Negative experience: Worst experience ever ever. I thought people in Dubai are generally nice however it not true we inquired everything sent the reports and xray to the chat person and confirm there is a offer and root canal is Between 250-300 and went and showed it to the doctor and doctor did xray and treatment without discussing about the details when he went out we asked the reception and nurse as well who confirmed that there is a offer and treatment is 250 when doctor finished the treatment and asked for 400 instead reception told to go ask the doctor and the doctor Mr Azzam he is the most rude person does not know how to talk to females he shouted misbehave and literally was asking to go out it was embarrassing whole reception were after us to give money and money and we showed the chats and nobody were ready to believe we only know how we came from there it was truamatising

Negative experience: By far this was the most unprofessional clinic i have ever visit .. there was a lady sitting next to the reception who asked me a lot of details without introducing herself, I though she was a patient or something!! When we went inside to the doctor room he didn’t event stand to check on my mom and he was careless, the nurse was putting perfume while we are speaking to the doctor, and that same lady came inside asking the doctor if we need a CBC!! What’s is this ?!! And the funny thing I already booked an appointment for the OBG Xray, and they sent me a confirmation message the day before, when I came today I discovered that the device is missing a piece and it’s not working since yesterday!! The level of carelessness is unbelievable in this clinic, safe your money and time in another clinic.

Negative experience: Avoid Hollywood Smile Dental Clinic at all costs! I had an awful experience at this so-called "top-tier" dental clinic. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that they only cared about one thing: getting as much money out of me as possible. The staff were rude, dismissive, and didn't seem to care about my comfort or well-being at all. They were more interested in upselling me on expensive treatments I didn't need than actually listening to my concerns. The service was rushed, and it felt like they were just trying to get me in and out as quickly as possible. There was zero empathy from the staff, and I was made to feel like I was just a walking wallet. Definitely not what you'd expect from a "high-end" clinic. I felt completely disrespected and taken advantage of. Save your time and money—there are far better, more genuine clinics out there. Hollywood Smile is a scam, and I wouldn't trust them with my teeth or my health ever again.

Negative experience: Very disappointing and unprofessional experience. I had an appointment at 10:00 AM and made arrangements to leave my newborn baby to be able to come. I even traveled from far away to be on time. When I arrived, I was told that the person who is supposed to fit my dental appliance wasn’t available and might come in an hour or two. This is absolutely unacceptable and shows a complete lack of professionalism. Not honoring appointments, especially when patients make efforts and sacrifices to attend, is scandalous. I strongly advise others to think twice before trusting this clinic.

Fantastic experience: Visited Hollywood smile for tooth whitening. Receptionist lady was not welcoming,very gloomy face and cold,maybe she was having a bad day I don't know. We met Dr Asmira for the procedure and immediately we entered the room,she was so warm and friendly. Very engaging! We wait almost 3hrs just to meet the doctor and receptionist didn’t bother to inform us that we need to wait long time, we ask them many times just saying wait 5minutes again 15minutes but in reality we wait almost 3hrs. It’s so annoying that someone went inside first before us but in fact we came first before him and this receptionist not even say anything! Unfair service. NOT RECOMMENDED! Negative experience: I experienced poor service from the Indian girl team leader. I have been at the clinic for a year, and the Emirati team leader is much better with patients. I came in yesterday, and she asked me to get another X-ray, even though I already have braces. She said she needed to check if my teeth needed further treatment due to some issues with my gums. After the X-ray, she suddenly told me I couldn’t continue with my braces. When I explained that I couldn’t remove them now because of my dental issues, she was rude and insisted that if I didn’t want to remove my braces, I should go to another clinic. Is this how you treat your clients? I am willing to compromise and asked if I could schedule an appointment to remove my braces later. I didn’t catch her name, but I believe employees like her harm your company’s reputation.

I went to another dentist recently because of pain in this tooth, and there is one blocked canal. Never going there again they ruined my tooth. I have to extract it now. Negative experience: When the dentist asked when my last cleaning was, I mentioned it had been about 7-8 months ago, which seemed to make her rush through the session. I was surprised at how quickly she finished cleaning my teeth. She reassured me to speak up if I had any concerns, but I left feeling disappointed with the overall experience. It felt like she hurried through the cleaning and didn't thoroughly clean areas with noticeable buildup. I had to point out these spots multiple times, which was frustrating because it felt like I was directing the cleaning process. At the end of the appointment, my disappointment must have been obvious because I asked her for her name before leaving. I was surprised when she hesitated and questioned why I needed to know her name. It seemed like she was aware that the service provided wasn't up to par. Her response of "just tell me if you have other concerns" didn't address my disappointment, and my patience was wearing thin. I insisted on getting her name, Fatema, because I believe it's important to know who is providing my care. This is an honest review and I will never recommend her service. This is not my first time in this clinic indeed they’re giving good service but this dentist is an exemptions ‼️
