Dr. Abin truly goes above and beyond to ensure that my teeth are not only well taken care of but also that I understand the process every step of the way. One of the standout features of his practice is how he genuinely cares about his patients' comfort and happiness. Plus, his nurse is incredibly kind and helpful, creating such a welcoming atmosphere that my daughter actually looks forward to accompanying me to appointments! It’s heartwarming to see her get involved when Dr. Abin lets her choose the color for my braces, it really makes her day! Another delightful aspect of visiting this clinic is the lovely Christmas decorations, they create such a warm and homely vibe that makes each visit feel special. Negative experience: Very disappointed with the service. The lab took 2 weeks to finish my case, but after the long wait, the fitting was still incorrect. I had to wait another 2 weeks for adjustments. What made the experience worse was the lack of communication from the reception. They were not proactive in giving updates. I had to keep following up myself. In my case, my messages were seen but ignored, and even after calling their attention multiple times with a simple "hello," there was no response. Poor service and communication overall.

I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else with my teeth. He’s highly skilled, genuinely ethical, and always puts the patient’s best interest first. He takes a conservative approach and always does his best to preserve the teeth, never rushing into invasive treatments unless absolutely necessary. I’ve recommended him to friends who now also see him regularly. We all live on the other side of Dubai, but we’d follow him anywhere! We all agree he’s exceptional and we’re lucky to know him!!

I went to 3 different clinics in Dubai where I could fix my dental issues, but none of them suited my needs. It was only a blessing in disguise that I was at Queens Medical Centre AL RIGGA branch for my laser treatment when I asked if there's any available dentist. The clinic referred me to Dr. Esa Ahmed and upon consultation, even though he wasn't done yet with all the explanation, I knew I would proceed with him. I am well satisfied with the result of my procedure (crown bridge). Ms. Pearl, his assistant, was helpful and was willing to answer all the queries of pre-and post-op procedure.

Fantastic experience: Today i visit Queens Medical Center. However, i reached half hour late but the staff is very lenient with me and they welcome me in a very nice way. The person on the reception Mr. JK is also very nice to me. Regarding the environment of this clinic, which is not so calm as it is suppose to be because the clinic is situated on the front side of the road, so there is always a noice of the traffic. But On the other end the location of the clinic is at a very premium location. The access to the clinic is easy. All the staff members are nice to me. I had a filling treatment and it is done successfully as it was operated by Dr. Turab. The way he did surgery was quite impressive. But they gave me a detailed form, in which there are too many things described in detail. I haven't read the whole form and signed it. Overall they left me with a nice smile on my face. Now at least i can smile openly..

Negative experience: To the Management of Queens medical center. Its a long post I hope someone can read this, have a patience and I hope someone sees or hears my feedback and atleast do something on my situation. This is my honest review of my crown bridge journey after 18mos of using it. October 2023 - april 2025. "I wasnt happy or satisfied" 1st- they did my teeth without anesthesia. imagine grinding all your teeth without anesthesia and you need to go to your work after I already request that to the Dr. to give me anesthesia but he said its ok no need. so I cant do anything just to follow the advice of the Dr.. everytime That I'll visit its always like that .. its too paining & im crying there. literally you will feel the pain. it feels like it hurts more than breaking up with your boyfriend. I just want to know also, if Am I the only one who wasnt given anesthesia? or other patient also? coz some of patients there I ask, Theyre Dr. give them anesthesia.. but why me? he didnt give me? 2nd, on the picture as you can see that the teeth are not the same size, other side is big & the other side is small.. not like on their models in their soc-med platform like its totally perfect.. but mine is not thats why I choose queens medical clinic bcoz of their good feedback & I see on their posts and ads that the dental work done on their patients is Good & have perfect smile. 3rd, i request to make a denture on my lower molar tooth, for temporary coz I also plan to have my lower teeth done if the results are good. But then Im not satiesfied again ‍♀️. really its too hard and its paining. when you eat, the denture moves and food accumulates inside the denture. so ending I didnt used it. & I also inform the Dr. about it. He didnt do anything and advice of stilk using it.. but how i will used if its paining and discomfort me? 4th, after 6mos of using, its already loose. april 2024, I go back again & inform the Dr. that the right side of my crown bridge its already loose & its moving while eating. then He tried to fix it but nothing happen coz he said he cannot remove the whole bridge coz the cement on the other side is strong and it will broke my tooth. So ending nothing happen. untill now april 2025 I just endure that my bridge on this side is moving. Im just tired of going back and forth because nothing is happening & no solution. 5th, The Dr. was nice & good he can accomodate you on the messages.. but the thing that he dont want to give me anesthesia is I dont like & Im scared to comeback again to him.. all the assistant of the Dr. is very recomendable coz they encourage me that I can do it I can handle the pain just to finish the operation eventhough im crying on pain. To the receptionist they are good & accomodating but ill not forget the one lady keep on asking me if im done already while im sitting.. although I understand theres a lot of customer  but please be considerate maybe we can rest atleast 5-10min after the operation coz its still paining try to grind all your teeth without anesthesia how you will feel after... and last thing to the manager of that branch, shes very kind & helpfull everytime that ill ask her about like this like that etc .. she can answer you directly & she checking every patient there even me she ask hows my operation & if have problem or any discomfort just reach out to her.. small words but you will feel the care Now I feel like im regretting having my teeth done here. My smile, my teeth, its my  biggest insecurity. I have a chance to make it beautiful & look good, but I think Ive done in wrong clinic Coz theres a lot of dental clinic they offer low price but good quality. But I decided to done it here. before I thought Queens medical is more Good than the other dental clinics coz its famous & the other feedback is good. & mostly of their post, they can make the ugliest teeth look more beautiful and perfect.  Now I waste my money I spend 5k for this only.. what more If Ive done my lower teeth maybe more than 10k ill waste. Thankyou for reading I hope they can fix this

Negative experience: I booked an appointment for a teeth cleaning, and the receptionist asked me if I wanted a deep clean, which they offered for 250 AED after a 30% discount. So, I agreed. However, I was surprised when they performed the cleaning; it took less than 15 minutes. Is that considered a deep cleaning? I paid exactly 250 AED; according to the receptionist, the original amount was 300 AED. In my previous experiences with other dentists, I paid less for a cleaning that took more than 30 minutes.

Negative experience: Staffs are nice specially in reception but the filipino doctor is giving attitude. I booked my consultation few months back and when Im inside, I dont like the doctors way of talking to patient. Like instead of helping them boost confidence or just discuss the treatment, SHE will make u feel like you’re ugly and keep highlighting your insecurities l. So from that moment, I decided not to do the treatment and proceed to other clinic. I also tell my friends about this. I will never recommend this clinic. Such attitude doctor.
