Negative experience: This clinic is really disappointing. I’ve had my braces adjusted several times, but nothing has changed with my teeth. I didn’t even feel any tightness during the adjustment. Which is probably why there was no improvement things just got worse. My husband’s time and money were completely wasted. Honestly, it’s really disappointing. Don’t bother coming to this clinic, look for another one that’s more competent. ✌ it’s really different other clinic, there they’re more professional and truly skilled. But here it doesn’t even feel like they’re professional.

Negative experience: I went for laser on 1st July for my beard. She draw lines as i requested but today after 9 days I saw the results it’s not what i requested. it’s zigzag line on my cheek not even straight. I have done 5 section here so far last 4 sections she was unable to fix my neck line until now & then she didn’t fix my right side cheek line. I stopped coming & shaved for 2 month to grow back my hairs. This July I went back & I told her follow the same neck line which I have & straight lines on cheeks L shape but she was unable to perform what i requested. I have attached the picture also. I was satisfied with the dentist she did a great a job definitely coming back dental but I want my beard to be fixed of refund my payment.

Positive experience: I was honestly very frustrated as I had to wait for almost an hour despite having a booked appointment, and there was also some confusion regarding my last session. I was about to completely lose my patience, but I truly appreciate how Shirlie (I hope I got her name right…assuming she’s the manager or supervisor) stepped in. She handled the situation so well — she didn’t take sides and tried to be right but she listened and offered a straight forward solution. That kind of professionalism really stood out. She’s really an asset and someone Queen’s should really keep. Although, I do hope they invest more in training their reception/booking team. It’s one of the most crucial touchpoints for any customer. They were actually really nice on the phone, but I’m not sure what went wrong when I arrived. Despite the rough start, I’d say I still had a good overall experience thanks to the doctor, nurse, and ofc, Shirlie.

Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience at your clinic. The behavior of the staff, especially the Filipina cashier, was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. Her attitude was rude and unhelpful, and she clearly lacked the proper training to deal with patients. I requested to pay via Tabby, and instead of assisting me properly, she charged the full amount directly from my debit card without explanation or my approval. This is not only careless, it’s completely unacceptable. Moreover, I felt that the doctor wasn’t clear or professional in his approach. He asked me how I wanted my teeth to look without giving a proper assessment or recommendation. It felt like the clinic was just trying to drag the treatment for money, especially with the prices changing every visit. I’m very disappointed and hope the management takes this feedback seriously. Patients deserve respect, transparency, and professionalism — not confusion and careless treatment.

I’ve had multiple appointments canceled at the last minute, It’s incredibly frustrating, especially when you’re trying to prioritize your health and make time in a busy schedule. This level of inconsistency and lack of respect for patients’ time is unacceptable for a medical facility. I will be looking for a more reliable clinic that values its patients.

Negative experience: Ive been contacted Queens over whatsaap to make an appointment. And i am very angry and disappointed to Aileen. She never listen to the client. She called once to me but my phone on silent. And i msg her telling sorry my phone is on silent and you can call me now. Instead of calling me she msg me this things 1. Rachel is booked tomorrow 2. We are closed on June 6 3. Our timings is until 10pm only Yes i understand i told her to call me, so i can book another day. But still she insisted on this. She called me on the second time coz i really get mad over whatsaap! What makes me more angry she insisted over whatsaap that she called me and i never answered. ( which is admit it before and msg her ). She is Liar! She said i am not the only one msg over whatsapp and she is busy, She can tell i will understand but dont make stories that you called me. You can checked our convo ( whatsaap ) I never book an appointment over whatsaap i always call. But the number that i always do is not active now. I end up angry to aileen over the phone and never Book an appointment. If can someone can contact me. Ive been client of Queens for a long time and i never had a problem like this

Negative experience: I have recommended this clinic for dentistry and I regret it honestly. My case is quite complicated and was promised Invisalign will sort me out. I was booked in by Dr Anushka. She is a good doctor and I was paying as I go every-time I picked up my new Invisalign sets. I was told on my last visit to pay the pending 5000 dhs for the whole treatment even though I had 7-8 months remaining, no problem I paid in full. That is when the problem happened. I can only see the doctor at 11 am or so due to my work which is fine she was based in Diyafa. All of sudden they started transferring Dr Anushka from diyafa to marina branch and back and forth and playing with the schedule not caring the impact it has in their patients. Guess what, I lost my money I lost my treatment worth of 12k due to not getting an appointment and haven’t had my Invisalign sets since august. I was supposed to be done by December. It is now March and I have to find a new clinic and start all over again due to the unprofessional and lack of keeping the doctor in one location. Never again.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to this clinic since 2022 for my laser and braces adjustment, and the staff are really friendly and accommodating. My dentist, Dr. Farjan is really professional and also very accommodating. He knows very well what he does and tells me feedbacks about my teeth progress everytime or what needs to be done. When it comes to prices, it’s very much affordable especially that it’s in Dubai—everything is much expensive—but this clinic offers a lot budget wise with quality. :)

Fantastic experience: I had a complicated issue with an old root canal that was reinfected (in my front tooth - so it makes the case aesthetically sensitive too). Dr Haroon Malik did my implant. He is so meticulous and is clearly so passionate about his work. Even during the healing period, with the temp crown, people could hardly recognise I had an implant on my front tooth, that’s now neat it was. The staff at the clinic are amazing too, with so many visits over a course of 6 months, I always felt so comfortable and welcome there. I HIGHLY recommend Dr Haroon and his amazing team!

Negative experience: I am extremely disappointed with the treatment I received at your clinic. In December 2023, during my holiday in Dubai, I had 6 front teeth worked on—3 bridges and 3 crowns. However, last month, one of the crowns fell off on its own. I have since booked an appointment with a private dentist in London to assess what went wrong. According to the dentist, the original tooth was shaped very poorly and was too small, which caused the crown to no longer stay in place. My dentist also mentioned that the typical lifespan of crown is 10-15 years, but with the way the crown was done, it lasted less than a year. I emailed your clinic on November 26, 2024, but have yet to receive a response. Dr. Dana, who performed the work. I will be sharing my experience with my British community so they can avoid spending money on subpar treatment like I did. I hope this feedback will be taken seriously.

Our last email was sent on December 15, 2024, and we are currently awaiting your response. To clarify the points we discussed in our previous emails: We provide a 10-year warranty on the crowns. However, the image you attached in your review indicates that the tooth itself has broken, which is different from the crown failure. The tooth in question was prepared by another dentist before you visited our clinic. We have records, including pre-treatment X-rays (PA) and photographs, that confirm the condition of the tooth prior to treatment. These records were shared with you in our email. We understand the inconvenience this has caused and would like to resolve this matter amicably.
