Negative experience: I was disappointed with my Facial because the astesisian did not use tools to remove my pimples, she instead used her hands and i was very upset about this as i wasn’t informed because back in days they used to use tools to clean the pimples, however now they stopped. Really disappointed.

I felt I was in very good hands throughout the entire process. I’m extremely happy with the results of my lip filler and face contouring and will definitely be coming back. Negative experience: I had a very frustrating experience at this clinic. Despite having a scheduled appointment, I ended up waiting far too long—well beyond what’s reasonable. It felt like my time wasn’t valued at all. There was little communication from the staff about the delay, and no apology or explanation was offered. I understand emergencies happen, but proper scheduling and better management could have avoided this. Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back or recommending this place to others.

Negative experience: I feeling quite disappointed with the time management at the clinic. My appointment was scheduled for 5:30, and I arrived fifteen minutes early . However, despite my early arrival, I was made to wait upstairs while two other patients were allowed to enter the doctor's room before me. I ended up waiting for over an hour !!! why appointments are even scheduled if they are not honored within a reasonable time frame.But the doctor's job is worth.

Fantastic experience: I went today to have a Morpheus session and I am really happy with every detail of the visit. Starting by the receptionist who helped me to book an appointment promptly within short time, helped me with explaining all needed details ( payment, location, treatment details..) on the phone. When I arrived everyone was so friendly and welcoming, receptionist, nurses, the lovely technician joy who did my session who took a great care of me throughout the whole session. Negative experience: THE WORST, 2 of the staff at the reception are so rude and disrespectful and not professional AT ALL and they refused to refund the money fairly and to hold responsibility for their mistake, and after they applied the numbing cream they said they won’t proceed unless we pay ADDITIONAL amount after we paid the full amount already including the needle price, many reviews here seem to be misleading and not genuine, this was their reply when I asked several times regarding the additional payment and they said it will be paid once ONLY but they changed their response when we started with the treatment and forced us to pay additional amount and said we must pay on every visit or else they won’t provide the service we paid for!

Negative experience: Don’t recommend. No respect for clients time or their appointment slots. Not the first time they disrespect my time and make me wait for MY appointment time even though they keep on calling me THE SAME DAY of appointment to confirm my attendance. Not coming back again.

Fantastic experience: I had snow white package which consists of hydra facial, derma pen & golden mask. The session was very nice, and I saw the difference on my skin immediately post the session. Fantastic experience: The facial that I did at ultra care was amazing, it cleanse my face nicely and the Nurse Joy was so gentle during the procedure the laser also was good post treatment care was explained the entire process was very comfortable ,and the reception was accommodating , will definitely recommend to my friends.
