Negative experience: When I came i got IV they took me to the room and contented to, I started to feel worse so I use the emergency ring nurse came after 7 minutes and when I asked her to call the dr as im feeling worse she told me he is on the lunch break. I don't feel this is acceptable. I really don't recommend this place

Negative experience: Horrible experience. They just people to pay for their services and then what they actually deliver it’s a complete disaster! On top of it they are not willing to fix their mistake. After they get the payment for them the deal is done. They disappear

Negative experience: Waited around 20 minutes but does not have time to check. Spending 20-30 minutes with one patient is strange and when asked from counter it was simple answer we cant do much you have to wait. Amazing Not against any individual though

Negative experience: I have visited Aster Clinic in Arjan for the first time (seems last time) and got surprised by that 10 AED is collected as "registration fees". I have been living in Dubai for 11 years and never heard of such fees. My insurance implies zero co-payment hence the collection of these fees is not legal. This is a formal complaint as you are not allowed to collect this amount from people under the claim of "first time registration"
