Negative experience: I got 2 of my wisdom teeth removed at Dr Michael’s clinic last November (6 months ago). Since then, I’ve been facing major swelling, lymph node inflammation & salivary gland inflammation that has eventually resulted in an abscess. I did not receive the necessary nor correct support from the Dr at the time when I complained that my swelling has not gone down even 3 weeks post extraction and I was not given anti-inflammatory meds anytime throughout the process. It has been a terrible, very painful and lengthy recovery/experience. I’ve been carrying a ping-pong sized lump on the side of my jaw for the past 6 months - just now drained of puss. I do not recommend you visit for wisdom teeth removal or any major teeth related concerns. General cleaning they are more than great.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Oleksandr did a fantastic job removing four of my wisdom teeth, as well as diagnostics and treatment before and after. Fantastic experience: Dr Claude Haddad was my General/Cosmetic dentist as I sought advice regarding a dental implant to replace a missing front tooth. My existing dental bridge had failed and we decided it was time for a longer term solution. A scan was promptly completed to ascertain my suitability for the treatment. After further consultation to discuss the process in more detail, I went to Dr Mauricio Taborda (Implantologist), who inserted the implant. The procedure took approximately one hour and anaesthetic to was given to ensure that it was pain-free. A temporary bridge was fitted by Dr Claude straight after the procedure, and I followed a soft diet for a week thereafter. I had regular check ups with Dr Claude in the weeks after the procedure to ensure that the implant was fusing with the surrounding bone as discussed. Four months later, impressions of my teeth were taken and the porcelain crown was made by the lab. I also had zoom whitening carried out prior to the making of the crown. The crown was fitted to the implant less than a week after the impressions were taken, and I am very happy with the end result. The entire process was conducted professionally and Dr Claude and Dr Mauricio were very helpful in answering questions about the procedures. The front of house team were great; they provided regular reminders re. upcoming appointments and replied to any question promptly. Overall, I would fully recommend Dr Michael’s Dental Clinic to UAE residents. I would also recommend looking into the suitability and feasibility of a dental implant as opposed to the cheaper option of a dental bridge.

Fantastic experience: When I looked for Dr. Maurício I needed to make a decision that I had been postponing for at least 10 years. He helped me in the decision-making process not only with his opinion, but involved my dentist in my country of origin as well. I felt comfortable and safe to continue. Fantastic experience: Excellent Clinic. Dr. Mauricio took the time to thoroughly explain my condition, treatment options, and the potential outcomes. I came in with a complicated case, that involved Perio, Endo and Prosthodontist. He called in the team of experts in one room, and collectively evaluated. This was a team effort to do what is right for the patient and not a business transaction, as you often experience in this town. I never felt rushed or overwhelmed with information, and I truly appreciated how patient he was. Dr. Mauricio has a deep knowledge of periodontics, combined genuine care and concern for my oral health. Not to leave out the amazing Dr Kavita who has over 18 years of experience in root planning. She is an excellent doctor who has seen it all. I felt comfortable throughout the treatment, and the aftercare instructions were thorough and easy to follow. Dr. Kavita even followed up with me personally to check on my recovery. Her compassion truly is heartwarming. The administrative staff is so kind I (all of them) and quick to accommodate any and all needs. Super efficient and upfront with all information you need, from care plan to financial expectations. I have visited 5 other dental clinics in town, and not one of them compare to Dr Michael's in every aspect. Coming from the US and traveling the world, I have had my fair share of experiences in the medical field. As a business owner I applaud the management team and everyone involved in this clinic. Started off with Dental Hygienist Raheleh, who gave me the best clean & polish I’ve ever had, also advised me on oral hygiene and how to take better care of my teeth. She’s friendly, warm, kind, and will go above and beyond to ensure the highest level of service. My first visit with her, and certainly not my last. I was back at Dr. Michael’s a week later, booked in with Dr. Sarah, who I absolutely adore! Her expert technique & knowledge was impeccable. What should’ve been a 1hr appointment, turned into an almost 2.5hr job. She examined my teeth thoroughly, followed by x-rays, and fillings to seal the deal. She was patient, gentle, and took her time to ensure the job was executed 100%. I appreciated it so much, that I did my best to be the best patient she’s ever had. Thank you Dr.Sarah, you’re the best! I recommend Dr.Michael’s Dental Clinic, the 5 star review is honest, truthful, and based on a true story. Fantastic experience: I can’t believe that there’s an existing dental Clinic on earth like this! They are offering coffee in the waiting area which is my mama loves while waiting on me. On the other hand, I thought root canal will be painful but Dr. Kavita is amazing!!! I didn’t feel any pain or discomfort during the process. Her hands are so lightweight and she’s very kind asking how I am or did I feel any pain. It’s a great experience and will come back next month for my next appt.

Fantastic experience: I visited Dr. Micheal's for the first time for teeth whitening. However, Dr Katie recommended another cleaning, (I had done one 3 months ago) and upon the results if I still think I need to do teeth whitening, then we will take it from there. I also have sensitive teeth, she was absolutely brilliant that not even once did I cringed during the procedure. She did a fab job with the cleaning, I don't think that I really need to get teeth whitening done. She is without a doubt would be our new dentist. To also throw in there i have lived here for more than 20 years and been to many different dentists during the course of those years and can safely say best dentist I have been to is Dr Katie.

