I want to give a special shoutout to Dr. Abhay Dandawate, who has become my favorite and, in my opinion, one of the best orthopedic surgeons in Dubai. He truly is a people’s doctor, empathetic, patient, and always takes the time to listen. What I appreciate most is that he always recommends the safest and most effective treatment options, rather than immediately jumping to extreme measures like other orthopedic doctors I’ve seen in the past. He helped me with a long-standing knee issue, and more recently, with lower back pain. That brings me to my next shoutout., Mr Sigourney Floyd Juatas, an incredibly skilled physiotherapist at JTS. I did 5 sessions with him, and I’m honestly so grateful. He helped ease my lower back pain significantly. He's kind, gentle, and always ensures you're comfortable during the sessions. Negative experience: The clinic can’t manage their appointment times, and keep you waiting without any notice. Both times we’ve been, have had to wait for nearly 30-40 minutes as somebody more important has jumped our scheduled appointment and taken it for themselves. Lab staff is untrained, two techs could not draw blood despite attempting. Will only continue because of doctor, otherwise won’t recommend at all.

He has done acceptionally good job. I did my exercise as guided by him. Withing 6 sessions now I am able to do simple household chores. I am very satisfied with his sessions.

She explained the examination and all her findings to me and took the time to answer all my questions and doubts in detail. She was very professional and extremely knowledgeable in her field. Fantastic experience: I had an excellent experience these past few days at JTS Medical Centre. The doctors are experienced, and provide unbiased advice as per the patient's requirements. They take the time to explain a situation and the appropriate and most importantly, the proportionate remedy. the support staff system works like clockwork and always with a smile. In a period of 4 days, I was able to, under one roof, was able to get the treatment and services which I needed with 4 doctors, each excellent and very smoothly.

Fantastic experience: Doctors’ diagnoses are correct and they have an approachable demeanor towards the patients. So far, I have been treated by Dr. Matthews and Dr. Dandawatne. Day-to-day running is overseen by an astute Dr. Marlon Pereira. Rest of the staff (admin, nurses etc) are good too - friendly and helpful. Very clean / spotless n hygienic.
