Fantastic experience: Today I visited to Dr Romooz, she has well experience and skills to deal with pregnancy. She explained me about my conditions after examining me. Negative experience: I was recommended to visit Dr. Hisham and he seemed to be good but the organisation and management of appointments is horrible. I arrived at 1.20 for my appointment at 1.40 and was finally called to see the doctor at 2.45 and this was not because of the clinic being busy but because the patients just walk in to the doctor in no specific order and no one waits to be called. I ended up finishing with x-rays, ultrasound, second visit after results at 16.15, so my visit was almost 3 hours long. I appreciate the doctor but will not be returning again.

Negative experience: The morocan lady her name is Hanan, she is in the reception of the 4th floor. She was so very rude, she dont talk good and she dont like to give help. This not the first time she do this, she also did it to my husband. I still didn't finished asking my concern but since she on phone she want to stop our conversation. Still i didnt take want I want. The doctor called me before yesterday to informed me that she will leave the referal paper on the 4th floor reception. Today i came to take it and i approach Hanan because she is the only person in the reception. I ask her that i have my referal paper here, she told me referal is on the 3rd floor. And i said Dr Nadja left it in the reception, she answered the doctor is off. All of what i am saying not yet done when she was answering me. So i told her listen so you will understand my concern. I am really upset with her. Thus should be a warning not to even go to this clinic.

Negative experience: No one picks up the phone to book appointments

Negative experience: I visited the doctor for my problem in the toes but the doctor he said only what’s the problem without explanation I asked him what’s that and form where I got this problem what’s the solution or what to avoid but he only said search it in google. Very bad service and I will never visit this hospital again

Fantastic experience: Doctor Samhar was incredible and did my root canal in 1 session only. I’m terrified of dentists because of previous bad experiences and he made me feel so safe and calm the whole way through. The treatment was painless like he promised it will be. So happy with the results thank you!!!!

Negative experience: Bad experience with the dental clinic. Initially misdiagnosed, no explanation of rationale behind decisions, lack of effort during the cleaning process, no explanation of what a procedure entails. They did manage to see me on time though, which is definitely a positive.

Negative experience: The orthopedic department receptionist, Yassine, was extremely rude and disrespectful. After being sent for an ultrasound, I returned to the department and asked if there was a patient inside the doctor’s room, as I needed to speak with the doctor again about my prescription. Instead of answering, Yassine gave me a name and told me to ask that person. Since it was my first time at the clinic, I had no idea who that was, and he knew this. When I asked for clarification, he simply repeated that I should check for myself. As a receptionist, he should be aware of what’s happening in the department, and it is certainly not the patient’s responsibility to determine whether the doctor is occupied.

Negative experience: Waited for 2 hours very long time to get checkup by doctor it’s not good. What if the patient is in serious condition!!

Negative experience: I called a day before to ask when doctor comes , they told me she comes at 9 am , I came all the way from Dubai when I reached receptionist told me that she comes at 2pm I came 25 mins before 2 found 10 people ahead of me , they did nothing to help out as well …

Negative experience: Worst experience ever!! Reception staff are rude , unwelcoming specially the one next to IM , family medicine section , useless

Fantastic experience: I've visited Ibn Nafees Medical Center in many occasions and honestly from the moment I walked in, I was always greeted/welcomed by a friendly receptionists Ms Rabab, Mr Issam, and Mr Youssef as well. They make You feel comfortable right away. They always make sure that the process is smooth and quick. Such an outstanding service . The clinic itself is well organized and clean, Drs that I've seen so far are friendly and approachable. The only thing I didn't like is the radiology department not fully equipped so I had to book and do some scans in other branch and back again for follow up.

Negative experience: Hello, I had an appointment today in the morning as per the schedule, however, I had to wait for 1 hour in the waiting area waiting for my turn to see the doctor. Furthermore, after one hour I went and asked the reason for the delay and they have informed me that there are other patients they also told me that I will be entering within 2 minutes, yet, after two minutes and more it was not my turn yet and I decided to leave the center . I am very disappointed for not meeting the patients time. If the clinic is unable to meet the appointment timing, why take an appointment at the first place.

She is highly professional and delicate, I got the best results for my skin problem with her. She is certainly the best dermatologist who managed to find solution to my skin problem.