Fantastic experience: The team at Dr Michael's have been amazing especially the patience they have shown as I do not like the dentist. Dr Kavita and her assistant have been excellent with my root canal treatment, and I had multiple over the course of 6 months!! they have all been completed with meticulous care and precision. My hygienist Maja has also been amazing, she has actually taught me how to look after my teeth better. She is very gentle and patient. Dr Soulaf and her assistant are a great team. Actually every team member have been excellent, including the admin team on the whatsapp and on the reception desk. Everyone has been extremely helpful and efficient. Negative experience: Had a visit for Dr. Rafif, had to wait over 1 hour 30 minutes. Staff didn't warn me of waiting time, I had to inquire at 1430pm for my appointment scheduled for 1330pm. I was then told I was next in line that I could wait. I left shortly after as I had a meeting at 1530pm. At least have the courtesy to warn patients if you are behind schedule. Very disappointing as I travelled far for the appointment.

Fantastic experience: I’ve started my day off with a lovely consolation with Dr. Soulaf, where she has given me a proper and unbiased consultation. Unlike other doctors that I have spent time with, she wasn’t pushing me to do more to spend more as her conversation with me portrayed to me that she really cares about my long-term oral health. Right after, I have spend time with Hygienist Abeer, where she has done a fantastic job with cleaning my teeth. I have been to countless dental centers in Kuwait and the United Kingdom but I’ve never been to a doctor that has done more than just a “regular” cleaning session. Once again, I’m grateful and thankful that I had the opportunity to spend time with Dr. Soulaf and Hygienist Abeer!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Dr. Rafif Tayara. My kids, 13 & 6, have been seeing her for many years now and they look forward to their visits every time. My youngest one required some cavities treatment and I was wondering how it would go. He didn’t even feel a thing and was very relaxed during his appointment. She always takes her time to talk to the children and get to know them. And takes her times to answer any questions they may have or that we would have as well. Fantastic experience: As you know in Dubai, you have to be very careful about whom you trust for your medical and dental procedures which is why I only select doctors based on reccomendations by other patients or experts: This is how I found the wonderful Dr Mauricio. Apart from his reputation proceeding him, it's obvious once you meet him you know you are in the hands of a dental maestro. My procedure from beginning to end with Dr Mauricio was a pleasure, he explained every step of my procedure in great detail which always put me at ease. I highly reccomend Dr Mauricio for any dental work you may need in the UAE!

Fantastic experience: I came in for a clean today. From making the appointment to the very end I was completely wowed by the service. I was in the area getting laser trearment done and on a whim called this clinic after noticing the great reviews online for a hygienist appointment. They were able to accommodate me on short notice and I realise this meant the receptionist had to juggle things around to make that happen. The lady i spoke to was incredibly helpful on the phone and I was able to get an appointment. Upon arrival the registration was very fast and I was impressed with the level of detail for the customer with the coffee and fruits available whilst we wait in a very nice reception area. My appointment was with Rebecca. It was the nicest clean I've ever had, my previous experience has been in the UK. I have gum disease and getting a hygienist to clean my teeth is usually very painful and for the first time I felt no pain. Not only so but Rebecca took her time and double and treble checked to see if she missed a spot and was very gentle. She was so kind as well and for the first time I left a hygienist appointment feeling hopeful about improving my teeth and gums. If you are looking for a clean I highly recommend Rebecca. I have to say the treatment was thorough and included a scale and polish as well as a video showing the state of my mouth before and after the treatment. The technology was the icing on top of an already amazing cake. Really top notch and I am coming back. The price for my teeth was 600aed, as they needed a moderate clean. Given the way I was treated I feel this is money well spent and I look forward to seeing Rebecca again. I won't be using my dentist in the UK again despite being cheaper. Rebecca's service and level of care is worth it.

Fantastic experience: The best dental clinic of all times ,the doctors and the reception staff and the treatment every thing was beautiful, how ever all dr Michael clinics don't have direct billing to insurance,and they were kind enough to give us discounts but still , to do the treatment for me and my 3 kids it would be more than 4700 US dollars and that is alot for us to pay in cash , around 21000 thaousand dirhams even ,I REALLY WISH THAT THE CLINIC OWNERS WOULD CONCIDER DIRECT BILLING TO INSURANCE, we love the clinic but reimbursement from insurance every time is really a long process ,GOD BLESS YOU ALL FOR THE BEAUTIFUL CLINIC, AND THE WONDERFUL WORK ETHICS FROM THE DOCTORS AND STAFF

Fantastic experience: Such a professional and clean environment. Staff are so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I saw Hygienist Rebecca for a cleaning and stain removal and she is absolutely wonderful. Her kind nature put me at ease from the beginning. She was so thorough with the process and gave me a lot of insight about the state of my teeth too which I really loved. Would highly recommend her for all your oral hygiene needs, especially if going to the dentist is unpleasant for some, she is guaranteed to make you comfortable and have a safe and pleasant experience.
