Fantastic experience: I underwent wisdom teeth removal through a minor surgical procedure today at Kings Dental Clinic. I had been experiencing severe pain and infection since June and had been consulting Dr. Jamsheed since then. Although I was initially very nervous about the procedure, the staff was incredibly kind, supportive, and comforting throughout the process. Dr. Jamsheed is a highly skilled and polite professional who made the experience much easier for me. I truly appreciate his expertise and care, and I highly recommend him to anyone in need of dental treatment.

Fantastic experience: I came in great pain and got amazing treatment by Dr Aravind Babu and his assistant Jisha, extremely kind , compassionate ,knowledgeable and answering all my questions with great patience , as I had been going to other clinics earlier but none were so gentle and patient like Dr Aravind , I have been telling my family and friends to visit here whenever they have to with great confidence of getting the best . Negative experience: I wanted to share my feedback regarding my recent visit. I had specifically asked for a proper teeth cleaning, but unfortunately, the job felt rushed and incomplete. There were still black spots left on my teeth, and I ended up needing to visit another clinic to have them properly cleaned. It really felt like the priority was speed over quality, which was disappointing. I hope this can be taken constructively, as I believe patients deserve proper care without feeling like they’re just part of a daily quota.

Fantastic experience: Dr Jamsheed is not only insanely good at what he does but also one of the kindest and most reassuring people I’ve met in a clinic. I’ve been meaning to write this for a while now because I didn’t want to rush it or miss the chance to say it right. Dr Jamsheed is the dentist who did my wisdom tooth extractions, my fillings, and even a root canal. And let me tell you, calling him “good” would honestly be such an understatement. He’s the reason I’m no longer scared of going to the dentist. That alone says so much. I literally travel from Abu Dhabi to Dubai just so he can work on my teeth. That’s how much I trust him. Kings Dental is SO lucky to have him and I genuinely hope he gets all the best things in life because he deserves it.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at Kings Dental Clinic in Karama with Dr. Jamshed and Dr. Aditya. They were both really friendly and professional. The tooth cleaning was done so well that I barely felt any pain or discomfort. They explained everything they were doing and why, which made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. They also gave me some useful tips on how to keep my teeth clean and healthy. If you decide to go, definitely ask for Dr. Jamshed, he was awesome. Plus, the cleaning only cost AED 100, which is a great deal. I’d definitely recommend this clinic!

Negative experience: I’ve been a client at this clinic for over 6 months for my braces, and I’m really disappointed with how I was treated. I asked for my doctor’s number to consult him about a medical concern, and instead of helping, they manipulated the situation and told me I had to wait until my next appointment just to ask him a simple question. Every time I see the doctor, the session is very rushed, and I barely get the chance to speak or ask questions. It honestly feels like he just wants to get me out of the chair as quickly as possible. On top of that, his answers are vague and his English isn’t clear, which makes communication even more frustrating. For a medical service I'm paying for, I expected a much more respectful and supportive experience. Unfortunately, I didn’t get that here.

Fantastic experience: Thank you Kings Dental Centre Karama Dubai for taking such great care of me during my braces installation. The staff were very accommodating, especially the guy who shares the same birthday as me (2nd of May)! Haha. A big thanks as well to the doctors and nurses who did my filling/pasta and braces. They were all very professional and handled me with care. See you all again on my next adjustment.10/10.

Negative experience: The clinic is clean and prices are reasonable. But I had bad experience with the pediatric dentist, Dr Shaheen, our son had 2 root canal(pulpectomy) with the same Dr, and both didn't last even for a year, so we ended up going to other clinic for tooth extraction of the same. And .. We wasted our money..

Fantastic experience: I'm happy that I found this clinic . They are very affordable and have a very good service . I've done my braces with Doctor Fajar and he is very good . He did my dental plan very well and in a short period of time I was able to smile again with confidence . Because of his service I begin to trust this clinic so when my daughter had dental issue I didn't hesitate to ask if they also have pediatric dentist . I've met Doctor Fousiya . She is very professional and patient with my daughter . I was expecting my daughter to be unmanageable specially with the root canal , but to my surprise , she's listening to Doctor and she didn't cry at all . Doctor Fousiya has a very good technique with the kids , and right treatment plan that's why I trust her and I would definitely recommend her to other parents as well as King's Dental Clinic . Positive experience: Kings Dental Center! One of the best affordable dental clinics in Dubai. I had availed their professional services for my kids back in Kerala at their Kannur branch, and was really impressed. Further check ups were done at their Dubai branch. Had visited their Karama recently for a cavity filling for my mother. One Dr. Farseena attended to the case and my mother was very happy. Dr. Farseena connects with the patients very well and is a well experienced dentist. I would recommend this clinic to all those looking for affordable and professional dental care.
