Positive experience: Good staff Good service Worth taking any treatment here.

Negative experience: They absolutely are clueless about booking. No time and booking management at all. My booking at 4pm that and they dont even have the receptionist to greet me and help my appointment and when one of the lady came just realised they never even put my booking down and I waited for 30min + and asked again is my room ready they dont even know what my appointment and treatment and asked me back what did I book It was just waste of time and money I dont know how all these comments are so positive they just so unprofessional and unwelcoming at the reception

Despite following the advised guidelines and completing the treatment, I have not seen any weight loss or noticeable results. The procedure did not meet my expectations based on the information provided. I trusted the clinic’s recommendations, but unfortunately, the injections have proven ineffective for me. I am requesting a clear explanation regarding this outcome and would like to discuss possible next steps or solutions. I am very disappointed with the fat loss injections I received at your clinic. They did not work at all — I have not lost any weight . This service did not deliver the results it promised, and I feel misled. I demand an immediate explanation and a solution to rectify this situation.

Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of meeting with Miray today at the Thrive Expo in my office. The advice I received regarding my health was both professional and personalized.

Negative experience: The service overall is not too bad. However they are terrible with managing appointments. Everytime I visited this place, they made me wait for over 30 mins, before starting my service, even though an appointment was scheduled weeks ago. I have requested them multiple times to minimize wait times , and even informed them over call that if there is a wait time at the clinic I can reschedule. However they mostly say , “no wait time all good”. The last time I visited this place, I had an appointment scheduled at 12:30 pm. And they just made me wait until 1 pm. After that I had to constantly remind them that I have waited for 30 mins already. After several reminders they attended to me at 1:20 pm. 50 mins of wait time is unacceptable and it shows the clinic does not care about their customers time. Worst thing is they ask you to pay for the service before. So once you pay you have no option of walking out. Despite requesting them personally multiple times, there is no improvement in this.
