Fantastic experience: Hello I would like to extend my greatest thanks to Duri clinic, Dr Rasha AlDoori, and Dr Mohammed Alcheikh. I have finished my braces journey and have my retainers now. Dr. Mohammed was able to find the problems that I was mentioning that prior doctors could not understand. Dr Mohammed’s expertise made me feel understood and comfortable knowing that my issues are being taken care of and the right solution is being recommended. Until now my teeth are feeling great and I am doing follow up appointments every few months and each time I am astounded by Dr. Mohammed’s professional care. Dr. Rasha AlDoori’s appointments were so comfortable and always with the best energy. Her expertise and professionalism in multiple different procedures is amazing. I always enjoy seeing her because she really ensures that you feel welcomed, happy, and your concerns will have a solution. Thank you to all doctors at Duri Clinic that I have not mentioned who all gave the best treatment for me and my family!

Negative experience: Yesterday I had an appointment with Dr. Walaa Abdelrahman and it was very disappointing experience at this clinic. I had booked an appointment and arrived on time, expecting to be seen promptly. However, they failed to get me in to see the doctor at the scheduled time, which was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. The staff appeared confused and disorganized, and their way of handling the situation only added to my frustration. There was no clear communication or effort to address the delay, leaving me feeling neglected and unimportant as a patient. This experience left a very bad impression on me, and I will not be returning to this clinic again. I would not recommend it to anyone looking for efficient or professional care.

Fantastic experience: Great experience! The ambiance is welcoming, and the staff are incredibly friendly. The calm and quiet atmosphere with a background of light music creates a soothing effect, truly enhancing the patient experience. The patient care is outstanding words can't do justice to the level of care and attention provided.

Fantastic experience: It's sad the Google does not allow to place second review after some time.. More than one year has passed since my last visit. And I want to update my review. (The previous one is under p.s). This time visited for onlay installation. Dr. Taif is a professional, confident doctor. I 200% recommend the clinic and wish all the best to the clinic and their doctors. The treatment was really good p.s. I want to say, the service is top grade in the clinic. Dr.Nauar Khafaji is a great professional, he explained the current state of my teeth, what and how to fix. Treatment was painless. Fantastic experience: My Kids been with Dr. Rasha since early ages for more than 10 years and when Duri clinic was opened they decided not to be treated with any other Dr’s than Dr. Rasha and her team. I also highly recommend Dr. Hadi, his sense of humour, professionalism, honesty and professional treatment makes it easier for kids to enjoy the clinic rather than feeling scared of the treatment.

Fantastic experience: Beautiful experience, my four girls had full check up, rays and they were given proper diagnoses and options of treatment, everything was explained clearly, my girls felt no pain throughout the treatment, I'm so pleased with the way they were treated from everyone in the clinic, I saw Dr Rash and she was amazing with all of my girls, then dr Mohammed Al shaikh and dr Dr Taif and they were really great. Highly recommend it.

Negative experience: I feel compelled to share my frustrating experience with During Clinic, which I believe to be one of the worst dental clinics in terms of organizing appointments. My daughter’s orthodontic journey has been riddled with scheduling conflicts, leading to unnecessary delays and confusion. It’s disheartening to witness such poor management, especially when it impacts patient care. Additionally, my interactions with the center manager have been less than professional. Instead of addressing concerns with empathy and understanding, the responses have often felt dismissive. As someone who values organized and respectful communication, this has further exacerbated my disappointment. I eagerly await the conclusion of my daughter’s orthodontic sessions, simply to move on from this experience. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this clinic to anyone seeking dental care. There are many other facilities that prioritize patient satisfaction and efficient management, which I believe would be better choices.
