from a hospital. How am I meant to take you seriously or trust you if you’re not delivering on that as an establishment. If you care about your wellbeing pls go elsewhere

Fantastic experience: Incredible hospital and staff! Especially Dr Murtaza Najmi and his nurse Precious Gatmaitan from the ENT department; they are an incredible team! Dr Murtaza always takes time to explain the problem and treatment to me very throughly in the easiest terms. He is very knowledgeable and reliable! Such a trust worthy ENT! I can never go to anyone else, to the point that I am bringing all my friends and family to him! I highly recommend him, he sets such high expectations for any other doctor I go to!!!

Fantastic experience: My husband and I recently attended a hypnobirthing course at Kings Hospital led by the exceptional midwife, Maddie. Her deep passion for her work shone through in every session, making the course truly outstanding. Maddie is incredibly knowledgeable and provided invaluable information, from safely fitting a baby in a car seat to breastfeeding tips, formula storage, and preparing for birth with breathing techniques and meditations. She thoroughly explained the physiology of birth, ensuring we knew exactly what to expect at every stage of labor. Maddie also guided us through creating a birth plan and preparing for all possibilities, including the role of the birth partner. My husband, who usually finds long sessions challenging, was completely engaged throughout the four sessions thanks to Maddie's engaging and informative style. Her expertise and enthusiasm made this course an unforgettable and essential experience for us. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Went for a cardio test with well expert Dr Layla for check up . I was welcomed with an amazing staff from Amir Ali at the reception to the very helpful and respectful nurses Rowena, Prerna, and Shana. Everything went well and fast. Would definitely recommend Dr Layla and the staff if a cardiologist visit is needed

Fantastic experience: I thank Dr Layla , the Cardioligist and her Nurse Prerna for the great assistant , follow up and staying 2 hours after working hours after getting approval for CT scan for the heart and follow up closely with insurance and radiology and monitor the process including the request and approval for heart halter As well . The Close follow up from the nurse Prerna with different department to complete and ease the urgent requirement is remarkable . My best wishes for their effort and assistant and dedication to make me leave and remember their kind care and interest . Ahmad Yaqoub .

Fantastic experience: World class doctors, professional & polite staffs. Well maintained facility. Free Valet parking service. Also there is a Pharmacy inside the clinic. This is the best place for any kind of treatment. Although their main Hospital is located in Dubai Hills area, but this clinic also well equipped with most of the services. Thank you KCH Team.

Fantastic experience: I had colonoscopy today. Everything went smooth professional and to my satisfaction. I was under the responsibility of Nurse Liji Frances. She was friendly, professional, efficient and assuring. She saw me through from beginning to end flawlessly. I am very grateful for her and for Gastroenterology consultan Dr Lisa Sharkly for her all round super clinical care.

Negative experience: I had a teeth cleaning appointment and arrived 5 minutes before my appointment. After an hour I was finally able to see the doctor who thought I arrived an hour late because the receptionists didn’t tell her I had arrived until after I’ve been waiting for 45 minutes. The doctor had to rush my teeth cleaning because she had another patient waiting and not only did it hurt, she removed my filling and did not replace it. This is the second time I’ve had issues with King’s Hospital. Always a bad experience.

Negative experience: I had a terrible experience at this hospital. Despite arriving well before my scheduled appointment, I was made to wait over an hour. To make matters worse, the reception staff were unhelpful and had a poor attitude. This level of inefficiency and lack of respect for patients' time is unacceptable. I expected much better service and professionalism.

Exceptional care and compassion from the entire team. They discussed details and information in a way that I could easily understand the cause of my medical concern.
